Salesforce Tower Atlanta is a 425 ft (130m) tall skyscraper in Atlanta, Georgia. It was completed in 1986 and has 34 floors. Smallwood, Reynolds, Stewart, Stewart & Associates, Inc. designed the building, which is tied with 1100 Peachtree as the 25th tallest building in Atlanta. A second tower with the same profile, but boasting ten additional floors, and a four-hundred-room hotel were originally planned for the surrounding site but never built.The building entry is undergoing renovations. Renovations are to begin August 1, 2017.On October 17, 2018 Salesforce.com announced plans to occupy 3 additional floors. This will bring their total occupancy to 7 floors thus earning Salesforce naming rights to the tower. Other office occupants include RentPath, Rubicon, SAS Institute, Ademco, Soltech, iFOLIO, and Carat.

The Rich's Great Tree, now the Macy's Great Tree (and briefly the Great Tree at Macy's), was a large 70–90-foot (21–27 m) tall cut pine Christmas tree that had been an Atlanta tradition since 1948. As of 2013, the tree has been replaced by a much smaller artificial one in the parking lot, which was then moved back to the roof for 2014.

Lenox Square is a shopping mall in the Buckhead district of Atlanta, Georgia. With 198 tenants and 1,558,678 square feet (144,805.9 m2) of gross leasable area, it is the third-largest mall in Georgia. The mall is currently owned and managed by Simon Property Group, and is considered a sister mall to the adjacent, Simon-owned Phipps Plaza. As of 2021, the mall is anchored by department stores Bloomingdale's, Macy's, and Neiman Marcus. Lenox Square opened to the public on August 3, 1959, operating as an open-air shopping center much like a typical lifestyle center. Its original anchors were two of the most famous and acclaimed department stores in the area, Rich's and Davison's, and grocery chain Colonial Stores. The mall opened with 60 stores. Over the next few decades competition from new suburban shopping malls spurred four expansions. The most recent renovation included enlarging the Neiman Marcus store by 52,000 square feet (4,800 m2) and the addition of 36,000 square feet (3,300 m2) of new retail space. Lenox Square houses several upscale stores that do not have other locations within several hundred miles of Atlanta. These include Audemars Piguet, Zegna, David Yurman, Diesel, Fendi, Louis Vuitton, Cartier, Salvatore Ferragamo, Burberry, G-Star Raw, UGG, Ted Baker, Tesla Motors, CH Carolina Herrera, Kiehl's, Prada, Van Cleef & Arpels, and Rolex. It also has the largest Pottery Barn in their chain as well as one of the largest Forever 21 stores in the Southeastern United States.

CityPlace at Buckhead was an approved residential complex that planned to include eight 493 ft (150m), tall, 42 floor, skyscrapers and a 27 floor, 353 ft (108m) tall building, in Atlanta, Georgia, United States. It was planned to take up 19.5 acres (79,000 m2), have almost 5,000,000 square feet (460,000 m2) of residential space and 95,000 square feet (8,800 m2) of retail space, and 3,800 units. It was approved July 27, 2006, and was being designed by Arquitectonica. In October 2009 the property was foreclosed on and returned to the lender, Wells Fargo Bank. As of April 2011 the property was back up for sale.

The Pinnacle is a 22-story skyscraper in the Buckhead district of Atlanta. Built at the corner of Lenox and Peachtree Roads, construction was finished in 1998. Given that Buckhead is the financial center of both Atlanta and the Southeast, many of the buildings tenants are in the financial sector, including brokerage and consulting firms such as Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley.

Phipps Plaza is a shopping mall in the Buckhead district of Atlanta, Georgia. It is located at the intersection of Peachtree Road (SR 141) and Lenox Road (SR 141 Connector), adjacent to the Phipps Tower office building. The mall is currently owned and managed by Simon Property Group, and is considered a sister mall to the adjacent, Simon-owned Lenox Square. As of 2021, it is anchored by department stores Nordstrom and Saks Fifth Avenue.

The North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) is a nonprofit corporation based in Atlanta, Georgia, and formed on March 28, 2006, as the successor to the North American Electric Reliability Council (also known as NERC). The original NERC was formed on June 1, 1968, by the electric utility industry to promote the reliability and adequacy of bulk power transmission in the electric utility systems of North America. NERC's mission states that it is to "ensure the reliability of the North American bulk power system."NERC oversees six regional reliability entities and encompasses all of the interconnected power systems of Canada and the contiguous United States, as well as a portion of the Mexican state of Baja California. NERC's major responsibilities include working with all stakeholders to develop standards for power system operation, monitoring and enforcing compliance with those standards, assessing resource adequacy, and providing educational and training resources as part of an accreditation program to ensure power system operators remain qualified and proficient. NERC also investigates and analyzes the causes of significant power system disturbances in order to help prevent future events. NERC's standards for generating resources require that sufficient generating capacity be provided such that customers will need to be disconnected less often than once every ten years. These standards are mandatory for only some of the regional entities.

Peachtree Park is a neighborhood in the Buckhead Community of Atlanta, Georgia. It is bounded by: Peachtree Road and North Buckhead on the northwest Georgia 400 and Lenox Square and Pine Hills on the east MARTA north-south rail line and the Miami Circle design district of Lindbergh/Morosgo on the southeast Piedmont Road and Buckhead Village and Garden Hills on the west

Phipps Tower is a 20-story office tower in Buckhead, Atlanta. It is adjacent to the Phipps Plaza shopping center. John Hancock Life Insurance Company owns, manages and leases the building. It is on a 2.96-acre (12,000 m2) plot of land.

Buckhead is a train station in Atlanta, Georgia, serving the Red Line of the Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) rail system. This station is the first station only served by the Red Line. It is located in the Buckhead neighborhood in the median of State Route 400, a limited access highway, at Peachtree Road/State Route 141. The station is in easy walking distance of many offices, hotels and shopping centers, including Lenox Square, although the Lenox MARTA station provides easier access to the mall. The buc, a zero-fare bus service, also provides transportation to the surrounding area. The Buckhead Station also features Zipcars.

Pine Hills is a neighborhood of Atlanta, Georgia and also part of the Buckhead Community, located in north east Atlanta on the eastern part of Buckhead. Many homes in Pine Hills are also located in Brookhaven, GA. It is roughly bounded by Buford Highway to the south, the railway (alongside East Paces Ferry Road) to the north, Lenox Road to the west, and East Roxboro Road to the east. The western and central section of Pine Hills is in Fulton County and a smaller section to the east is in Dekalb County, east of a north-south line that roughly passes through the intersection of East Roxboro Road and West Roxboro Road. The area includes part of the 30324 and 30329 postal zip codes.

The Waldorf Astoria Atlanta Buckhead is a 580 ft (177 m) tall combination hotel/condominium building skyscraper in Atlanta, Georgia. It was constructed from 2006 to 2008 and has 42 floors. It is the 12th tallest building in Atlanta and the fifteenth tallest residential highrise in the United States. The design architect for the building was Robert A.M. Stern Architects with Atlanta firm Milton Pate Architects serving as the Architect of Record. The project was developed by Atlanta-based City Centre Properties, LLC and constructed by Holder Construction Company.
