The Centre hospitalier universitaire de Toulouse is a French university hospital center whose administrative center is located at Hôtel-Dieu Saint-Jacques.The Toulouse University Hospital employs more than 3,632 doctors and medical students and more than 10,000 hospital staff and received 230,000 total hospitalizations, 140,000 visits and sessions and more than 640,000 outpatient consultations in 2013.It ranks fourth among French University Hospitals in terms of its level of activity and is ranked the best hospital in France in a ranking established in 2012 by the magazine Le Point and includes more than 60 pathologies.

The Pont Neuf, French for "New Bridge" (a.k.a. Pont de Pierre and Grand Pont), is a bridge from the 16th and 17th centuries in Toulouse, in the South of France. Begun in 1544 and completed in 1632, its construction was made particularly long and difficult by the violent floods of the Garonne and the unstable nature of the subsoil. The architect Jacques Lemercier, who carried out the work at the beginning of the 17th century, made it an innovative bridge for its time.

The Port de la Daurade (English: Sea Bream) is found on the right bank of the Garonne River in Toulouse. Boats leave from here for travel on the Garonne and the Canal du Midi. The Canal de Brienne is near as is the bazacle.

Notre-Dame de la Daurade is a basilica in Toulouse, France. It was established in 410 when Emperor Honorius allowed the conversion of pagan temples to Christianity. The original building of Notre-Dame de la Daurade was a temple dedicated to Apollo.

The Hôpital de La Grave is a hospital situated in the Saint-Cyprien quartier of Toulouse in Southwest France on the left bank of the Garonne. Taking up six hectares (three times the size of the Hôtel-Dieu), La Grave was the second largest hospital establishment and primary maternal care center of Toulouse during much of the 20th century until the CHU of Rangueil was built. It is named for the sandy bank (Standard French: grève) of the Garonne where it was built.

The Hôtel d'Assézat in Toulouse, France, is a French Renaissance hôtel particulier (urban palace) of the 16th century which houses the Bemberg Foundation, a major art gallery of the city. The hôtel was likely built by Toulouse architect Nicolas Bachelier for Pierre d'Assézat, an internationally renowned Toulouse woad merchant at the time. As one of the first manifestations of French classicism it is an outstanding example of Renaissance palaces architecture of southern France, with a use of brick typical of Toulouse and an elaborate decoration of the cour d'honneur (courtyard) influenced by Italian Mannerism and by classicism. The Hôtel d'Assézat differs from the other Renaissance townhouses in Toulouse not only in size and its exceptional ornementation, but also in its pristine condition, a fact which earns it a mention in every overview of French Renaissance. The hôtel now belongs to the City of Toulouse and was restored in the 1980s. It is home to the Union des sociétés savantes, the Académie des Jeux Floraux and the Bemberg Foundation.

The Hôtel de Bagis in Toulouse, France, is a Renaissance hôtel particulier (palace) of the 16th century. It is a listed historical monument since 1889.It is also called Hôtel de Clary, after the owner who carried out the second campaign of works at the beginning of the 17th century, or Hôtel de pierre (meaning «stone hotel») because of its spectacular stone façade on the street.

The Church of the Jacobins is a deconsecrated Roman Catholic church located in Toulouse, France. It is a large brick building whose construction started in 1230, and whose architecture influenced the development of the Gothique méridional (Southern French Gothic) style. The relics of Thomas Aquinas are housed there. In the two centuries following the dissolution in France of the Dominican Order at the time of the French Revolution, it served various different purposes before undergoing major restoration in the 20th century. In the early 21st century, it was partially converted into a museum. Toulouse being the city where the Dominican order was founded in 1215, the Convent of the Jacobins of Toulouse is sometimes considered the mother church of the order, although it was not the first convent built by the Dominican friars. Other churches such as Santa Sabina in Rome also claim this title.

The Hôtel de Felzins in Toulouse, France, is a Renaissance hôtel particulier (palace) of the 16th century, also called Hôtel de Molinier. This mansion located in the historical center of Toulouse was built in the middle of the 16th century (1550-1556) for parliamentarian Gaspard Molinier. The hotel is representative of the Toulouse mansions, characteristic with its Renaissance motifs. It is particularly noteworthy for its Mannerist portal on the Rue de la Dalbade, with rich and exuberant decor. A room on the ground floor has preserved its monumental fireplace of the sixteenth century, Henry II style. Engraved above the upper bas-relief, which represents the demi-god Hercules, are the mentions Hercules Gallicus and Charitas nunquam excidit. Two medallions represent Roman emperors.
