San Antonio Public Library

Baptist Medical Center is a district general hospital and a part of the Baptist Health System in San Antonio, Texas. The hospital offers San Antonio's only heart transplant program. The hospital is rated with 3 out of 5 stars according to the 5-star overall rating system developed by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services; it is reported that 620 medical professionals are affiliated with the hospital.

Ursuline Academy is a former all-girls Catholic school located at 300 Augusta St. in downtown San Antonio, Texas. The school is now occupied by the Southwest School of Art.The school was founded in 1851 by Jean-Marie Odin, with construction on the building taking place from 1848 to 1851. It was designed by architects Francois Giraud and Jules Poincard and was built using the rammed earth technique. Over the next several decades, the campus was expanded to include two chapels: one in 1951 and a larger one in 1868, a dorm building in 1866, a priest house in the 1880s and lastly a second school building in 1910. In 1965, the school was closed and moved to northwest side of San Antonio, with the buildings left abandoned until 1971. The property was then bought by the San Antonio Conservation Society and was restored throughout the next decade. It was then occupied by the Southwest School of Art, which has been based in the building since. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in November 1969.

It is also the city's 6th tallest building. The building in downtown San Antonio was purchased on August 14, 2017, by USAA. In 2016 a piece of art called Kinetic Skyline was installed on the side of Bank of America Plaza

The Exchange Building is a historic 10-story residential building located in Downtown San Antonio in the U.S. state of Texas. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1994. In the early 1990s it was renovated into apartments by Lake/Flato Architects. Originally built for the San Antonio Builder's Exchange, the Exchange Building was later occupied by the American Hospital and Life Insurance Company.

The San Antonio Municipal Auditorium was a building located at 100 Auditorium Circle, San Antonio, Texas. It was built as a memorial to American soldiers killed in World War I. The San Antonio Municipal Auditorium was also used as a concert venue.The building was rebuilt and expanded into the Tobin Center for the Performing Arts in 2009-2014.

The Milam Building is a historic 21-story building in downtown San Antonio, Texas. Built in 1928, it was the tallest building in San Antonio and the tallest brick and reinforced concrete structure in the United States standing at 280 feet (90 m). It is also known to be the first high-rise air-conditioned office building in the United States. The building was designed by George Willis, engineered by M.L. Diver, and constructed by L.T. Wright and Company. The building was named in honor of the Republic of Texas historical figure Benjamin Milam, noted for his leadership during the Texas Revolution. In keeping with that motif, the only flag that flies atop the tower is the Lone Star flag.
