San Gerolamo Emiliani is a Modernist-style Roman Catholic church located on via Giovanni Calagria #36 in Milan, region of Lombardy, Italy.

Crescenzago (Lombard: Crescenzagh [kreʃẽˈsɑːk], historically Carscenzagh) is a district ("quartiere") of Milan, Italy, part of the Zone 2 administrative division, north-east of the city centre. It became part of Milan in 1923; prior to that, it was an independent borgo (town). The town is traversed by the Naviglio Martesana canal. The district houses several historical buildings, most notably a 12th Century abbey and several villas from the 18th Century. It also has notable green areas, such as part of the Lambro park, as well as industrial archeological features, most notably the abandoned Ovomaltina factory. The Milan Metro subway (Line 2) stops at Crescenzago.

Cimiano (Lombard: Cimian [tʃiˈmjãː]) is a district (quartiere) of Milan, Italy. It is located within the Zone 3 administrative division, north-east of the city centre. The Milan Metro (Line 2) stops at Cimiano. The name "Cimiano" is a contraction of cimiliano, meaning "next to Milan". The oldest known reference to the settlement is in a 10th Century Lombards manuscript. It was an autonomous comune until 1757, when it was annexed to Crescenzago, which in turn became part of Milan in 1923. The Rizzoli publishing house, one of the major publishing houses in Italy, is based in Cimiano.

The station is located near the junction between Via Palmanova, Viale Don Luigi Orione, Via Don Giovanni Calabria and Via Pusiano, in the district of Cimiano. The station was opened on 27 September 1969 as part of the inaugural section of Line 2, between Cascina Gobba and Caiazzo.It is a surface station with a single island platform and has no access for people with physical disabilities.

This is beside the major highway interchange known as Cascina Gobba, which is the main vehicular transportation hub of northeast Milan, Italy. The line branches here to terminate at either Cologno Nord or Gessate. The station takes its name from Cascina Gobba, a nearby rural village. MeLA, a fully automated people mover opened in 1999, connects the station to the San Raffaele Hospital.

Quartiere Feltre is a residential district ("quartiere") of Milan, Italy. It is located in the Zone 3 administrative division, extending east of the city centre, adjacent to the districts of Lambrate and Cimiano, the Lambro river and the Tangenziale Est ring road. It is named after Via Feltre, a large suburban street that connects Milan to the Parco Lambro city park. The district mainly comprises large apartment blocks, built in the late 1950s with state subsidies. The leading architects involved in the realization of this residential area were Luciano Baldessari, Giancarlo De Carlo, Ignazio Gardella and Angelo Mangiarotti, supervised by Gino Pollini. Two main types of apartment blocks were realized, respectively 4-floor and 9-floor high. The 4-floor buildings are located in the centre of the district, where most shops and public services are found, while the taller builinds are located in the district's periphery.

The San Raffaele Hospital (also Istituto scientifico universitario San Raffaele or ospedale San Raffaele, HSR or OSR) is a university hospital situated in Segrate, the Province of Milan, Italy. It was founded in 1969 by don Luigi Maria Verzé, president of "San Raffaele del Monte Tabor Foundation". The facility is connected to the Milan Metro by the MeLA people mover. The hospital is affiliated with the School of Medicine and the School of Nursing of the Vita-Salute San Raffaele University.

Milano Due (Milan 2, also known as Milano 2) is a residential centre in the Italian town of Segrate (Province of Milan). It was built as a new town by Edilnord, a company associated with the Fininvest group of Silvio Berlusconi. The main peculiarity of Milano Due is its walkability: A system of walkways and bridges connects the whole neighborhood, so that it is possible to walk around without ever intersecting traffic. It was marketed as a residential neighborhood for families of the upper middle class with children. The works started in 1970, and were completed in 1979. Distinctive landmarks are the sporting facilities, a small artificial lake (il laghetto) and a children's playground.

The Mosque of Segrate (Italian: Moschea di Segrate), also known as Masjid al-Rahmàn or Mosque of the Merciful, is a mosque in Segrate, Italy, located on the border to the Milano Due suburb. It was the first mosque with a dome and minaret to be built in Italy after the demolition of the last mosques in Lucera in 1300. The mosque opened on 28 May 1988, and it has been, ever since, Milan's most important mosque and the second-most important mosque in Italy after the Mosque of Rome. The mosque depends on the cultural association "Muslim Centre for Milan and Lombardy", which publishes one of the most important Muslim magazines in Italian, Il messaggero dell'Islam ("The Messenger of Islam").
