The Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist (commonly referred to locally as St. John's Cathedral) is a historic Roman Catholic church building located at 1007 Superior Avenue in Cleveland, Ohio, in the United States. Completed and consecrated in 1852, it is the cathedral of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Cleveland. Numerous renovations have enlarged and changed some aspects of the cathedral, but it remains essentially the same since its construction.

St. John's College in Cleveland, Ohio, originally known as Sisters' College, was a school for teachers and nurses established in 1928 by the Roman Catholic Diocese of Cleveland. In fall 1974, enrollment included 619 women and 51 men. The school closed in 1975. The facilities were then merged with the adjacent St. John's Cathedral. A school of the same name in Cleveland was founded by Bishop Louis Rappe in 1854.Notable alumni include Judy Robson, Majority Leader of the Wisconsin State Senate (2007-), Michael Pennock (1945-2009), Catholic author.

The Galleria at Erieview is a two floor shopping mall that opened in 1987 in Cleveland, Ohio, United States, on the east side of the city's downtown. It is adjacent to the Erieview Tower, a 40-story office building. The Galleria is a few blocks away from the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

The IMG Center is a modernist styled 1965-built 180 foot 16 story high-rise in downtown Cleveland's Nine-Twelve District. It sits at the prominent Cleveland intersection of East Ninth and St. Clair. The building is named after the 1960 Cleveland founded firm International Management Group or IMG. There is a "nub" on top of the building that can be seen in all directions that bears the IMG logo. The distinctive look of the building is due its use of glass in its corners in lieu of solid corner supports. At the time of its construction the building cost $7 Million dollars and was considered a fine example of modernist skyscraper construction.

The Superior Building, originally known as the Cleveland Discount Building, is a high-rise building in Cleveland, Ohio. The building rises 265 feet (81 m) in Downtown Cleveland. It contains 22 floors, and was completed in 1922. The Superior Building currently stands as the 28th-tallest building in the city. The architectural firm who designed the building was Walker & Weeks. The building's design incorporates a set of Doric columns in its base.The Superior Building was one of the earliest skyscrapers to be completed in Cleveland. However, it never stood as the tallest structure in the city; the Keith Building, also completed in 1922, rose only 7 feet (2.1 m) taller, and thus captured the title of tallest building in Cleveland. The Superior Building was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1991.

The Cleveland Hungarian Museum, located at 1301 East 9th Street in Cleveland, Ohio, protects and preserves the history of Hungarians in northeast Ohio, United States. Displays include Hungarian artwork, folk costumes and other items of Hungarian heritage. It is operated by the Cleveland Hungarian Heritage Society.

The AECOM Building, formerly known as the Penton Media Building, and the Bond Court Building, is a commercial high-rise building in Cleveland, Ohio. The building rises 253 feet (77 m) in Downtown Cleveland. It contains 21 floors, and was completed in 1972. The AECOM Building currently stands as the 29th-tallest building in the city, tied in rank with the Ohio Savings Plaza and Ameritech Center. The architectural firm who designed the building was Skidmore, Owings and Merrill, who also designed Chicago's Willis Tower and Dubai's Burj Khalifa. The building is a part of the Bond Court complex. The Bond Court area used to contain nightclubs and bars but was cleared in the 1960s to 1970s for the office block and the Westin Hotel Cleveland. The modernist tower served as the world headquarters of Penton Media from 2000 until the company's merger with Prism Business Media. Penton Media signed a 10-year lease agreement to occupy the building in 2000; in the process, the building was also renamed from the "Bond Court Building" to the "Penton Media Building".In 2010, Optima International LLC bought the Penton Building, they own the One Cleveland Center building diagonally across the street from the Penton Building. Optima is a Miami-based real estate investment firm led by Chaim Schochet and 2/3rd owned by the Privat Group, one of Ukraine's largest business and banking groups.In early 2016, the design and construction firm AECOM, following its acquisition of URS Corporation, merged three of its Downtown Cleveland offices together on the fourth, fifth, and a portion of the sixth floor of the Penton Media Building. AECOM also purchased branding rights, changing the name from Penton Media Building to AECOM Building.The AECOM Building is similar in appearance to New York City's One Liberty Plaza and Chicago's Richard J. Daley Center.

