Catalunya en Miniatura (Catalan pronunciation: [kətəˈluɲə əm mini.əˈtuɾə], in English "Catalonia in miniature") is miniature park inaugurated in 1983 in Torrelles de Llobregat, 17 km from Barcelona. The park is 60,000 square meters, 35,000 of them devoted to the scale models, it is one of the largest miniature parks in the world, and the largest of the 14 miniature building exhibitions present in Europe. It displays 147 models of palaces, churches, bridges and other buildings from Catalonia and Mallorca and it includes all the major works by the renowned architect Antoni Gaudí.

The town has 7081 people. There are three urbanized zones in this town; the town centre, Colònia Güell area (which is around a former industrial colony) and residential districts. The Church of Colònia Güell, from the renowned architect Antoni Gaudí, is located here.

Bruguers is a village within the municipality of Gavà in the comarca of Baix Llobregat, province of Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain. It lies halfway between the towns of Begues and Gavà.A notable item in Bruguers is the Ermita de Bruguers, also known as the Mare de Déu de Bruguers or Church of Mary at Bruguers. This 13th-century Romanesque church complex contains an effigy of the Virgin Mary from the 14th century.The GR 92 long-distance footpath, which roughly follows the length of the Mediterranean coast of Spain, has a staging point at Bruguers. Stage 20 links northwards to Sant Vicenç dels Horts, a distance of 16.2 kilometres (10.1 mi), whilst stage 21 links southwards to Garraf, a distance of 15.6 kilometres (9.7 mi).

The Church of Colònia Güell (Catalan: Cripta de la Colònia Güell, IPA: [ˈkɾiptə ðə ɫə kuˈɫɔniə ˈɣweʎ]) is an unfinished work by Antoni Gaudí. It was built as a place of worship for the people on a hillside in a manufacturing suburb in Santa Coloma de Cervelló, near Barcelona (Catalonia, Spain). Colònia Güell was the brainchild of Count Eusebi de Güell; who enlisted the help of architect Antoni Gaudí in 1898. However, work was not started until 1908, 10 years after commission. The plan for the building consisted of constructing two naves, an upper and a lower, two towers, and one forty-meter-high central dome. In 1914, the Güell family halted construction due to the death of Count Güell. At the time, the lower nave was almost complete so between the years of 1915 and 1917, it was completed and readied for use. The Church is one of the seven properties Gaudí built near Barcelona that are Unesco World Heritage Sites. Collectively, these sites are known as the Works of Antoni Gaudí, and show his, "exceptional creative contribution to the development of architecture and building technology in the late 19th and early 20th centuries."

Sant Vicenç dels Horts is a municipality in the Province of Barcelona in Catalonia, Spain. It is situated on the right bank of the Llobregat river, on the N-340 road from Molins de Rei to Vilafranca del Penedès. The main rail lines of the Llobregat corridor pass through the town: the station is served by the FGC services S4, S7, S8, S33, R5 and R6. The remains of an Iberic village are visible at Puig Castellar. The Gavà Mines, also known as Can Tintorer Mines, is a pre-historic (Neolithic) archaeological site that occupies the Can Tintorer, Ferreres and Rocabruna areas in the municipality of Gavà (Baix Llobregat, Catalonia, Spain). The site is under care of the Gavà Museum and the Gavà Mines Archaeological Park. The main feature of the site is a collection of ancient mines that are among the largest and oldest in Europe. The site is spread over 200 hectares and comprises more than a hundred known mines, with many more possibly to be still unidentified. Among them are the only known Neolithic mines of variscite, a green mineral used to make body ornaments.From the Iberian and Roman times through the Middle Ages, the mines were re-exploited to obtain iron ore. Notable finds from the site are the Venus of Gavà and the Trepanation Skull.

Mercabarna is a Barcelona Metro station, located in the Mercabarna market complex of the Zona Franca in the Sants-Montjuïc district of Barcelona. The station is served by line L9.The station is located underneath the western approach to the Mercabarna market, with its only entrance provided by a staircase and elevator at the intersection of Carrer K and the Carrer Transversal 6, with a ticket office below ground. The two 108-metre (354 ft) long side platforms are at a lower level.The station was opened in 2016, at the time of the extension of line L9 from Zona Universitaria station to Aeroport T1 station.

Ca n’Amat is a museum facility owned by the municipality of Viladecans (Baix Llobregat), which is part of the Barcelona Provincial Council Local Museum Network. The building is an example of the typical country home a well-to-do family would have in the 19th century, with elements connected to agricultural life, the basic activity in Viladecans in the 19th and part of the 20th centuries. Therefore, in the rooms and bedrooms of the owners, Isabelline Gothic and Art Nouveau furniture coexists with the kitchen and the storage silos inside the house and the wine presses on the patio. Periodically, the town council organises a series of leisure and cultural activities to get to know the history and heritage of the city, such as guided visits of the building, temporary exhibits and talks.

Viladecans (Catalan pronunciation: [ˌbiləðəˈkanz]) is a town near Barcelona, Spain. It is located between Sant Boi de Llobregat and Sant Climent de Llobregat, and is on the coast of the Mediterranean Sea between El Prat de Llobregat and Gavà. Viladecans is basically a service town. It has a hospital, which serves the surrounding towns. Viladecans has 13 or 14 schools and 30 to 40 sport teams in football, basketball, baseball, softball, gymnastics and other sports.

Vallirana is a municipality in the comarca of Baix Llobregat, Barcelona Province, Catalonia, Spain. It is located at the feet of Serra d'Ordal, not far from Barcelona city, close to the Llobregat river.
