Kenneggy Downs is a hamlet on the A394, between the towns of Helston and Penzance in Cornwall, UK. It is in the west of the civil parish of Breage and 5 miles (8.0 km) east of Penzance. Kenegy is Cornish for bogs.The Grade II listed, 18th-century public house the Coach and Horses was extended in the 19th century and was originally an inn on the turnpike between Penryn and Penzance. Built into the fireplace is a circa, early 19th-century granite milestone with the inscription ″From Helston 1".On 3 September 1879 a tenement was sold by auction at Kanneggie Downs. Kenneggy Downs is north of the twin hamlets of Kenneggy.There is also a Kenegie at Gulval, near Penzance.

Praa Sands (Cornish: Poll an Wragh = Salt Pool of the Wrass), (formerly Prah Sands) commonly pronounced pray or prah, is a white-sand beach and coastal village in Cornwall, England. It is in the parish of Breage and lies off the A394 road between Helston and Penzance. Formerly serving the local mining industry, it is now mostly a tourist-orientated area. The beach is popular with surfers and walkers. Towards the south eastern end of the beach is a WW2 Type 24 pillbox. Originally this was constructed on top of the cliffs but it has been subjected to coastal erosion and has settled down onto the beach.

Pengersick Castle is a fortified manor house located between the villages of Germoe and Praa Sands in Cornwall, England. The tower house, which is in the parish of Breage, is a Grade I listed building. Parts of the building date from the early 16th century.

Germoe (Cornish: Germogh) is a village and civil parish in Cornwall, England, United Kingdom. Germoe village, the parish's main settlement and church town, is about five miles (8 km) west of Helston and seven miles (11.3 km) east of Penzance. The A394 Penzance to Helston road runs along the southern border of the parish. Other settlements in the parish include Balwest, Boscreege and Tresowes Green. The parish is named after Saint Germocus, one of the companions of Saint Breage. According to legend Germoc was a king in Ireland whose feast day is 6 May. Historically, the largest landowners in the parish were the Godolphin family (the Dukes of Leeds).Germoe parish is bounded to the north, east and south by Breage parish and to the west by St Hilary parish. The population was 508 in the 2001 census. This had increased to 549 at the 2011 Census. The parish is now rural in character but was once associated with mining; to the north it borders the geological formation known as the Tregonning-Godolphin Granite (one of five granite batholiths in Cornwall) and the area was formerly an important source of tin and copper ore (see Geology of Cornwall). Tregonning Hill is the site of the Germoe war memorial.

Boscreege (Cornish: Boskrug) is a small village in the civil parish of Germoe in west Cornwall, in England, United Kingdom.The village is on the southern edge of a former mining area, part of a geological formation known as the Tregonning-Godolphin Granite (one of five granite batholiths in Cornwall) which was formerly an important source of tin and copper ore (see also Geology of Cornwall). The name Boscreege is an anglicisation of the Cornish language Boskrug, which contains the words bos 'dwelling' and krug 'barrow, mound'.

The Cornwall and West Devon Mining Landscape is a World Heritage Site which includes select mining landscapes in Cornwall and West Devon in the south west of England. The site was added to the World Heritage List during the 30th Session of the UNESCO World Heritage Committee in Vilnius, July 2006. Following plans in 2011 to restart mining at South Crofty, and to build a supermarket at Hayle Harbour, the World Heritage Committee drafted a decision in 2014 to put the site on the List of World Heritage in Danger, but this was rejected at the 38th Committee Session at Doha, Qatar (July 2014), in favour of a follow-up Reactive Monitoring Mission.

Relubbus is a hamlet in the parish of St Hilary, west Cornwall, England. It is on the B3280 road between Townshend and Goldsithney; the River Hayle runs through Relubbus.

Prussia Cove (Cornish: Porth Legh), formerly called King's Cove, is a small private estate on the coast of Mount's Bay and to the east of Cudden Point, west Cornwall, England, United Kingdom. Part of the area is designated as a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI), a Geological Conservation Review site and is in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). It consists of four small coves and several cottages and houses. The names of the coves from west to east are Piskies, Bessy's, King's and Coule's. The area is accessible by foot from the South West Coast Path The cove is known for the 18th-century ship-wrecker and smuggler John Carter, also known as the "King of Prussia".

Halamanning is a hamlet in west Cornwall, England, situated approximately 5.5 miles (8.9 km) east of Penzance and 4 miles (6.4 km) south of Hayle. Halamanning is in the parish of St Hilary (where the population taken at the 2011 census was included ) and is in the Cornwall and West Devon Mining Landscape, which was designated as a World Heritage Site in 2006.

Balwest (Cornish: Bal West, meaning Western mine) is a hamlet in the civil parish of Germoe in west Cornwall, England, in the United Kingdom.The hamlet is on the southern edge of a former mining area, part of a geological formation known as the Tregonning-Godolphin Granite (one of five granite batholiths in Cornwall) which was formerly an important source of tin and copper ore (see also Geology of Cornwall). A Wesleyan Methodist chapel was opened at Balwest in 1829 for miners. The building is Grade II listed.
