Sant Gervasi Cemetery founded in 1853, is located in the district of Sarrià-Sant Gervasi in Barcelona, Spain. With an extension of 12,229 m², the area divided into two parts by a staircase leading to the cemetery chapel. It includes 4773 plots. Numerous sculptures and ornaments, mainly in the style of eclecticism, decorate the tombs.

Abat Oliba CEU University (official name: Universitat Abat Oliba CEU; UAO CEU) is a private university located in Barcelona, Spain. It was founded in 1973 as the Abat Oliba College. In 2003, the Parliament of Catalonia approved its conversion to Abat Oliba CEU University. The university adopts the name of Abbot Oliba, Count of Berga and Ripoll, bishop of Vic, and founder of Montserrat because "aimed at making its spirit who established a thousand years the foundations of emerging Catalonia based on Roman and Christian culture".It is named after Abbot Oliba, a key figure in the repopulation of Catalonia based on Roman and Christian culture, and political pacifism, whose assemblies of Peace and Truce of God laid the groundwork for one of the first parliaments in Europe. It is one of the three Spanish universities belonging to the Centro de Estudios Universitarios CEU educational group. It belongs to the Catholic Association of Propagandists, an institution created in 1908 by the Jesuit priest Ángel Ayala. The main campus of the UAO CEU is the Bellesguard Campus, in the district of Sarrià-Sant Gervasi. The architect Miquel Àngel Armengou, based in Barcelona, designed and built the university around the church at its centre

The International University of Catalonia (UIC Barcelona) is a private university in Barcelona, Spain, created in 1997 and recognized by the Parliament of Catalonia by Law 11/1997, of October 1. Istituto Italiano Statale Comprensivo di Barcellona or the Istituto Italiano Statale Comprensivo "Edoardo Amaldi" is an Italian international school in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain. Owned by the Italian government, it consists of three parts: Scuole secondarie "Edoardo Amaldi", Scuola primaria "Maria Montessori" and scuola dell'infanzia riconosciuta "Maria Montessori". The school administration and liceo (senior high school/sixth form college) occupy one campus, while all other classes are in a Sarrià facility.

Sant Gervasi – la Bonanova is a neighbourhood in the Sarrià-Sant Gervasi district of Barcelona, Catalonia (Spain). Formerly it was with the neighbourhood of Sant Gervasi - Galvany, an independent municipality called Sant Gervasi de Cassoles. The neighbourhood is divided mainly into two distinct sectors: the area of Sant Gervasi, where it houses the oldest nucleus of the town of Sant Gervasi de Cassoles, and another sector, that of la Bonanova, born when it was built the road connecting Sarrià with Sant Gervasi. The maternelle (preschool) campus of the Lycée Français de Barcelone, the French international school of Barcelona, is in Bonanova.

The Tibidabo Funicular (Catalan: Funicular del Tibidabo; Spanish: Funicular del Tibidabo) is a funicular railway in the city of Barcelona, in Catalonia, Spain. The line connects Plaça del Doctor Andreu, the upper terminus of the Tramvia Blau, with the summit of Tibidabo, where there is an amusement park and a church, the Temple Expiatori del Sagrat Cor.The funicular is one of three in Barcelona, the others being the Funicular de Vallvidrera and the Funicular de Montjuïc. After modernisation works the funicular recommenced operations with new trainsets nicknamed "La Cuca de llum" in June 2021 during a period of upgrade works from 2019. The Tramvia Blau, along with a parallel bus service, provides a connection from Avenida Tibidabo metro station. This is the terminus of line 7 of the Barcelona Metro, operated by the FGC from a city terminus at Plaça de Catalunya.Like the Tramvia Blau, the funicular is not part of Autoritat del Transport Metropolità (ATM) integrated fare network. Tickets must be separately purchased from ticket offices or machines at the terminal stations prior to travel.

The UOC offers graduate and postgraduate programs in Catalan, Spanish and English in fields such as Psychology, Computer Science, Sciences of Education, Information and Knowledge Society, and Economics. Also, an Information and Knowledge Society Doctoral Program is available that explores research fields such as e-law, e-learning, network society, education, and online communities. It has support centers in a number of cities in Spain, Andorra, Mexico and Colombia.The UOC is also a parent institution of Institut Barcelona d'Estudis Internacionals (IBEI).

The Tramvia Blau (Catalan for "blue tramway") is one of Barcelona's three tram systems. It is a 1.276 kilometres (0.793 mi) long heritage streetcar line serving a hilly area of the Sarrià-Sant Gervasi district between the terminus of FGC Barcelona Metro L7 and the Funicular del Tibidabo.The Tramvia Blau is operated by Transports Metropolitans de Barcelona (TMB) but it is not part of Autoritat del Transport Metropolità (ATM) integrated fare network. Tickets must be purchased from the tram conductor.The Tramvia Blau is one of only two first generation tramways to survive in Spain, along with the Tranvía de Sóller on the island of Majorca.The Tibidabo tramway has been closed for reconstruction since Spring 2018.
