The Sheraton Gunter Hotel is a historic hotel in Downtown San Antonio, Texas, USA built in 1909 and designed by St. Louis architect John Mauran. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

The Weston Centre is a 32-story modern-styled skyscraper in Downtown San Antonio, Texas, USA. Standing at a structural height of 444 feet (135 m), it is the third tallest skyscraper in San Antonio and the city's tallest office building.

The Milam Building is a historic 21-story building in downtown San Antonio, Texas. Built in 1928, it was the tallest building in San Antonio and the tallest brick and reinforced concrete structure in the United States standing at 280 feet (90 m). It is also known to be the first high-rise air-conditioned office building in the United States. The building was designed by George Willis, engineered by M.L. Diver, and constructed by L.T. Wright and Company. The building was named in honor of the Republic of Texas historical figure Benjamin Milam, noted for his leadership during the Texas Revolution. In keeping with that motif, the only flag that flies atop the tower is the Lone Star flag.

The Hertzberg Clock is an historic landmark and visitor attraction located at the corner of N. St. Mary's and Houston streets in the Bexar County city of San Antonio in the U.S. state of Texas. Installed in 1878 in front of Eli Hertzberg Jewelry Company, it was made by E. Howard & Co. of Boston, Massachusetts. The freestanding town clock was donated to the San Antonio Conservation Society in 1982 by the daughters of its original owners, Max and Nell Goodman. A 1985 restoration was made possible through donations of time and money from Republicbank San Antonio, John J. Duff, master watchmaker and clockmaker, London Watch and Clock Company; and Kurt, Ted, and Al Voss, Kurt Voss Metals, Inc. The clock is hand wound and maintains time through a series of weights.

It opened in 1984 as Interfirst Bank Plaza, was designed by the Houston office of Skidmore, Owings and Merrill and is 28 stories high.The building has a postmodern design and a roof height of 118 meters.It is the largest office building in the city with 533,171 feet of office space. It is also the city's 6th tallest building. The building in downtown San Antonio was purchased on August 14, 2017, by USAA. In 2016 a piece of art called Kinetic Skyline was installed on the side of Bank of America Plaza

Charline McCombs Empire Theatre is a performing arts venue in San Antonio, Texas. It hosts a variety of live events — such as comedy shows, music concerts, children's theater, classic productions — and it is also open for private events. It is listed in the National Register of Historic Places.

Ursuline Academy is a former all-girls Catholic school located at 300 Augusta St. in downtown San Antonio, Texas. The school is now occupied by the Southwest School of Art.The school was founded in 1851 by Jean-Marie Odin, with construction on the building taking place from 1848 to 1851. It was designed by architects Francois Giraud and Jules Poincard and was built using the rammed earth technique. Over the next several decades, the campus was expanded to include two chapels: one in 1951 and a larger one in 1868, a dorm building in 1866, a priest house in the 1880s and lastly a second school building in 1910. In 1965, the school was closed and moved to northwest side of San Antonio, with the buildings left abandoned until 1971. The property was then bought by the San Antonio Conservation Society and was restored throughout the next decade. It was then occupied by the Southwest School of Art, which has been based in the building since. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in November 1969.

The Majestic Theatre is San Antonio's oldest and largest atmospheric theatre. The theatre seats 2,264 people and was designed by architect John Eberson, for Karl Hoblitzelle's Interstate Theatres in 1929. In 1975, the theatre was listed on the National Register of Historic Places and was designated a Texas Historic Landmark in 1991 and a National Historic Landmark April 19, 1993. The theatre was home to the San Antonio Symphony from 1989 to 2014. For many years, it remained the largest theatre in Texas and the second largest movie theatre in the United States. It was also the first theatre in the state to be totally air-conditioned.

The Buckhorn Saloon & Museum is a privately run museum located at 318 E. Houston Street in Downtown San Antonio, Texas, U.S. Originally privately owned by Albert Friedrich, the Buckhorn became a tourist attraction for its unique collections. Theodore Roosevelt and his Rough Riders were reputed to frequent the establishment. Housed in 1956 in the Lone Star Brewery, the collection passed to Friedrich's heirs who had it moved to its current location.
