Factoria is a mixed-use suburban neighborhood in south Bellevue, Washington and is one of the city's significant commercial districts. Originally timberland from the 1890s to 1920s and later envisioned as an industrial center, Factoria has since the 1960s evolved into commercial and residential development. Factoria was annexed into Bellevue in 1993. The core neighborhood is bounded by Interstate 90 to the north, Interstate 405 to the west, Newport Way to the east, and Coal Creek Parkway to the south.

Newport is a neighborhood in Bellevue, Washington. It is also the home of Washington Huskies women's basketball.A transmitter site for the station is in Mercer Slough Nature Park in Bellevue. KKNW's studios are located in the Newport Corporate Center, also in Bellevue.

The Bellevue murders, or the Bellevue massacre, occurred on the night of January 3, and the early morning of January 4, 1997, when Alex Kevin Baranyi and David Carpenter Anderson, both 17, lured Kimberly Ann Wilson, 20, to a park in Bellevue, Washington, US, and murdered her. Afterwards, they entered her family home and murdered her father Bill Wilson, his wife Rose Wilson, and their other daughter, Julia Wilson. Both Baranyi and Anderson were convicted and sentenced to serve four consecutive life sentences without the possibility of parole.Although the motives behind the murders were unclear, the boys exhibited psychological disturbance when they were brought in for questioning. When Baranyi was questioned about his motives, he calmly replied that he wanted to kill someone because he was "in a rut". Testimonies by Baranyi and Anderson led investigators to suggest that they killed the Wilson family for the sheer experience of killing.

KXPA (1540 kHz) is a commercial AM radio station licensed to Bellevue, Washington, and serving the Seattle metropolitan area. It is part of the nationwide Multicultural Radio Broadcasting network, one of 30 stations owned by Arthur Liu, which cater to minority and immigrant communities with programs in their native languages. The transmitter is located off 118th Avenue SE in Bellevue, near Kelsey Creek. KXPA is powered at 5,000 watts. But at night, to avoid interfering with other stations on 1540, KXPA uses a directional antenna, with much of the signal pointed west over Seattle and Puget Sound.

Music Works Northwest is the non-profit community music school located in Bellevue, Washington, USA. Music Works Northwest is one of the largest non-profit community music schools in the Pacific Northwest. It is a member of the Washington Music Educators Association, the Eastside Arts Coalition, and the Bellevue Arts Commission. Bellevue College (BC) is a public college in Bellevue, Washington. It is the largest of the 34 institutions that make up the Washington Community and Technical Colleges system and the third-largest institution of higher education overall in the state (behind the University of Washington and Washington State University). The institution offers transfer associate degree programs that cover the first two years of a college education, bachelor's degree programs, professional-technical degrees and certificates, a large continuing education program, and pre-college programs. The college also has a variety of distance education and online learning options. BC's service district includes the public school districts of Bellevue, Mercer Island, Issaquah, Skykomish and Snoqualmie Valley. The current President of Bellevue College is former Governor of Washington and US Secretary Commerce Gary Locke.

Bannerwood Park is a baseball park in the northwest United States, located in Bellevue, Washington, a suburb east of Seattle. It is the home field of Seattle University, a member of the NCAA Division I Western Athletic Conference. The venue features lighting, bleacher seating, concessions, and restrooms.On February 23, 2010, Bannerwood Park hosted Seattle's first home game since returning to Division I; the Redhawks lost 21–7 to Division II Saint Martin's of Lacey.
