The Arts & Entertainment District, or previously known as Omni, is a neighborhood of Downtown Miami, Florida. It is bound roughly by North 19th Street to the north, North 10th Street to the south, North West 2nd Avenue to the west, and Biscayne Boulevard to the east.The Arts & Entertainment District is an urban, residential neighborhood with many high-rise residential towers, as well as some smaller scale historic buildings. It is home to the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts, the old Miami Herald headquarters (now located in Doral), and the Omni International Mall. Until 2014, it was one of the neighborhoods that hosted the annual Miami International Boat Show at the Sea Isle Marina. The City of Miami Cemetery, one of Miami's oldest cemeteries, is also located in the district, as well as the historic Women's Club, and some of Miami's oldest churches and synagogues. The Arts & Entertainment District is served by the Omni Loop branch of the Metromover and by the Metrorail via Metromover at Government Center.

Paramount Bay is a luxury high-rise condominium building in the Edgewater Neighborhood, adjacent to the Arts & Entertainment District of Miami, Florida, United States. It stands 554.92 feet (169.14 m), with 47 floors. The building was topped off in late 2009. It was designed by the Arquitectonica architectural firm, with creative vision by Lenny Kravitz for Kravitz Design Inc. I-Star Financial and ST Residential have taken control of the project and are reinventing the property to bring to market in the second quarter of 2011. Fortune International is the current asset manager and Fortune Development Sales has been retained for Sales and Marketing. As originally envisioned, Paramount Bay would far surpass the standard residences in this neighborhood on the Biscayne Bay. Ownership and Fortune International are currently interviewing the top designers in the World to finish the residences and public spaces. Paramount Bay is designed with three towers seamlessly connected and flowing with a curvature reminiscent of Miami Modern Architecture from the 1950s and 1960s. With this design, the building offers direct views of Biscayne Bay from every condominium unit. The building has been designed with many luxury and state-of-the-art features. These include private elevator foyers for each unit, touch-screen hospitality service panels, individual garden terraces for penthouse units, technology concierge, membership in the Grand Bay Club at Key Biscayne, and many more amenities and services unparalleled in any building in Miami or the world. The 10 Penthouse residences all offer in excess of 2,500 square feet (230 m2) of entertaining space.

The Priscilla Apartments were a historic site in Miami, Florida. They were located at 318-320 Northeast 19th Street and 1845 Biscayne Boulevard. On January 4, 1989, they were added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places, but then they were demolished. They were delisted in 2018.

Quantum on the Bay is a complex of skyscrapers in the City of Miami, Florida, United States. It is located just north of Downtown Miami in the Edgewater neighborhood. The complex consists of two main towers, the Quantum on the Bay South Tower and the Quantum on the Bay North Tower. The South Tower, the taller of the two, rises 554 feet (169 m) and 51 floors high. The North Tower is 536 feet (163 m) tall with 44 floors. Both towers were structurally completed in January 2008 and opened in April 2008. The towers are connected by a retail and parking center at the base. All space above the tenth floor is dedicated to residential units. The complex is located on North Bayshore Drive and Northeast 19th Street. The architect is Nichols Brosch Sandoval & Associates, Inc.

The Algonquin Apartments were a historic site in Miami, Florida. They were located at 1819-1825 Biscayne Boulevard. On January 4, 1989, they were added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places, but then they were demolished. They were delisted in 2018.

1800 Club is a residential skyscraper in the Edgewater neighborhood of Miami, Florida, United States. It was completed in 2007. The building is located east of Biscayne Boulevard and fronts Margaret Pace Park and Biscayne Bay. The building is 423 feet (129 m) tall, and contains 40 floors. Floors 1-5 are occupied by retail, while floors 6-40 are residential condominiums and apartments. The building is located at the corner of North Bayshore Drive and Northeast 18th Street. It was awarded the SARA Design Award in 2002 for its exterior architectural appeal.

The S & S Sandwich Shop (also known as the S&S Diner and the S & S Restaurant) is a historic site in Miami, Florida. It is located at 1757 Northeast 2nd Avenue. On January 4, 1989, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places.The small-scale, Art Deco building was constructed in 1938 and includes a facade of pigmented structural glass and aluminum arranged in horizontal and vertical bands of beige, white, and red.In 2017, the restaurant was evicted from the building, and the S & S Diner resumed at a nearby location.

Aria on the Bay is a high-rise condominium in the Arts & Entertainment District/Edgewater neighborhood at 1770 North Bayshore Drive, Miami, Florida, U.S.A. Overlooking Margaret Pace Park and Biscayne Bay in Miami's Arts & Entertainment District. It was approved at a height of 535 feet (163 m) in 2015 after an initial notice of presumed hazard by the FAA, who recommended a height of 460 feet. The 52-story building has over 648 units ranging from 813 to 2365 sq ft as well as commercial space. Aria on the Bay was developed by Melo Group and designed by Arquitectonica who handled the architecture, interior design and landscape.

Edgewater is a neighborhood in Miami, Florida, located north of Downtown and the Arts & Entertainment District, and south of Midtown and the Upper Eastside. It is roughly bound by North 17th Street to the south, North 37th Street to the north, the Florida East Coast Railway and East First Avenue to the west and Biscayne Bay to the east.Edgewater is primarily a residential neighborhood, with many historic early 20th century homes. The neighborhood has many high-rise residential towers to the east along Biscayne Bay, and historic homes elsewhere in the neighborhood. Since 2000, the area has grown in popularity, due to its proximity to Downtown and neighborhoods such as the Design District. Recent developments in the neighborhood have brought rapid urbanization to the area, with the construction of high-rise and mid-rise residential buildings, and more retail.

Margaret Pace Park is an 8-acre (3.2 ha) urban park located in the Arts & Entertainment District and Edgewater district of Greater Downtown Miami, Florida, U.S.A. The park is located on Biscayne Bay and has tennis courts as well as personal fitness equipment. It was created in the late 1960s and named in honor of Margaret Pace, who was a founder and past president of the Miami Garden Club. Pace was also chairwoman of Royal Palm State Park, which later became part of Everglades National Park, according to the Biscayne Times. A former vice president the Miami Women’s Club, which is located next door, Pace fought development of the adjoining bayfront green space, which became the park and was named in her honor, according to the Miami Herald. Directly across North Bayshore Drive, three large condominium complexes that were built in the 2000s housing an economic bubble overlook the park. The park underwent a $4 million renovation during this time. An even larger building is under construction adjacent the park As of 2015. The historic Miami Women's Club building is located directly to the south of the park.

The Miami City Cemetery is a historic cemetery in Miami, Florida, United States. It is located at 1800 Northeast 2nd Avenue. It is the only municipal cemetery in Miami-Dade County. On January 4, 1989, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places.

The Opera Tower is a residential skyscraper in Miami, Florida, United States. It was developed by Tibor Hollo's Florida East Coast Realty, and was completed in late 2007. The Opera Tower received its temporary certificate of occupancy on December 26, 2007. The 55-story tower is located at 1750 North Bayshore Drive in Miami's Arts & Entertainment District, just north of Downtown Miami. The building contains 635 uniquely designed luxury condominiums. It is also home to the Japanese-inspired sushi restaurant, NoVe Kitchen and Bar (now closed).
