Keef–Filley Building

Fossati's Delicatessen is the oldest deli in Texas and one of the oldest restaurants in the United States. Located in Victoria, Texas, Fossati's was opened in 1882 by Italian immigrant Fraschio ("Frank") Napoleon Fossati. Fossati's was added to the National Register of Historic Places on May 20, 1991. After over 130 years, Fossati's is still owned and operated by the same family.Fossati had the current building constructed in 1895 and moved the deli from a nearby downtown location (actually, Fossati's had changed locations several times, and had, at one time or another, been on every corner of the square in downtown Victoria). The current building features double front doors with multi-light transoms.Over the years, Fossati's has handled imported foods, groceries, and feed and has served as an important gathering place for Victoria's citizens. In addition, many famous musicians have played at the deli, including country music legend Willie Nelson. The deli is often used for political functions as well. Most recently, Texas Governor Rick Perry held a campaign stop in Victoria on August 25, 2010.In the back room of the deli, known as the Frank Napoleon room, there is a giant bookcase filled with hundreds of cookbooks, many of which have been out of print for 50+ years. Also inside, there is a trench-like area just above the floor surrounding the bar. This is where men used to spit tobacco. Outside of the building there are still metal rings where men used to tie up their horses and come in for a drink.

The Randall Building at 103-105 W. Santa Rosa, Victoria, Texas was built in c.1910 by the Bailey Mills contracting firm. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1986.It is a commercial building with structural brick walls and with wood floor and roof systems. Its roof is built-up tar and gravel. It has a raised brick parapet and a denticulated brick cornice. Its east portion is a one-story and the rest is two-story. Its second story was used by the local Knights of Columbus as their meeting hall, and the first floor was for businesses. The one-story portion of the building was the Victoria Hardware Company for many years, then auto supply stores.It was listed on the NRHP as part of a study which listed numerous historic resources in the Victoria area.

Saint Mary's Catholic Church is a historic church at 101 W. Church in Victoria, Texas. It was built in 1903 by the Bailey Mills contracting firm. It was also a work of Fred Urban.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1986.

DeLeon Plaza and Bandstand is 1.77 acres originally platted as the center of the city of Victoria, county of Victoria, in the U.S. state of Texas. The bandstand stood nearby the plaza until it was moved to the center of the plaza in 1923. The William P. Rogers chapter of the United Daughters of the Confederacy contracted with sculptor Pompeo Coppini for the DeLeon Plaza's 1912 monument to the Confederacy The Last Stand (aka Firing Line). On March 24, 1987, DeLeon Plaza and Bandstand was added to the National Register of Historic Places listings in Victoria County, Texas. In 1965, the bandstand was designated a Recorded Texas Historic Landmark, Marker number 289. In 1998, the plaza was designated a Recorded Texas Historic Landmark, Marker number 12273.

The Thomas M. O'Connor House on S. Bridge in Victoria, Texas, United States was built in 1885. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1986. The listing included two contributing buildings.It was built with Italianate style and was remodelled in Classical Revival in the early 20th century. It has a two-story pedimented portico with paired two-story columns on masonry piers.The house was home of Thomas M. O'Connor, a banker who accumulated ranch holdings of over 500,000 acres (200,000 ha) in years following the American Civil War. In 1983 the house still belonged to the prominent O'Connor family.It was listed on the NRHP as part of a study which listed numerous historic resources in the Victoria area.

The Old Nazareth Academy at 105 W. Church in Victoria, Texas was built in 1904. It served as a church school. It was "a fanciful two-and-one half-story brick classroom building" designed by architect Jules Leffland. It was used by the Nazareth Academy from 1905 to 1951.It was built by contractors Guithier & Mitchell. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1986. The listing included one contributing building on 2.1 acres (0.85 ha).

The Texas Company Filling Station, at 102 S. Williams St. in Victoria, Texas, was built in 1925. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1986.It was a filling station with two service bays. When listed it was one of two pre-1935 service stations surviving in Victoria.It has been demolished.

Our Lady of Lourdes Church is a historic church at 105 N. William St. in Victoria, Texas. It was built in 1923 and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1986.

The Presbyterian Iglesia Nicea is a Hispanic Presbyterian church at 401 S. DeLeon in Victoria, Texas. It was designed by architect Jules Leffland. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1992.Land for the church was donated by Mrs. John M. Brownson, wife of the founder of Victoria National Bank. It is a one-story wood-frame church that was built in 1910. In 1934 the building was moved to allow for addition of a Sunday School hall and a fellowship hall.It was listed on the NRHP as part of a study which listed numerous historic resources in the Victoria area.

The Jules Leffland House at 302 E. Convent in Victoria, Texas, United States, was built in 1900. It was a home of local architect Jules Leffland. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1991.It has been termed an "outstanding example" of Leffland's work.

The George H. Hauschild Building at 206 N. Liberty in Victoria, Texas was built in 1914. It was designed by architect Jules Leffland and built by Eugene Tuttle.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP) in 1986.It is a two-story brick building that was built for George H. Hauschild's cigar manufacturing firm, with a dwelling unit above. Hauschild operated a ranch in the Victoria area.It was listed on the NRHP as part of a study which listed numerous historic resources in the Victoria area.

The D. H. Regan House at 507 S. DeLeon in Victoria, Texas, United States, is an Italianate architecture home designed by architect Jules Leffland. It was built in 1880. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1986.It was listed on the NRHP as part of a study which listed numerous historic resources in the Victoria area.It is one of the "highly embellished, but rigidly symmetrical, houses built in the 1870s" that demonstrate a change from "mid-century classicism" in architecture in the Victoria area.Like the Huck-Welder House, it is one of the homes and businesses that were moved after devastating storms hit the coastal community of Indianola, a port on the Matagorda Bay, in 1875 (the third storm in the 1875 hurricane season) and in 1886 (the devastating 1886 Indianola hurricane).: 36