The Erieview Tower (also known as the Tower at Erieview, 100 Erieview, or the Erieview Plaza Tower) is a skyscraper featuring elements of the International style located in downtown Cleveland, Ohio, United States. The building has 40 stories, rises to a height of 529 ft (161 m), and has 703,000 square feet (65,300 m2) of office space. It was built at a cost of $24,000,000. It is slated to become the Cleveland W Hotel.

AmTrust Financial Building, formerly known as McDonald Investment Center, Key Center and the Central National Bank Building, is a commercial high-rise building in Cleveland, Ohio. The building rises 308 feet (94 m) in Downtown Cleveland. It contains 23 floors, and was completed in 1969. The building currently stands as the 18th-tallest building in the city. When first constructed, the tower stood as the 5th-tallest building in Cleveland. The architect who designed the building was Charles Luckman.

The Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland is the Cleveland-based headquarters of the U.S. Federal Reserve System's Fourth District. The district is composed of Ohio, western Pennsylvania, eastern Kentucky, and the northern panhandle of West Virginia. It has branch offices in Cincinnati and Pittsburgh. The check processing center in Columbus, Ohio, was closed in 2005. The chief executive officer and president is Loretta Mester.The bank building is a 13-story 203 foot high-rise, located at Superior Avenue and East 6th Street in downtown Cleveland. It was designed by the Cleveland firm of Walker and Weeks and completed in 1923. Its exterior architecture emulates an Italian Renaissance palazzo, and is clad in Georgia pink marble. An extension to the building designed by HOK was completed in 1998, providing new facilities for check processing and cash handling. The building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The building's entrances feature allegorical sculptures by Henry Hering representing Security and Integrity flanking the East Sixth Street entrance, while his Energy watches the Superior Avenue entry. Its original 100 short tons (91 t) bank vault door is the largest in the world and was designed by Frederick S. Holmes. The door casting itself was 20 short tons (18 t). It incorporates the largest hinge ever built. The hinge has an overall height of 19 feet (5.8 m) and weighs over 47 short tons (43 t) fully assembled. The vault's use was discontinued in 1997, though it is preserved intact for posterity.

Ameritech Center or AT&T Ohio is a commercial high-rise building in Cleveland, Ohio. The building rises 253 feet (77 m) in Downtown Cleveland as a part of the Erieview Plaza complex. It contains 16 floors, and was completed in 1983. AT&T Center currently stands as the 31st-tallest building in the city, tied in rank with the Penton Media Building and the Ohio Savings Plaza. The architectural firm who designed the building was Madison Madison International. AT&T Center contains offices of the Dallas-based AT&T Corporation. AT&T in Cleveland was called Ohio Bell. Ohio Bell had been at Michigan Avenue (now vacated by Tower City Center) from 1890–1927, then they built the Huron Road complex from 1927–64, and moved to the Erieview Tower from 1964–83. In the late 1970s as more telephone technology had emerged, especially digital switching and more offices using computers, Ohio Bell needed more space. Erieview Tower did not have the space required, so Ohio Bell decided to build new headquarters at 45 Erieview Plaza. Ground was broken on 13 July 1981 for Ohio Bell's new headquarters. It was designed by a Cleveland consortium of Dalton Dalton, Newport, and Little and Robert P. Madison International. Ohio Bell's construction of its new building occurred when Cleveland had its skyscraper boom in the 1980s. Ohio Bell, One Cleveland Center, and Eaton Center were all under construction at the same time. The Ohio Bell Building opened in 1983 for business. The Ohio Bell Building has a mirror-like southern glass exposure which reflects the nearby Galleria at Erieview and the One Cleveland Center building. The north side has a curved glass shape to it. 1717 East Ninth Building, also known as the East Ohio Building, is a skyscraper in Downtown Cleveland, the U.S. state of Ohio's emerging Nine-Twelve District. Completed in 1959, it was one of the first modernist high-rises in Cleveland, along with the Illuminating Building. It is currently the 24th-tallest building in Cleveland, at 275 feet (84 meters).
