Het Noordbrabants Museum is an art museum in 's-Hertogenbosch, Netherlands.

The Design Museum Den Bosch (previously: Stedelijk Museum 's-Hertogenbosch, SM's) is a museum in 's-Hertogenbosch, The Netherlands. It focuses the applied arts, in particular ceramics and jewellery. It is next door to the Noordbrabants Museum, which shows visual arts such as painting. In 2023, plans to move the museum to a new location outside the centre of Den Bosch were announced.

De Toonzaal is a music venue for chamber music, improvised music, and experimental music, situated in 's-Hertogenbosch, Netherlands, in a former synagogue. The music program is mainly focused on classical music and contemporary classical music, less on popular music. The 's-Hertogenbosch Synagogue was built in 1823. During World War II a row of houses was built in front of the synagogue to block the view. Forty years later these houses were taken down to give the building its old appearance in the city. After World War II until the 1970s, the synagogue became less used.

Museum Slager is an art museum in 's-Hertogenbosch, Netherlands, dedicated to the work of eight local painters from three generations of the Slager family. Behind the distinguished façade of the building there is a collection of paintings, drawings, engravings, watercolours and objects, all directly related to this family of painters. The museum is located at 8 Choorstraat, not far from St. John's Cathedral.

Bouches-du-Rhin ([buʃ.dy.ʁɛ̃]; "Mouths of the Rhine", Dutch: Monden van de Rijn) was a department of the First French Empire in the present-day Netherlands. The Citadel of 's-Hertogenbosch is a fortress on the north side of the town center of 's Hertogenbosch in the Netherlands. It was constructed from 1637 to 1642.

The Dommel is a small river in Belgium and the Netherlands, left tributary of the Dieze. It is 120 km long, of which 85 km in the Netherlands. The Dommel takes in water from the Keersop, Tongelreep, Run, Gender and Kleine Dommel streams and merges at 's-Hertogenbosch with the Aa stream to form the river Dieze, which subsequently flows towards the Meuse. The main cities and towns along the Dommel's course are Peer, Neerpelt, Valkenswaard, Dommelen, Eindhoven, Son en Breugel, Sint-Oedenrode, Boxtel, Sint-Michielsgestel and 's-Hertogenbosch.

The Aa (Dutch pronunciation: [aː]) is a small river in the Netherlands. It rises near Nederweert in the southeastern province of Limburg, in the Peel region. It flows northwest through the province of North Brabant towards 's-Hertogenbosch, roughly along the Zuid-Willemsvaart canal. In 's-Hertogenbosch, at the confluence of the Aa and the Dommel, the river Dieze is formed, which flows into the Meuse (Dutch: Maas) a few km further. The main cities and towns along the Aa's course are Asten, Helmond, Veghel and 's-Hertogenbosch.

Binnendieze is the common name for the river and canal system within the city walls of 's-Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands. It is a tourist attraction. Near the north-west tip of the city walls, the confluence of the Binnendieze with the rivers Aa and Dommel forms the short river Dieze, tributary of the Meuse (Dutch: Maas).
