The W. D. Grant Building (also formerly known as the Prudential Building) is a historic building in Atlanta, Georgia, United States. Located in the Fairlie-Poplar district in downtown Atlanta, the building was built in 1898 and is among the oldest steel structure buildings in the Southeastern United States. The property was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1979.

The Metropolitan is a condominium building at 20 Marietta Street NW at the southeast corner of Broad Street in the Five Points district of Downtown Atlanta. It was built in 1908 as the Third National Bank Building And is Atlanta's first skyscraper. It was later the Atlanta Federal Savings and Loan Building, and in the 1960s was resurfaced with dark glass. It was converted into condominiums in 1996.

55 Marietta Street, formerly the Fulton National Bank Building and the Bank South Building is a 21-story, 89.9 m (295 ft) office building in Atlanta, Georgia. It was the tallest building in the city when completed in 1958 until surpassed by One Park Tower in 1961. 55 Marietta Street is the site of the U.S. Post Office and Customs House (built 1878), which served from 1910 to 1930 as City Hall (demolished 1930s)

The U.S Post Office and Customs House in Atlanta (also Atlanta's City Hall from 1910 to 1930) was a landmark building located on Marietta Street, occupying the block bounded by Marietta, Fairlie, Walton and Forsyth streets in the Fairlie-Poplar district of Downtown Atlanta. The building opened in 1878. In 1910 the City acquired the building and it was used as the Atlanta City Hall until 1930, after which it was razed. The lot was rebuilt in 1958 as the Fulton National Bank building, now the 55 Marietta Street building.

The Henry W. Grady statue is a monumental statue of Henry W. Grady in Atlanta, Georgia, United States. Built by Alexander Doyle in 1891, the statue lies at the intersection of Marietta Street and Forsyth Street in downtown Atlanta and was unveiled shortly after Grady's death in 1889. The statue has recently been the subject of controversy, as several groups have called for its removal due to Grady's support of white supremacy.

Downtown Atlanta is the central business district of Atlanta, Georgia, United States. The larger of the city's two other commercial districts (Midtown and Buckhead), it is the location of many corporate and regional headquarters; city, county, state, and federal government facilities; Georgia State University; sporting venues; and most of Atlanta's tourist attractions. The J. Mack Robinson College of Business Administration Building is a 14-story highrise at the corner of Broad and Marietta streets in the Fairlie-Poplar district of downtown Atlanta, which houses the business school of Georgia State University. When completed in 1901 as the Empire Building, it was the first steel-frame structure and the tallest in the city, until surpassed by the Candler Building in 1906.Morgan & Dillon and Hentz, Adler & Shutze were architects. In 1972, while named the Citizens & Southern National Bank Building, the structure was added to the National Register of Historic Places.The ground floor houses a full-service Bank of America branch. NationsBank purchased Citizens & Southern National Bank in 1991, and after later acquiring BankAmerica Corp., it, along with its branches, was renamed Bank of America. The building doubled as the Illinois First Federal Savings & Loan association building in the 2016 film The Founder, a biopic of Ray Kroc starring Michael Keaton.

The Peachtree Arcade was a shopping arcade in Downtown Atlanta which stood from 1917 to 1964 on the site of what is now the State of Georgia Building on Peachtree Street just south of Marietta Street. The architect was A. Ten Eyck Brown and the developer was R.R. Otis of the real estate firm Otis & Holliday. It featured Beaux-Arts style façades that opened onto both Peachtree and Broad streets. Inside, the building had marble and brass finish, three levels of shop corridors and an iron and glass ceiling.It was modeled after the Cleveland Arcade.It had a frontage of 111 feet (34 m) on Peachtree Street, and extended back 316 feet (96 m) to Broad Street, on which it had 146 feet (45 m) of frontage. It specialized in ladies', men's, children's and home furnishings.The building was demolished in 1964 to make way for the new headquarters of what was then the First National Bank of Atlanta; at the same time the top half of First National's then-existing headquarters building, adjacent to the north at the corner of Peachtree and Marietta streets, was removed. The remains of that building are now Georgia State's Andrew Young School of Policy Studies.

The William–Oliver Building is a 1930 Art Deco landmark building at 32 Peachtree Street NW at Five Points, Downtown Atlanta. It currently consists of 115 apartments. Its architect was Francis Palmer Smith of Pringle and Smith and was Atlanta's first completed Art Deco skyscraper. It was named after developer Thomas G. Healey's grandsons William and Oliver.

The J. Mack Robinson College of Business is the business school of Georgia State University in Atlanta. Based in the J. Mack Robinson College of Business Administration Building, it is one of Georgia State's six colleges.

The Andrew Young School of Policy Studies at Georgia State University houses the Criminal Justice & Criminology, Economics, School of Social Work, Urban Studies and Public Management & Policy departments. Georgia State University is the largest university in the state of Georgia. The Andrew Young School enrolls more than 2,100 students each semester. Community internships and job opportunities are a major draw for enrollment, with the school being within walking distance of one of the nation’s largest concentrations of local, state and federal governments and also close to several nonprofit headquarters, such as Care USA and Habitat for Humanity.
