Callison was an international architecture firm based in Seattle, Washington. Callison was founded by Tony Callison in 1975 and grew to 900 employees around the world prior to its acquisition by Arcadis NV in 2014. In October 2015, Callison was formally merged with another Arcadis subsidiary, RTKL Associates, to form CallisonRTKL headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland.Callison planned and designed retail, hospitality, mixed-use, workplace, corporate and healthcare projects worldwide.

US Bank Centre is a 177 m (581 ft), 44-story skyscraper in Seattle, in the U.S. state of Washington. It opened as Pacific First Center and was constructed from 1987 to 1989. It is currently the eighth-tallest building in Seattle and was designed by Callison Architecture, who is also headquartered in the building. It contains 287,602 m2 (3,095,720 sq ft) of office space.

The Shafer Building, also known as the Sixth and Pine Building, is a historic building in downtown Seattle, in the U.S. state of Washington. The structure is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Sheraton Grand Seattle is a high-rise hotel in Seattle, in the U.S. state of Washington. The hotel is operated by Sheraton Hotels and Resorts, which is owned by Marriott International. The 35-floor building was built in 1982 and renovated in 2011.The hotel is among the largest in Seattle, with 1,236 guest rooms as of 2020. Sheraton Grand Seatltle unveiled a $60 million renovation, which included a Starbucks shop, in 2018. The hotel hosts a Gingerbread Village annually. The restaurant Loulay Kitchen and Bar has operated in the building.

The Coliseum Theater, a former cinema in Seattle, Washington, opened January 8, 1916. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1975, and is also an official Seattle city landmark. Designed by B. Marcus Priteca, it was Seattle's first theater built specifically for showing movies, and was one of the first cinemas anywhere to strive for architectural grandeur. When it opened, it was advertised as "the world's largest and finest photoplay palace." In 1931, the Journal of the Royal Institute of Architects called it "the first of the world's movie palaces."The exterior features elaborate terra cotta work, and the original interior was comparably ornate. When it opened in the silent film era, it boasted a 7-piece orchestra plus an organist; the giant organ was made by Moller, and the musicians—all Russians—were reputed to be the highest-paid movie theater musicians in the country. Anita King attended the opening night to give a speech dedicating the theater.The Coliseum continued as a first-run theater into the late 1970s, and continued to show films until 1990. In 1995, the building was rehabilitated as a Banana Republic clothing store.

Pacific Place is an upscale shopping center in downtown Seattle, Washington, United States. Opened on October 29, 1998, it is located at 6th Avenue and Pine Street and has a total area of 335,000 square feet (31,100 m2). It has five floors, the uppermost of which features an 11-screen AMC Theatre (formerly General Cinema) and various restaurants. Pacific Place also features a skybridge that connects it to Seattle's Nordstrom flagship. During the Christmas season, there is an artificial snow display every night at 6 p.m. in the atrium. On July 14, 2014, Pacific Place was sold for $271 million to Madison Marquette, a Washington, D.C.-based commercial real estate company. On September 2016, Madison Marquette completed the purchase of the Pacific Place parking garage from the city of Seattle for $87 million. A redevelopment of the mall was announced on March 2017 to expand space for shops and remodel the common areas. After over two years of redevelopment, Pacific Placed reopened in June 2020. Throughout 2021, small independent shops and art non-profits have utilized vacancy spaces for business and artistic activities.

The Grand Pacific Hotel (first known as the Starr Building and sometimes the California Block) is a historic building in Seattle, Washington located at 1115-1117 1st Avenue between Spring and Seneca Streets in the city's central business district. The building was designed in July 1889 and constructed in 1890 [Often incorrectly cited as 1898] during the building boom that followed the Great Seattle Fire of 1889. Though designed as an office building, the Grand Central had served as a Single room occupancy hotel nearly since its construction, with the Ye Kenilworth Inn on the upper floors during the 1890s. The hotel was refurnished and reopened in 1900 as the Grand Pacific Hotel, most likely named after the hotel of the same name in Chicago that had just recently been rebuilt. It played a role during the Yukon Gold Rush as one of many hotels that served traveling miners and also housed the offices for the Seattle Woolen Mill, an important outfitter for the Klondike.The Grand Pacific Hotel is a substantial four-story brick and stone building designed in the Richardsonian Romanesque style and remains a rare surviving example of its kind outside of the Pioneer Square district. The Building was designed by one of Seattle's most important 19th century architects, William E. Boone, and is one of his earliest surviving projects. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982 around the same time as the adjacent Colonial Hotel and both are Seattle city landmarks. The two hotels were interconnected during restoration in the early 1980s and today are collectively known as the Colonial Grand Pacific.

Loulay Kitchen and Bar, or simply Loulay, was a restaurant by Thierry Rautureau in Seattle, in the U.S. state of Washington.

Nordstrom Downtown Seattle, originally known as the Frederick & Nelson Department Store, is a department store in Seattle, Washington on Pine Street between Fifth and Sixth Avenues. It has been a flagship store for Nordstrom since 1998, and was originally the flagship store for Frederick & Nelson from 1918–1992. The building was designed by John Graham & Company in the Neo-Renaissance style. It was granted landmark designation by the Seattle Landmarks Preservation Board in October 1996.

The Washington Athletic Club, founded in 1930, is a private social and athletic club located in downtown Seattle. The 21-story WAC clubhouse opened in December 1930 and was designed in the Art Deco style by Seattle architect Sherwood D. Ford. The five-story WAC includes a 25-yard pool, full-size basketball court, running track, handball and racquetball courts, and pilates and yoga studios. The top ten floors house the Inn at the WAC, a 109-room boutique hotel. The club also offers a full-service day spa and a wellness center with nutrition, physical therapy, and naturopathic services. The building is also home to three restaurants, a private ballroom, social areas, and numerous meeting spaces. The idea of the Century 21 Exposition was first conceived by club members within the building in January 1955.In 2009, the Washington Athletic Club became a City of Seattle Landmark, and in 2018 its 6th Street building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Rainier Square Tower is a mixed-use skyscraper in the Metropolitan Tract of downtown Seattle, Washington. The 850-foot (260 m) tall, 58-story tower is located at Union Street between 4th and 5th Avenues adjacent to the existing Rainier Tower; it is the second-tallest building in Seattle. The $600 million project was completed in 2020, and is the tallest building constructed in the city since the construction of the Columbia Center in 1985.
