Quantum on the Bay

1800 Club is a residential skyscraper in the Edgewater neighborhood of Miami, Florida, United States. It was completed in 2007. The building is located east of Biscayne Boulevard and fronts Margaret Pace Park and Biscayne Bay. The building is 423 feet (129 m) tall, and contains 40 floors. Floors 1-5 are occupied by retail, while floors 6-40 are residential condominiums and apartments. The building is located at the corner of North Bayshore Drive and Northeast 18th Street. It was awarded the SARA Design Award in 2002 for its exterior architectural appeal.

Margaret Pace Park is an 8-acre (3.2 ha) urban park located in the Arts & Entertainment District and Edgewater district of Greater Downtown Miami, Florida, U.S.A. The park is located on Biscayne Bay and has tennis courts as well as personal fitness equipment. It was created in the late 1960s and named in honor of Margaret Pace, who was a founder and past president of the Miami Garden Club. Pace was also chairwoman of Royal Palm State Park, which later became part of Everglades National Park, according to the Biscayne Times. A former vice president the Miami Women’s Club, which is located next door, Pace fought development of the adjoining bayfront green space, which became the park and was named in her honor, according to the Miami Herald. Directly across North Bayshore Drive, three large condominium complexes that were built in the 2000s housing an economic bubble overlook the park. The park underwent a $4 million renovation during this time. An even larger building is under construction adjacent the park As of 2015. The historic Miami Women's Club building is located directly to the south of the park.

Aria on the Bay is a high-rise condominium in the Arts & Entertainment District/Edgewater neighborhood at 1770 North Bayshore Drive, Miami, Florida, U.S.A. Overlooking Margaret Pace Park and Biscayne Bay in Miami's Arts & Entertainment District. It was approved at a height of 535 feet (163 m) in 2015 after an initial notice of presumed hazard by the FAA, who recommended a height of 460 feet. The 52-story building has over 648 units ranging from 813 to 2365 sq ft as well as commercial space. Aria on the Bay was developed by Melo Group and designed by Arquitectonica who handled the architecture, interior design and landscape.

The Priscilla Apartments were a historic site in Miami, Florida. They were located at 318-320 Northeast 19th Street and 1845 Biscayne Boulevard. On January 4, 1989, they were added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places, but then they were demolished. They were delisted in 2018.

Paramount Bay is a luxury high-rise condominium building in the Edgewater Neighborhood, adjacent to the Arts & Entertainment District of Miami, Florida, United States. It stands 554.92 feet (169.14 m), with 47 floors. The building was topped off in late 2009. It was designed by the Arquitectonica architectural firm, with creative vision by Lenny Kravitz for Kravitz Design Inc. I-Star Financial and ST Residential have taken control of the project and are reinventing the property to bring to market in the second quarter of 2011. Fortune International is the current asset manager and Fortune Development Sales has been retained for Sales and Marketing. As originally envisioned, Paramount Bay would far surpass the standard residences in this neighborhood on the Biscayne Bay. Ownership and Fortune International are currently interviewing the top designers in the World to finish the residences and public spaces. Paramount Bay is designed with three towers seamlessly connected and flowing with a curvature reminiscent of Miami Modern Architecture from the 1950s and 1960s. With this design, the building offers direct views of Biscayne Bay from every condominium unit. The building has been designed with many luxury and state-of-the-art features. These include private elevator foyers for each unit, touch-screen hospitality service panels, individual garden terraces for penthouse units, technology concierge, membership in the Grand Bay Club at Key Biscayne, and many more amenities and services unparalleled in any building in Miami or the world. The 10 Penthouse residences all offer in excess of 2,500 square feet (230 m2) of entertaining space.

The Algonquin Apartments were a historic site in Miami, Florida. They were located at 1819-1825 Biscayne Boulevard. On January 4, 1989, they were added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places, but then they were demolished. They were delisted in 2018.

The Opera Tower is a residential skyscraper in Miami, Florida, United States. It was developed by Tibor Hollo's Florida East Coast Realty, and was completed in late 2007. The Opera Tower received its temporary certificate of occupancy on December 26, 2007. The 55-story tower is located at 1750 North Bayshore Drive in Miami's Arts & Entertainment District, just north of Downtown Miami. The building contains 635 uniquely designed luxury condominiums. It is also home to the Japanese-inspired sushi restaurant, NoVe Kitchen and Bar (now closed).

The Miami Women's Club is a historic site in Miami, Florida. It is located at 1737 North Bayshore Drive. On December 27, 1974, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places. The organization has faced problems in restoring its historic headquarters. Later in the 2010s and in 2023, plans turned to making it a themed restaurant owing to the historical ambiance.

First Church of Christ, Scientist is located in Miami, Florida. It is no longer a functioning Christian Science church, having been sold in 2013. The building was designed by August C. Geiger.

The Bacardi Buildings are a landmark of Midtown Miami and served as the former headquarters of Bacardi USA. The site, located at 2100 Biscayne Boulevard, consists of the Bacardi Imports Tower and the Bacardi Imports Administration Annex, also known as "The Jewel Box". The tower and the annex were constructed in 1963 and 1973, respectively, and in 2018 they were added to the National Register of Historic Places.

The DoubleTree by Hilton Grand Hotel Biscayne Bay, also referred as The Grand or The Grand DoubleTree, is a high-rise on the north side of Downtown Miami, Florida, United States. It lies within the Arts & Entertainment District. It was completed in 1986 and designed by the Atlanta architectural firm of Toombs, Amisano and Wells. It is a condominium and hotel. Floors 3–9 are hotel rooms. Floors 10–42 contain over 830 condominium units. The hotel portion contains 152 rooms, and was renovated in 2004. The building is very large, with almost 3.5 million square feet (325,161 m2) of floor space, though this likely includes a large parking garage across the street that is shared with the Omni complex. It is a full-service building, meaning it contains offices, a grocery store, convenience store, deli, clothing stores, gift shops, jewelry stores, pet store, pharmacy, bank, car rental office, doctor, dentist, beauty salon, barbershop, liquor store, dry cleaner, four restaurants, full-time concierge, valet, day spa, fitness center, pool, hot tubs, banquet halls and a full-service marina. It is located one block north of the Adrienne Arsht Metromover station, and two blocks northeast of Miami's performing arts center. It is directly east of, and connected by skywalk to the Omni International Mall. Its backyard is the Sea Isle Marina, home to the Miami International Boat Show.The condominium floors of the building have two large atriums on the east and west side.

The S & S Sandwich Shop (also known as the S&S Diner and the S & S Restaurant) is a historic site in Miami, Florida. It is located at 1757 Northeast 2nd Avenue. On January 4, 1989, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places.The small-scale, Art Deco building was constructed in 1938 and includes a facade of pigmented structural glass and aluminum arranged in horizontal and vertical bands of beige, white, and red.In 2017, the restaurant was evicted from the building, and the S & S Diner resumed at a nearby location.
