Tallinn Cathedral of the Transfiguration of Our Lord (Estonian: Tallinna Issanda Muutmise peakirik) is an Eastern Orthodox church in Tallinn, Estonia. The church is dedicated to the transfiguration of Our Lord (Jesus).The church was built in 13th century as the main church of the St Michael's Monastery of the Cistercian Order. In 1732 the church was re-built into the Orthodox church, namely to the main church of Transfiguration of Our Lord. From 1827 to 1830 the church's interior was heavily re-built under the guidance of architects A. J. Melnikov and J. Bantelmann.The most precious things to be found at the church are Baroque iconostasis (finished in 1719, setted up in 1732), the oldest church bell in Tallinn (Matthias Beninck, from 1575), grave monument (1930-1931) and other monument (Amandus Adamson, 1920) of bishop Platon.

NUKU Theatre (Estonian: NUKU teater, formerly Estonian State Puppet Theatre and Estonian Puppet and Youth Theatre) is an Estonian theatre located in Tallinn. The institution focuses on puppetry. It is currently the only professional puppet and visual theatre in Estonia.The theatre was founded in 1952 by Ferdinand Veike and has been directed by Joonas Tartu since 2013.The theatre building is also home to a puppetry museum.

Estonian Museum of Applied Art and Design (ETDM, Estonian: Eesti Tarbekunsti- ja Disainimuuseum) is a museum dedicated to the history of applied arts and design in Estonia. Located in Tallinn, the museum was established in 1971, and opened in 1980 as part of the Estonian National Art Museum branch. It became independent in 2004.

Estonian History Museum (Estonian: Eesti Ajaloomuuseum) is a museum about the history of Estonia in Tallinn. It was initially established by pharmacist Dr. Johann Burchart who ran the town hall pharmacy known as the Raeapteek. Inaugurated in 1987, it picks up where its counterpart leaves off in the mid-nineteenth century to cover the political and social upheavals of the twentieth century. Its exhibits include historically dressed mannequins and recreations of domestic interiors. The 1940s and 1950s are represented by army uniforms and weapons. There is an original hut used by the Forest Brothers, the legendary partisans who fought against the Soviet occupation, and a replica of a desk used by a communist party secretary.The museum has four locations: Maarjamäe Palace, the Great Guild hall, the Film Museum, and the Theatre and Music Museum.

The Estonian Museum of Natural History (abbreviated EMNH; Estonian: Eesti Loodusmuuseum) is the Estonian national museum for natural history. It is situated in Tallinn's Old Town. The museum focuses on natural history and nature education, offering its visitors a tour in the wilderness of Estonia.

Estonian Health Care Museum (Estonian: Eesti Tervisemuuseum) is a health museum in Tallinn, Estonia. The museum collects, exhibits and analyzes things related to healthcare in Estonia.The museum was established in 1921. Its first exhibition, held from 1924 to 1928, had 300 exhibits borrowed from foreign museums. Before 1945, the museum was located in Tartu. In 1932, the branch was opened in Tallinn. In 1945, the museum was re-organized into the educational sanitary house (Estonian: sanitaarharidusmaja). In 1950, the sanitary house was closed.During the Soviet occupation of Estonia, the museum was closed and many of its items destroyed. The museum re-opened in 1980 in Tallinn as the Health Museum of the Centre of Sanitary Education of the Republic. In 1989, the museum changed its name back to the Estonian Health Care Museum when it reorganized as an independent entity.

Tallinn City Theatre (Estonian: Tallinna Linnateater) is a repertory theatre located in the medieval old town of Tallinn, Estonia. Tallinn City Theatre was established in 1965 as Estonian SSR State Youth Theatre. In 1992, after the reindependence of Estonia, Elmo Nüganen became the artistic director, holding this position until today. In 1994, it became a municipal theatre named Tallinn City Theatre. Tallinn City Theatre's house is unique, consisting of 16 interconnected medieval merchant's houses. Tallinn City Theatre organizes a biannual international theatre festival Midwinter Night's Dream, which takes place in December. The theatre, in common with all repertory theatres, hosts a wide range of theatrical performancesTallinn City theatre also uses other theatre venues such as the Horse Mill near the main building and Salme Cultural Centre in Kalamaja.

The Great Guild (Estonian: Suurgild, German: Große Gilde) was a guild for merchants and artisans, operating in Tallinn from at least the 14th century until 1920. It was based in the Great Guild hall, a Gothic building in the historical centre of Tallinn, today housing the Estonian History Museum. In 2013, the Great Guild hall was named a European Heritage site.The building was erected in 1407-1410, with the interiors finished in 1417. The façade is decorated with blind arches, and has a typical, prominent portal. Inside, the main hall especially retains the medieval atmosphere. It is a large (365 square metres (3,930 sq ft)) room, supported by a range of pillars with decoratively carved capitals.The Great Guildhall is considered a typical example of medieval Tallinn architecture.

Von Krahl Theatre (Estonian: Von Krahli teater) is a theatre in Tallinn, Estonia. The theatre director is Peeter Jalakas.The theatre is established in 1992 by Peeter Jalakas and his theatrical group "Ruto Killakund".The theatre's hall has about 100 seats.

Maiasmokk (Estonian: Sweet lip) is an old café in the capital city of Tallinn, Estonia that is located at the address of Pikk tn 16. It is said to have finished in its modern form in 1864, making it the oldest operational café in Estonia. The premises also contain a museum about the history and uses of marzipan. It is currently owned by the Kalev company.
