Birkenwerder (German: Bahnhof Birkenwerder) is a railway station in the town of Birkenwerder, Brandenburg, Germany. The station lies of the Berlin Northern Railway and the train services are operated by Deutsche Bahn including Berlin S-Bahn services. Some of the station's tracks are electrified using both DC using the third rail system of the Berlin S-Bahn and AC using the overhead line system of the Deutsche Bahn long-distance lines.The so-called "Rote Brücke" (red bridge), a pedestrian bridge that leads over the railway tracks, is a protected monument. On 31 May 1992, S1 trains were extended to Hohen Neuendorf, and to Oranienburg after the fall of Berlin Wall. The East Berlin stretch of the line (now S8) was shortened to terminate at this station.

Hohen Neuendorf (in German S-Bahnhof Hohen Neuendorf) is a railway station in the town of Hohen Neuendorf, Germany. It is served by the Berlin S-Bahn and by several local buses. On 13 August 1961, the S-Bahn line to Oranienburg was cut off by the Berlin Wall, and it was only from Hohen Neuendorf to Oranienburg as a shuttle and a lonely, not connected line. It was only connected on 19 November 1961 to the rest of the East Berlin S-Bahn. The West Berlin section from Hohen Neuendorf to Frohnau was later reconstructed since February 1991 and reopened on 31 May 1992. In addition, the southern exit from Hohen Neuendorf was also closed.

Lehnitz (in German Bahnhof Lehnitz) is a railway station in the district of Lehnitz, Oranienburg, Germany. It is served by route S1 of the Berlin S-Bahn, with trains in both directions stopping every 20 min during the hours of operation.

The Richtfunkstelle Berlin-Frohnau (Directional radio station Berlin-Frohnau) was a facility for directional radio services in Frohnau (a locality in the Reinickendorf borough of Berlin). Before German reunification, the facility served as a microwave transmission link between West Berlin and West Germany. It first used only an overhorizon directional link. For this link between 1970 and 1973 a 117.5 m high free-standing steelframe work tower was built. This tower was equipped with parabolic dishes of 18 m diameter for an overhorizon link to Gartow in Lower Saxony. From 1977 onward a 358.6 m high guyed mast for conventional directional service was built. It carries on a platform aerials for directional services toward Gartow and Clenze, both in Lower Saxony. At a height of 300 metres, there was a room for technical equipment measuring 4 by 5 metres. This room was the highest floor of all structures in the European Union at the time of the tower's demolition. Since 2002 there have been test transmissions for DRM on the medium wave frequency 1485 kHz. Because neither of the towers was designed for use as aerial for AM transmission, a long wire aerial on a 10 m high mast was built. The radio mast was demolished on February 8, 2009 shortly after 1pm local time.

The Ludwig Lesser Park (German: Ludwig-Lesser-Park) is a park in the Frohnau area in the northwestern part of Berlin. It is located between Schönfließer Straße to the north, Gollanczstraße to the west, Senheimer Straße to the east and Markgrafenstraße to the south. It is named for the landscape architect Ludwig Lesser, and was constructed around 1908.

Gollanczstraße is a street in the Frohnau area in the northwestern part of Berlin. It is characterized by several large patrician villas from the 1920s, and several of the villas on the street are listed as cultural heritage sites by the state authorities. During the Cold War, the street was located within West Berlin, a few hundred meters from the Berlin Wall. The street is named for the British publisher and humanitarian, Sir Victor Gollancz. The street is found in an area with many parks and green spaces, and is located in one of the most affluent parts of Berlin. The Ludwig Lesser Park is found to the east of the street, and the Poloplatz to the north. The Victor Gollancz Elementary School is located in Gollanczstraße 18–24 and likewise named for Victor Gollancz.

The Kreuz Oranienburg (German:Autobahndreieck Kreuz Oranienburg) is a partial cloverleaf with a semi-direct link in the German state Brandenburg in the Metropolitan region of Berlin. The interchange connects the A111 from Dreieck Charlottenburg in Berlin and the B96 from Oranienburg to the A10, the Berlin Beltway.
