Mount Bélair is a peak in the Laurentian Mountains, Quebec, Canada, with an altitude of 485 m (1,591 ft). It is located in the Val-Bélair section of Quebec City, approximately 24 km (15 mi) west of downtown.

CJSQ-FM is a French-language Canadian radio station located in Quebec City, Quebec, broadcasting on 92.7 MHz using an omnidirectional antenna with an effective radiated power of 2,840 watts (class B). The station broadcasts a French language classical music format branded as Radio-Classique Québec, and is owned by Groupe Musique Greg as a sister station to CJPX-FM, a classical music station serving Montreal. The station was previously founded and owned by Radio-Classique Québec, Inc., a company that was 90% owned by Jean-Pierre Coallier. While it was controlled by the same principal owners, the two companies are legally separate. In December 2014, it was announced that both CJSQ and CJPX would be sold to Groupe Musique Greg, a company founded by Montreal musician and radio personality Gregory Charles. Charles' offer to buy the two stations came in response to rumours that Coallier was looking to retire and sell them.Under Charles' ownership, the station broadcasts a selection of orchestral music, jazz and chanson. Most of the programming is simulcast with CJPX-FM, with Béatrice Zacharie and Jasmin Hains originating from CJSQ-FM and simulcast in Montreal on CJPX-FM.In April 2020, Leclerc Communication, owners of competing station CJEC-FM, acquired CJPX-FM; that station would flip to an adult contemporary format as WKND 99.5, breaking off the simulcast with CJSQ-FM.

CJMF-FM is a French-language Canadian radio station located in Quebec City, Quebec. Owned and operated by Cogeco, it broadcasts on 93.3 MHz with an effective radiated power of 32,960 watts (class C1) using an omnidirectional antenna. The station's transmitter is located at Mount Bélair. The station has a hybrid talk and mainstream rock format and identifies itself as FM 93. Prior to September 2009, the station was known as Le 93,3 with a classic rock/talk format. The station's playlist, however, is heavy on classic rock still. CJMF-FM was the #1 station in the Quebec City market in the late 1980s, especially while it aired "Le Zoo" with Gilles Parent, Alain Dumas and Michel Morin, from 1984 to 1990. On January 5, 2012, Cogeco applied with the CRTC to amend its license conditions to increase its talk programming to 75% of the schedule, with music filling the remainder. If approved, CJMF-FM plans to carrying talk programming from Monday to Friday, with its mainstream rock format restricted to weekends. The CRTC approved the station's request on August 22, 2012, which allows the station to expand its spoken-word programming beyond the prior limits of 50%.In September 2012, it was announced that radio broadcasts of the Laval Rouge et Or and the Quebec Remparts will move to CJMF after the Remparts' owned-and-operated station, CHRC closed at the end of September.

CITF-FM is a French-language Canadian radio station located in Quebec City, Quebec, Canada. Owned and operated by Bell Media, it broadcasts on 107.5 MHz with an effective radiated power of 37,000 watts (class C1) using an omnidirectional antenna. The station's transmitter is located at Mount Bélair. The station has an adult contemporary format since 1990 and is part of the "Rouge FM" network which operates across Quebec and Eastern Ontario. CITF-FM started operations on July 22, 1982 as a sister station to the now-defunct CKCV 1280 with a beautiful music format. The latter closed in September 1990, as part of a failed attempt of Telemedia (then owner of both stations) to buy CHRC 800, as at the time owners were limited to only one AM station and one FM station per market. (Although the purchase of CKCV was denied by the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC), that station remained dark.) Up until 1990, CITF-FM had a beautiful music format. The station switched to adult contemporary in 1990 and the station was renamed CITF Rock-Détente. In 2004, Astral Media revamped the Rock Détente network with a new logo. This resulted in "Rock-Détente" being renamed to simply 107,5 RockDétente. As such, the station no longer publicly uses its callsign (although the callsign was resurrected as station identification in 2011). CITF-FM is programmed locally with their own staff, personalities and playlist, independent from the rest of the Rouge FM network. On August 18, 2011, at 4:00 p.m. EDT, the station ended its longtime 21-year run with the "RockDétente" branding. All "RockDétente" stations, including CITF, rebranded as "Rouge". On CITF-FM, the last song under the "RockDétente" branding was "Salut les amoureux" by Joe Dassin, followed by a tribute of the branding. Being locally programmed, it was the only station not to sign off "RockDétente" with "Pour que tu m'aimes encore" by Celine Dion. The first song under "Rouge" was "I Gotta Feeling" by Black Eyed Peas. As a Rouge station, CITF-FM remains locally programmed, aside from a few network programs it carries.

