Mueang Pathum Thani (Thai: เมืองปทุมธานี, pronounced [mɯ̄a̯ŋ pā.tʰūm tʰāː.nīː]) is the capital district (amphoe mueang) of Pathum Thani province, central Thailand.

Pathumthani University (Thai: มหาวิทยาลัยปทุมธานี) is a university in Pathum Thani, Thailand. Founded as Pathumthani College in 1999, it was upgraded to university status in 2005. The university is organized into seven faculties and a graduate school.

Rare Stone Museum (Thai: พิพิธภัณฑ์หินแปลก) is a museum at 29/2 Moo 1 Rangsit, Pathum Thani Road in Pathum Thani Province, north of Bangkok. It was previously at 1048–1054 Thanon Charoen Krun in Bang Rak District in Bangkok before it moved in 2008. The museum is privately owned by former businessman Khun Yanyong Lertnimit, a tailor of garments, and includes an extensive collection of items he has collected over the decades. The name of the museum "rare" refers to the shape of the stones rather than the type.

Bang Khu Wat (Thai: บางคูวัด, pronounced [bāːŋ kʰūː wát]) is a tambon (subdistrict) of Mueang Pathum Thani district, Pathum Thani province, central Thailand.

Nonthaburi Bridge (Thai: สะพานนนทบุรี, RTGS: Saphan Nonthaburi, pronounced [sā.pʰāːn nōn.tʰá(ʔ).bū.rīː]), also commonly known as Nuanchawee Bridge (สะพานนวลฉวี, RTGS: Saphan Nuanchawi, [sā.pʰāːn nūa̯n.t͡ɕʰā.wǐː]), is a truss bridge spanning the Chao Phraya River between the Nonthaburi and Pathum Thani Provinces in Thailand. Opened in 1959, it carries national highway route 307, and is among the earliest bridges to cross the Chao Phraya. The bridge became known by the name Nuanchawee due to it being a location in the murder of Nualchawee Petchrung, a sensational crime in 1959. Today the bridge remains an important link between Pathum Thani town and Bangkok's main eastern bank. In 2014, concerns were raised that the bridge's low clearance of 5.3 metres (17 ft) was an obstacle to river shipping in the rainy season. Plans were made to raise the bridge, but were later scrapped due to the potential adverse effects on traffic.

The company, which has been called "the No. 1 TV producer in Thailand" by the Hollywood Reporter, has produced over eighty television programmes, with fifteen programmes broadcast weekly on free television in 2011. Mainly focusing on game shows, Workpoint's first production was Wethi Thong (Golden Stage), which was broadcast on Channel 7 from 1989 to 2007. It soon expanded into other genres and has produced variety shows, soap operas, sitcoms, animations and feature films. Its productions include the Asian Television Award-winning Game Jarachon, Fan Pan Tae, Todsagun Kid Game, Lharn Phoo Koo E-Joo and Wittaya Subphayuth. In 2012, the second season of Thailand's Got Talent became subject of intense criticism when a contestant who displayed her breasts on stage was revealed to have been paid by the organisers in order to boost ratings.

Rangsit University Stadium (Thai: สนามมหาวิทยาลัยรังสิต) is a multi-purpose stadium in Pathum Thani Province , Thailand. It is currently used mostly for football matches and is the home stadium of Rangsit University. The stadium holds 3,000 people.

Rangsit is the current northern terminus of the SRT Dark Red Line in Rangsit, Pathum Thani Province, Thailand. It also serves intercity State Railway of Thailand trains on the Northern Line and Northeastern Line.Rangsit Station is located next to Rattanakos in 200 Years Village, near Future Park Rangsit. From Rangsit Station to Future Park Rangsit is around 2–3 km (1.2–1.9 mi).

Rangsit University (Thai: มหาวิทยาลัยรังสิต) (RSU) is a private university in Pathum Thani, Thailand, focusing mainly on music, design, Information technology, and public health including independent professions.RSU is fully accredited by the Thai government's Commission on Higher Education of the Ministry of Education. The main campus occupies a 296 rai (47.4 ha; 117 acres) site in the Lak-Hok sub-district of Mueang Pathum Thani District, Pathum Thani Province. Rangsit University is the only private university assessed for quality by the Office for National Education Standards and Quality Assessment that is rated "very good" among institutions focused on graduate education.

Bangkok University (BU; Thai: มหาวิทยาลัยกรุงเทพ; RTGS: Mahawitthayalai Krung Thep), commonly known as Mo Krung Thep (Thai: มอกรุงเทพ), has operated since 1962, is one of the oldest and largest private, non-profit universities in Thailand. Bangkok University began in the Kluay Nam Thai area of Bangkok. The university expanded its operation to a second and, now, main campus in Rangsit, Pathum Thani to accommodate its rapid growth.

The Southeast Asian Ceramics Museum (Thai: พิพิธภัณฑสถานเครื่องถ้วยเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้) is a history museum in Bangkok University, Pathum Thani, Thailand, displaying Southeast Asian ceramics. The museum opened to the public on 11 May 2005. Princess Maha Chaki Sirindhorn presided over the official inauguration of the museum on 20 November 2009. It exhibits ancient ceramic production in Thailand and other Asian ceramics. This includes around 500 ceramic pieces selected from a permanent collection of about 15,000 objects. The core of the collection was donated by Surat Osathanugrah, who also founded Bangkok University. While many of the ceramics in the collection originate from other countries, most were collected in Thailand. The collection includes ceramics from China, Vietnam, and Burma, as well as from Thailand. The collection also includes Khmer ceramics, mostly from the Phnom Dongrek kilns in Thailand and the Phnom Kulen kilns in the Cambodia. The museum has the largest generally accessible collection of ceramics from the Tak-Omkoi sites of western Thailand. The museum is open from Monday to Friday, 10 a.m.-4 p.m., and closed on Saturday, Sunday, public holiday, and during the semester break periods of the university with free admission.

The Bureau of Royal Thai Mint, (Thai: สำนักกษาปณ์), is situated in Pathum Thani, Thailand. It is a sub-division of the Treasury Department, Ministry of Finance.
