The Iglesia Ni Cristo Locale of Punta (Filipino: Lokal ng Punta) is a chapel of the Philippine-based Christian religion, the Iglesia ni Cristo. Located at Punta, Santa Ana, Manila, it was completed on 1989 in commemoration of the 75th anniversary of the church to replace the old chapel (now a museum) meters away from the current chapel, the congregation was the first locale of the church established in 1914. It was designed by architect, Carlos A. Santos-Viola in collaboration with the Iglesia ni Cristo Construction and Engineering Department.

The Iglesia ni Cristo Museum is a museum in Punta, Santa Ana, Manila. The building of the museum was originally used as a place of worship and is the first local congregation of the Iglesia ni Cristo and is now used as a museum by the church. It is the location where founder Felix Manalo first preached about the Iglesia in 1914.

Santa Ana Hospital is a 10-storey, 500-bed city-run hospital located in New Panaderos Street, Santa Ana, Manila, Philippines. It is also one of the six district hospitals of the City of Manila, catering its 6th district, which consists of Santa Ana, Santa Mesa, Pandacan, San Miguel, and the northern portion of Paco. It stands on the site of an earlier hospital, Trinity Hospital, which moved to a new location nearby in 1998. It was built through the partnership of the City of Manila and Lucio Tan's Tan Yan Kee Foundation. Tan wanted to name the hospital after his mother or father, while the city wanted to name it for former President Corazon Aquino. Both sides agreed on using the present name. The hospital was established on December 29, 2009, by virtue of Budget Ordinance 8206 passed by the Manila City Council during the term of Mayor Alfredo Lim. Construction started in 2009 and was completed in April 2010, with the hospital opening on April 28. On July 30, 2021, the hospital became a dialysis center, the third of its kind in the city.

The Parish of Our Lady of the Abandoned, also known as the Santa Ana Church and newly declared as the National Shrine of Our Lady of the Abandoned (Spanish: Parroquia de Nuestra Señora de los Desamparados), is a Spanish colonial period church located in the district of Santa Ana in Manila, Philippines. The parish was established by the Franciscan missionaries in 1578 under the patronage of Saint Anne. The present stone church was constructed by Father Vicente Inglés, OFM from 1720 to 1725 and was dedicated to its present patron, the Our Lady of the Abandoned. The revered image of its patron was made in Valencia, Spain in 1713 and arrived in the Philippines in 1717. The church houses two National Cultural Treasures declared by the National Museum of the Philippines: the Santa Ana Site Museum located in the convent patio and the Camarín de la Virgen (or the Dressing Room of the Virgin). The elevation to National Shrine was declared last January 25, 2020 during the 120th Plenary Assembly of the Catholic Bishops Conference of the Philippines. The conferment of the title to the parish church will be on June 20, 2020 (tentatively).

The Polytechnic University of the Philippines Laboratory High School (Filipino: Sanayang Mataas na Paaralan ng Politeknikong Unibersidad ng Pilipinas), abbreviated as PUPLHS, is the laboratory school of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines College of Education located in PUP Mabini Campus, Sta. Mesa, Manila. It was established in 1954 as the Philippine College of Commerce High School offering commercial courses, and is the first high school to offer commercial curriculum in the Philippines. The school has a student population of 541 in 2015.

Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP; Filipino: Politeknikong Unibersidad ng Pilipinas) is a research and coeducational state university in Manila, Philippines. It was founded on 19 October 1904, as the Manila Business School (MBS) and as part of Manila's public school system. The Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act of 2017 mandates free tuition and fees for all students of state universities and colleges. Before the act was enforced, the tuition was exactly ₱12 (roughly 24 US cents) per unit (Since 1979) for undergraduate students. Students may opt out of the subsidy and choose to pay the full tuition instead. PUP has a reputation for student activism against tuition fee hikes.PUP's athletic team is known as the Mighty Maroons and plays in the National Capital Region Conference of the State Colleges and Universities Athletic Association (SCUAA). The team also played in the National Athletic Association of Schools, Colleges and Universities (NAASCU) in 2013. Its official volleyball team, the PUP Lady Radicals, played in the Shakey's V-League in 2015.

The Lichauco Heritage House, formally known as the O'Brien-Lichauco Heritage House is one of the oldest surviving houses in Santa Ana, Manila, Philippines. Originally built in 1859, the house was purchased in the late 1940s by a prominent Filipino lawyer and dignitary, Marcial Lichauco from a European family who had fled the Japanese occupation in the Philippines. The house was declared as a heritage house by the National Historical Commission on July 10, 2010. The Lichauco Heritage house is located along Pedro Gil Street. It is the only declared Heritage House in Santa Ana, and one of the only two declared heritage houses in Metro Manila along with Mira-Nila House in Quezon City.
