Gloucester Docks

The Gloucester Tall Ships Festival is a biannual festival which takes place at Gloucester Docks in Gloucestershire. In 2024, it takes place from May 25 to May 27.

The Tall Ship is a Grade II listed building at 134 Southgate Street, Gloucester. It is located at the entrance to Gloucester Docks. It became a listed building on 15 December 1998.

Gloucester Waterways Museum is housed in a Victorian warehouse at Gloucester Docks in the city of Gloucester, England. It is located along the Gloucester and Sharpness Canal and River Severn. It is one of several museums and attractions operated by the Canal & River Trust, the successor to The Waterways Trust.

The museum tells the story of two regiments of the British Army, the Gloucestershire Regiment, including its antecedents the 28th (North Gloucestershire) Regiment of Foot and the 61st (South Gloucestershire) Regiment of Foot, and the Royal Gloucestershire Hussars, both of which recruited heavily from Gloucestershire and Bristol.

Commercial Road is located in the City of Gloucester, England. It runs from The Quay and Severn Road in the north to Kimbrose Way and Southgate Street in the south. St Owen's Church was a church and parish within the City of Gloucester in Gloucestershire, England. The parish church of St Owen's was situated on Southgate Street, just outside the South Gate of the formerly walled city, and was founded before 1100, but was demolished by the City Corporation in 1643, during the Civil War in advance of the Siege of Gloucester.

HM Prison Gloucester was a Category B men's prison located in Gloucester, Gloucestershire, England. It was originally opened in 1792, on the site of Gloucester Castle whose keep had been used as a prison. The prison was operated by Her Majesty's Prison Service and closed in 2013.

The Church of St Luke, High Orchard, Gloucester, was a Church of England church built and endowed by the Reverend Samuel Lysons, rector of Rodmarton, who was also the first minister.

Gloucester Castle was a Norman-era royal castle situated in the city of Gloucester in Gloucestershire, England. It was demolished in 1787 and replaced by Gloucester Prison.
