Mapulang Lupa National High School

East Valenzuela station is an under-construction Metro Manila Subway station located along Mindanao Avenue, Valenzuela, Metro Manila. It will be the northern terminus of the line.

The Smart Connect Interchange, also known as the Harbor Link Interchange and the Mindanao Avenue Interchange, is a two-level cloverleaf interchange in Valenzuela, Metro Manila, the Philippines which serves as the junction of North Luzon Expressway (NLEx) between its main segment and its Harbor Link project, particularly Segments 8.1 and 9, components of Circumferential Road 5 (C-5). Built as part of the 2.7-kilometer (1.7 mi) NLEX Segment 8.1 of the Harbor Link project extending the expressway to Mindanao Avenue, which has since been incorporated into the C-5 system, it is the Philippines' largest cloverleaf interchange in terms of land area.

The Valenzuela City Polytechnic College, or simply referred to as Val Poly, is a technical college located in Parada, Valenzuela City, Philippines. It was founded in 1996 by Edison Nalo and is formerly called as Valenzuela Manpower.

General Tiburcio de Leon National High School, also known as Gen. T. de Leon National High School or GTDNHS is a public national high school in Valenzuela, Philippines. It is under the supervision of the Division and City Schools - Valenzuela. Founded in 1969, the school had first served as an annex to Valenzuela Municipal High School. Since 1997, it had become a fully independent high school in Valenzuela. Its location has been moved several times, from Gen. T. de Leon Elementary School, to Tañada Subdivision to its present location in Mercado St. near T. Bugallion Bridge.

The Valenzuela Gateway Complex, also known as the Valenzuela Gateway Complex Terminal and Valenzuela Gateway Complex (VGC) Central Integrated Terminal is an inter-regional intermodal transit hub in Valenzuela, Metro Manila, the Philippines. It is planned to be one of three provincial bus stations serving Metro Manila and the principal terminal for province-bound and incoming buses from Central and Northern Luzon regions.

Quirino Highway station is an under-construction Metro Manila Subway station located in Quirino Highway, Barangay Talipapa, Novaliches, Quezon City, Philippines. It is the second station for trains headed northbound towards the East Valenzuela station and the third station for trains headed southbound to the North Triangle Common Station. Some of the station's closest landmarks include the NLEX Harbor Link, Pacific Global Medical Center, and a Wilcon Depot.

General Luis Street is a two-to-four lane, major east-west thoroughfare situated in the cities of Valenzuela, North Caloocan and Quezon City. Heavy traffic is usually expected when traversing this road due to concentration of tricycles and jeepneys, commercial establishments, warehouses and factories along and near the vicinity, although there have been multiple plans to alleviate traffic congestion such as obstruction removal, road widening and improvement, and construction of additional roads like the Mindanao Avenue extension.

Quezon City University (QCU), formerly known as Quezon City Polytechnic University (QCPU), is a city government-funded university in Quezon City, Philippines. It was established on March 1, 1994, as the Quezon City Polytechnic, offering technical and vocational courses. It was renamed as Quezon City Polytechnic University when it was elevated into university status in 2001. By virtue of City Ordinance No. SP-2812, series of 2019, also known as the Quezon City University Charter of 2019, QCPU was rechristened as the Quezon City University to qualify as a beneficiary of Republic Act 10931, also known as the free tuition law. The university was given recognition and became a full-pledged university in 2021.

St. John of Beverley (abbreviated SJB) [1] is a DepEd-recognized primary, secondary, and tertiary educational institution located in Novaliches Town Proper, Quezon City, Philippines. It was established and currently led by Dr. Erlinda P. Mercado in 1995. The name of school was inspired by Saint John of Beverley.[2]

The Ismael Mathay Sr. High School, formerly called the GSIS Village High School, is a high school situated in Quezon City, Philippines and more popularly known as the IMSHS, or simply, Mathay. The students and alumni are dubbed the "Ismaelians". The Village Bounty is the high school official publication formed in 1971 by the pioneer students, but all of a sudden, there are two present publications in the IMSHS and it is called in the English Journalism is The IMSHS Progress, and for the Filipino Journalism is Sandigan.

Valenzuela (, Tagalog: [ˌvalenˈswela]), officially the City of Valenzuela (Filipino: Lungsod ng Valenzuela), is a 1st class highly urbanized city in the National Capital Region of the Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 714,978 people. It is the 6th most populous city in the National Capital Region, and the 11th most populous in the country. It is located about 14 kilometres (8.7 mi) north of Manila, the nation's capital. Valenzuela is categorized under Republic Act Nos. 7160 and 8526 as a highly urbanized, first-class city based on income classification and number of population. A landlocked chartered city located on the island of Luzon, it is bordered by the province of Bulacan, and cities of Caloocan, Malabon and Quezon City. Valenzuela shares border and access to Tenejeros-Tullahan River with Malabon. It has a total land area of 45.75 square kilometers (17.66 sq mi), where its residents are composed of about 72% Tagalog people followed by 5% Bicolanos with a small percentage of foreign nationals. Valenzuela was named after Pío Valenzuela, a physician and a member of the Katipunan, a secret society founded against the colonial government of Spain. The city, as a town, originally had the name Polo, initially formed in 1621 after separation from Meycauayan, Bulacan. The Battle of Malinta of the Philippine–American War was fought in Polo in 1899. In 1960, President Carlos P. Garcia ordered the split of Polo's southern barangays to form another town named as Valenzuela. The split was revoked by President Diosdado Macapagal in 1963 after political disagreements and the new merged town was named Valenzuela. The modern-day Valenzuela with its borders was chartered in 1998.