CJEC-FM (WKND 91.9) is a French-language Canadian radio station located in Quebec City, Quebec. Owned and operated by Leclerc Communication, it broadcasts on 91.9 MHz using a directional antenna with an average effective radiated power of 13,910 watts and a peak effective radiated power of 31,000 watts (class C1). The station's transmitter is located at Mount Bélair. The station was licensed by the CRTC in 2002. The station has a modern adult contemporary format. Until May 2012, it was also a part of Cogeco's adult contemporary Rythme FM network of stations across much of Quebec. On April 30, 2010, then-owner Cogeco announced it would purchase Corus Quebec's radio stations. The sale was approved by the CRTC on December 17, 2010, on the condition that CJEC-FM be sold to another party by December 2011.On November 9, 2011, Cogeco announced a deal to sell CFEL-FM and CJEC-FM to Leclerc Communication Inc., a broadcaster owned by Jacques Leclerc, a local businessman who owns Laura Secord Chocolates and Biscuits Leclerc. The sale was approved by the CRTC on January 19 and completed on January 31, 2012. The stations were delisted from Cogeco Diffusion's website shortly thereafter. For a time CJEC's website still identified the station as a Cogeco station, which was no longer true; also, the station retained the Rythme FM name and simulcasted most of its networked Rythme FM programming from former sister station CFGL-FM in Montreal. However, on May 21, 2012 at 12 Midnight, Leclerc dropped the Rythme FM branding and adult contemporary programming from CJEC-FM, and began to identify itself as Le 91,9 FM Québec, playing a selection of hot adult contemporary music without use of personalities—the station was relaunched as WKND 91.9 (pronounced on-air as Weekend Radio 91.9) on June 20, 2012, at 6PM. The station has moved away from adult contemporary programming and shifted to modern adult contemporary by adding some alternative rock artists to the playlist. In April 2020, Leclerc acquired Montreal classical station CJPX-FM, which previously simulcasted CJEC-FM's competitor, CJSQ-FM; in June of that year, that station would flip to an adult contemporary format as WKND 99.5, breaking off the simulcast with CJSQ-FM. The Rhythme FM branding and format would resurface on August 16, 2021, after Cogeco-owned CFOM-FM changed its branding from "M 102.9".

CHIK-FM is a French-language radio station located in Quebec City, Quebec, Canada. Owned and operated by Bell Media, it broadcasts on 98.9 MHz with an effective radiated power of 41,000 watts (class C1) using an omnidirectional antenna. The station's transmitter is located at Mount Bélair. The station has a mainstream rock format and is part of the "Énergie" network which operates across Quebec. CHIK started operations on July 29, 1982, as a sister station to the now-defunct CJRP and originally had an easy listening format, similar to CITF-FM and CHOI-FM as per their respective conditions of licence. CHIK switched to a CHR format a few years after opening because there were too many easy listening stations in the Quebec City radio market. Since 2011, CHIK has more local programming than other Énergie stations around Quebec, with local DJs from 5:30 a.m.-8 p.m. weekdays and 6 a.m.-7 p.m. weekends.

CBVE-FM is a Canadian radio station, which broadcasts the programming of the CBC Radio One network at 104.7 FM in Quebec City, Quebec. The station's main transmitter is located at Mount Bélair. Its studios are co-located with its francophone sister stations on Rue St-Jean in Downtown Quebec City. CBVE is the originating station for all CBC Radio One transmitters in Quebec outside Montreal and the Outaouais. Together, they are known as the Quebec Community Network, with a special mandate to provide service to the province's anglophone minority. Although it is a semi-satellite of CBME-FM in Montreal, most of the station's operations are in Quebec City except for master control, which is based at the Canadian Broadcasting Centre in Toronto.

CBVX-FM is a Canadian radio station, which broadcasts Radio-Canada's Ici Musique network at 95.3 FM in Quebec City. The Class-C station broadcasts at 64.6 kilowatts from a transmitter at Mount Bélair.

CBV-FM is a Canadian radio station, which broadcasts the programming of Radio-Canada's Première network in Quebec City. The station broadcasts at 106.3 FM from Mount Bélair. The station was first launched in 1934 as AM 950 CRCK, Quebec City's second-oldest radio station. It was an affiliate of the Canadian Radio Broadcasting Commission, airing programming in both English and French. It became a part of the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation in 1936. It adopted the callsign CBV in 1938, becoming the second station in Radio-Canada's French radio network. In 1941, CBV moved to 980 kHz. In 1974, CBVX-FM, broadcasting Radio-Canada's FM network, was launched. It was initially known as CBV-FM. On July 4, 1997, the CBC received CRTC approval to convert CBV to 106.3 FM. After the move to FM, the AM signal was discontinued. It took over the CBV-FM callsign, and the existing CBV-FM became CBVX-FM.

CHOI-FM is a French-language FM radio station that broadcasts on the frequency 98.1 MHz out of Quebec City, Quebec, Canada, with a talk format. Locally, it is known as Radio X (a reference to "Generation X", as most of CHOI's listeners consider themselves). It has been owned by Genex Communications since July 1996. The Bureau of Broadcast Measurement ratings released in December 2004 revealed that CHOI was the most popular radio station in the city with 443,100 listeners, up from 380,500 earlier in the year. The station is well known for airing controversial ideas and populist opinions. The station has become a target of various groups, notably feminists and gay activists, as well as prominent politicians, for some controversial political statements. Following a ruling by the CRTC, the station's licence lapsed, with its renewal application denied, in 2004 for failing "to comply with the Radio Regulations 1986 (the Regulations) as well as CHOI's Code of Ethics, adherence to which is required by one of its conditions of licence". Pending a court challenge, the station was permitted to stay on-air without a licence. On May 8, 2006, Genex announced it would sell the station to RNC Media. The transaction – strictly speaking, the issuing of a new licence to RNC Media on the same frequency rather than a simple transfer of ownership – was approved by the CRTC on October 20, 2006.

Owned and operated by the Fondation Radio Galilée, it broadcasts on 90.9 MHz with an effective radiated power of 5,865 watts (class B) using an omnidirectional antenna. The station's transmitter is located at Mount Bélair. The station has a religious broadcasting (Christian) format since it went on the air on September 19, 1995, and identifies itself as "Radio Galilée".
