Rangsit University Stadium

Rangsit University (Thai: มหาวิทยาลัยรังสิต) (RSU) is a private university in Pathum Thani, Thailand, focusing mainly on music, design, Information technology, and public health including independent professions.RSU is fully accredited by the Thai government's Commission on Higher Education of the Ministry of Education. The main campus occupies a 296 rai (47.4 ha; 117 acres) site in the Lak-Hok sub-district of Mueang Pathum Thani District, Pathum Thani Province. Rangsit University is the only private university assessed for quality by the Office for National Education Standards and Quality Assessment that is rated "very good" among institutions focused on graduate education.

Lak Hok (Thai: หลักหก, pronounced [làk hòk]) is a tambon (sub-district) in Mueang Pathum Thani district, Pathum Thani province, Greater Bangkok.

Lak Hok (Rangsit University) Station (Thai: สถานีหลักหก (มหาวิทยาลัยรังสิต)) is a railway station in Thanyaburi District, Pathum Thani Province. It serves the SRT Dark Red Line.

Rangsit is the current northern terminus of the SRT Dark Red Line in Rangsit, Pathum Thani Province, Thailand. It also serves intercity State Railway of Thailand trains on the Northern Line and Northeastern Line.Rangsit Station is located next to Rattanakos in 200 Years Village, near Future Park Rangsit. From Rangsit Station to Future Park Rangsit is around 2–3 km (1.2–1.9 mi).

In 2012, the second season of Thailand's Got Talent became subject of intense criticism when a contestant who displayed her breasts on stage was revealed to have been paid by the organisers in order to boost ratings.

EgyptAir Flight 864 was a flight from Rome Fiumicino Airport to Tokyo International Airport, via Cairo, Bombay, and Bangkok. On 25 December 1976, the Boeing 707 crashed into an industrial complex in Bangkok. All 52 people on board were killed, plus 19 on the ground in the crash.

Future Park Rangsit (Thai: ฟิวเจอร์พาร์ค รังสิต) is one of Asia's largest malls, located on Phahonyothin Road in Pathum Thani. The area is a gateway to the provinces of central, northern and northeastern Thailand. Covering 280,000 square feet (26,000 m2), Future Park Rangsit opened on March 17, 1995. The mall houses more than 70 restaurants and food outlets, eight major banks and financial institutions, a post office and outlets for all phone networks and mobile phone service providers. Entertainment options include multiplex cinemas and D-Cine private theaters, which feature karaoke and on-demand movies as needed. Anchor tenants in the plaza include: Central Department Store Robinson Department Store Big C Tops Power Buy (electronic specialty store) SuperSports (sport product retailer) B2S (books, music, and stationery) Fitness First (Health Club) HarborLand Major Cineplex 10 Cinemas Future Art LandThe three largest tenants alone occupy 15 acres (61,000 m2) of Future Park Rangsit—the 6-acre (24,000 m2) Home Pro, the 2-acre (8,100 m2) Major Cineplex and the 4-acre (16,000 m2) Index Living Mall. In total the Future Park Rangsit City and adjacent superstores occupy a total area of 68 acres (280,000 m2). The huge complex currently has 120,000 shoppers on weekdays and 150,000 on weekends.

Thupatemi Stadium (Thai: สนามกีฬาธูปเตมีย์) is a multi-purpose stadium in Pathum Thani, Thailand. It is currently used mostly for football matches and is the home stadium of Air Force Central Football Club. The stadium holds 25,000 people. The stadium was owned by Royal Thai Air Force.

Rare Stone Museum (Thai: พิพิธภัณฑ์หินแปลก) is a museum at 29/2 Moo 1 Rangsit, Pathum Thani Road in Pathum Thani Province, north of Bangkok. It was previously at 1048–1054 Thanon Charoen Krun in Bang Rak District in Bangkok before it moved in 2008. The museum is privately owned by former businessman Khun Yanyong Lertnimit, a tailor of garments, and includes an extensive collection of items he has collected over the decades. The name of the museum "rare" refers to the shape of the stones rather than the type.
