Sapperton Valley (grid reference SO935035) is a 3.7-hectare (9.1-acre) nature reserve near Chalford in the Stroud district of Gloucestershire, England. The site is managed by the Gloucestershire Wildlife Trust under leasing arrangements with the Bathurst Estate, in place since 1964.

Siccaridge Wood (grid reference SO935035) is a 26.6-hectare (66-acre) nature reserve in Gloucestershire. The site is listed in the ‘Stroud District’ Local Plan, adopted November 2005, Appendix 6 (online for download) as a Key Wildlife Site (KWS).The site is managed by the Gloucestershire Wildlife Trust under leasing arrangements with the Bathurst Estate since 1986. Sponsorship was provided by the then Nature Conservancy Council. Prior to that time the wood was leased to the Forestry Commission.

Daneway Banks (grid reference SO937034) is a 17-hectare (42-acre) biological Site of Special Scientific Interest in Gloucestershire, notified in 1954 and renotified in 1983. It lies half a mile west of Sapperton and is part of a group of wildlife sites in the Frome Valley that includes Siccaridge Wood and Sapperton Canal reserves. The site is in the Cotswold Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.The site is jointly owned by the Gloucestershire Wildlife Trust and the Royal Entomological Society. It is one of a group of nature reserves in Stroud's Golden Valley. The site is listed in the ‘Stroud District’ Local Plan, adopted November 2005, Appendix 6 (online for download) as a Key Wildlife Site.

Edgeworth is a small village and civil parish in the English county of Gloucestershire. It is located east of Stroud, west of Cirencester and south of Cheltenham. The Church of St Mary was built in 11th century. It is a grade I listed building.

Daneway House is a grade I listed house in the parish of Bisley-with-Lypiatt but close to Sapperton in Gloucestershire, England.The house was built in the 14th century but revised several times since. It the early 20th century it became a workshop and showroom for Ernest Gimson and the Barnsley brothers who were important designers of the arts and crafts movement.

The Sapperton Railway Tunnel is a railway tunnel near Sapperton, Gloucestershire in the United Kingdom. It carries the Golden Valley Line from Stroud to Swindon through the Cotswold escarpment. It was begun by the Cheltenham and Great Western Union railway in 1839 and taken over by the Great Western Railway in 1843, being completed in 1845. There are actually two tunnels, the main one at 1 mi 104 yd (1.704 km) in length, and separated by a short gap, a second at 353 yd (323 m).

Edgeworth Manor is a Grade II* listed country house in Edgeworth, Gloucestershire, England. It was mentioned in the Domesday Book, when it was held by Roger de Lacy. Herman de Dreux, a Domesday baron, held Edgeworth manor by 1137 and was the first to use the de Edgeworth surname. The manor passed to William fitz Herman by 1157 and was held by the male descendants of Herman, in some part, until at least 1379 when the manor was sold by Christine Stevenes, niece of Stephen de Edgeworth, to Thomas Raleigh. The current house is mainly dated to 1685, when the previous Tudor house was replaced for Nathaniel Ridler. It underwent significant changes to south under Capel N. Tripp in 1882 and Sir Ernest George in 1899.

It has a prominent mid-19th century, Grade II listed church with a set of five original stained-glass windows.

Miserden is a village and civil parish in Stroud District, Gloucestershire, England, 4 miles north east of Stroud. The parish includes Whiteway Colony and the hamlets of Sudgrove and The Camp. In the 2001 census the parish had a population of 420, increasing to 449 at the 2011 census.The village lies in the Cotswolds at an elevation of over 800 ft, above the valley of the River Frome. Until the Middle Ages, Miserden was known as Greenhampstead, and was mentioned by that name in the Domesday Book. The name Miserden derives from Musardera, "Musard's manor" - Musard was the name of the family which held the manor at the time of the Domesday Book. Robert Musard built Miserden Castle in the 12th century.
