The Ibero-American University (Spanish: Universidad Iberoamericana), also referred to by its acronym UIA but commonly known as Ibero or La Ibero, is a private, Catholic, Mexican higher education institution, sponsored by the Mexican province of the Society of Jesus (Jesuit). In 2009, the UIA received the SEP-ANUIES Prize as the best private university in Mexico. The Ibero's flagship campus is located in the Santa Fe district of Mexico City. Its main library, Biblioteca Francisco Xavier Clavigero, holds more than 400,000 books and journals and as of 2007 is one of the largest university libraries in the country. It also has one of the largest law libraries in Mexico.Other institutions affiliated with, but independent from, Ibero in Mexico City are found in Guadalajara, León, Torreón, Puebla, Playas de Tijuana, and Jaltepec. Together, they form the Jesuit University System, a network of Jesuit-run private universities.

The Santa Fe railway station is a commuter railway station serving the El Insurgente commuter rail system which will connect Greater Toluca, State of Mexico, with Mexico City. The station is located next to the shopping mall Centro Santa Fe, in Santa Fe, Cuajimalpa, Mexico City. Santa Fe station was inaugurated on 31 August 2024 and it opened incomplete the next day, serving as a provisional terminal station with westward service towards Zinacantepec railway station. It is an elevated station with one island platform; the facilities are accessible to people with disabilities.

Torre Altus is one of the tallest skyscrapers in Mexico City, Mexico. It is a residential condominium tower located on Paseo de los Laureles y Alcanfores in the Bosques de las Lomas district of the Miguel Hidalgo borough in the city. Bosques de las Lomas is one of the more exclusive residential and commercial districts in Latin America. Construction began in 1994 and was completed in 1998. The building was designed by architects Augusto H. Álvarez and José Adolfo Wiechers, principals of the firm Álvarez y Wiechers. When it was completed, it became the 3rd-tallest building in Mexico City. Currently, it is the 5th-tallest building, and is expected to fall to the 9th-tallest building after the completion of skyscrapers currently under construction in the city. Torre Altus is part of a series of new skyscrapers in Mexico City built from the mid-1990s through 2010s, along with Torre Mayor, Torre Reforma Axtel, and the Arcos Bosques complex with the residential Torre Arcos Bosques I and Torre Arcos Bosques II.

Patio Santa Fe, original name Gran Patio Santa Fe, is a 2,100,000-square-foot (200,000 m2) vertical power center in Santa Fe, Mexico City. It is nine stories tall anchored by Walmart, Sam's Club, The Home Depot, Office Depot, Petco, a Sportium gym, Cinépolis 16-screen multicinema, and a 7,000-square-metre (75,000 sq ft) glass-covered rooftop park. It has approximately 130 retail shops, 25 restaurants including Red Lobster, Toks, and IHOP, and 2,800 parking spaces.

The brand vends typical Mexican products including chamoyadas, hot horchata, café de olla, ponche, and sweet bread.

The Elite Residences, also known as the Siroco & Mistral Towers is a residential skyscraper building complex in the Cuajimalpa district of Mexico City, Mexico. The complex consists of two towers standing at 173 m (568 ft) tall with 36 floors (Siroco Tower), respectively 140 m (460 ft) tall with 41 floors (Mistral Tower). The Siroco Tower which is the higher, is the 11th tallest building in Mexico City.

Colegio Hebreo Maguen David A.C. (CHMD; Hebrew: בית ספר עברי מגן דוד) is a Jewish private school in Lomas de Vista Hermosa, Cuajimalpa, Mexico City. It has offered the International Baccalaureate program since 2000. It teaches maternal through bachillerato (senior high school diploma). It offers instruction in Spanish, English, and Hebrew.The Comunidad Tzedaká Umarpé, currently the Comunidad Maguen David, founded the school in 1978. The first building, for Kindergarten, opened in 1983. In 1986 the primary school and administrative building opened. The auditorium and the sports and cultural campuses opened in 2003 and 2012, respectively.

Torre Paradox is a residential skyscraper in the Chapultepec district of Mexico City, Mexico. Built between 2014 and 2018, the tower stands at 196.2 m (644 ft) tall with 60 floors, and is the current 15th tallest building in Mexico and the 8th tallest in Mexico City.
