Grange Park is an estate on the outskirts of Northampton in West Northamptonshire.

Caroline Chisholm School is a mixed all-through school with academy status, in Wootton, south Northampton, England. It is named after Caroline Chisholm, a 19th-century social reformer. The principal is David James. The school was built in 15 months and cost £25 million. The school added its final year, Year 13, in September 2008. In 2005, admission arrangements were changed to give siblings of existing students at the school greater priority for places.

St Peter and St Paul's Church is a redundant Anglican church in the hamlet of Preston Deanery, Northamptonshire, England. It is recorded in the National Heritage List for England as a designated Grade II* listed building, and is under the care of the Churches Conservation Trust. Although the church is not open for regular worship, it still hosts occasional special services, such as Pentecost and Christmas services for the Living Brook Benefice.

Preston Deanery is a village and former civil parish, now in the parish of Hackleton, in the West Northamptonshire district, in the ceremonial county of Northamptonshire, England. It is 4 miles (6 km) south of Northampton town centre and 1.5 miles (2 km) by road to the M1 London to Yorkshire motorway junction 15. It lies just off the B526 road (former A50) from Northampton to Newport Pagnell, between Hackleton and Wootton, a former village which has become now a suburb of Northampton. The 2010 population estimate was 51.The village's name means 'Priests' farm/settlement'. The hamlet gave its name to the deanery here.

Northampton was a rural district in Northamptonshire, England from 1894 to 1974. It was created under the Local Government Act 1894 based on the Northampton rural sanitary district. In 1932, under a County Review order, it took in the disbanded Hardingstone Rural District and two parishes from Pottersbury Rural District. The district was abolished in 1974 under the Local Government Act 1972. Part of it was added to the new Northampton district, with the rest going to form the new district of South Northamptonshire.

Wootton is a former village about 3 miles (4.8 km) south of Northampton town centre that is now part of Northampton. Wootton is separated from Hardingstone by the Newport Pagnell Road the B526, formerly part of the A50 road. Part of Wootton is alongside the A45 dual carriageway from the M1 to Wellingborough which is seen and heard from that part of the area.

Courteenhall is a village 5 miles (8 km) south of the county town of Northampton, in the shire county of Northamptonshire, England, and about 66 miles (106 km) north of London. The population of the civil parish was 122 at the 2011 census. The village is located in a cul-de-sac.

Hardingstone is a village in Northamptonshire, England. It is on the southern edge of Northampton, and now forms a suburb of the town. It is about 1 mile (2 km) from the town centre. The Newport Pagnell road (the B526, formerly part of the A50) separates the village from the nearby village of Wootton, which has also been absorbed into the urban area. The village's name means 'Hearding's Thorn-tree'. The parish includes part of the Brackmills Industrial Estate, and borders Delapré Abbey.

Hartwell is a village and civil parish in West Northamptonshire, England, bordering Buckinghamshire. The village is next to Salcey Forest and the M1 motorway. It is 7 miles (11 km) south of Northampton and 13 miles (21 km) north of Milton Keynes. The villages name means 'Hart spring/stream'.

Roade was a railway station serving the Northamptonshire village of the same name on the West Coast Main Line. Roade Station opened in 1838 as the principal station for Northampton (which the main line had bypassed), but its importance diminished upon the opening of the Northampton and Peterborough Railway in 1845. The construction of the Northampton Loop Line in 1875 made Roade a junction station, and it survived until 1964.
