Plaza de los Virreyes - Eva Perón (Buenos Aires Underground)

Varela is a station on Line E of the Buenos Aires Underground. The station was opened on 27 November 1985 as the western terminus of the one-line extension from Medalla Milagrosa. On 8 May 1986, the line was extended to Plaza de los Virreyes.

In 2010 it had 29 teachers, 184 day kindergarten students, and 155 day elementary students. Its weekend school that year had 207 students. There are two principals, one each appointed by the Ministry of Education of Argentina and the Ministry of Education of South Korea.Jaekeun Lee, author of the master's degree thesis "En búsqueda de una identidad coreana-argentina: Exploración y aproximación panorámica de los elementos identitarios del coreano-argentino a través del análisis de La peonia y su sombra," described ICA as an example of maintaining "Koreanism", that is, their Korean culture, language, and heritage in Argentina.

The station was opened on 31 October 1985 as the western terminus of the one-line extension from Emilio Mitre. On 27 November 1985, the line was expended to Varela. Medalla Milagrosa is near the small Koreatown of Buenos Aires.

Estadio Nueva Espana is a multi-use stadium in Buenos Aires, Argentina, it has a capacity of 32,500 and it was built in 1981. Nueva España was used as the home ground of Deportivo Español, a football club who currently play in Primera B Metropolitana which is the Argentine third division. Due to the clubs recent financial difficulties, and the poor condition of the stadium, they were prevented from playing there, and had to play their home games elsewhere. However, at the start of the 2007/08 season, Español came back home after four years, playing against Deportivo Armenio on August 12.

The 2011 Flores rail crash occurred at 06.23 ART on 13 September 2011 when a bus on a level crossing at Flores railway station, in the Flores barrio of Buenos Aires, Argentina, was hit by a train on the Sarmiento Line, heading for Moreno. The accident caused that same train to smash into another one as it derailed.

Avellaneda Park (Spanish: Parque Avellaneda) is a public park in Buenos Aires, Argentina. It is located at the heart of the Parque Avellaneda neighbourhood, which takes its name from the park.

Carabobo is a station on Line A of the Buenos Aires Underground. It is located at the 6300 block of Rivadavia avenue. It is near the Koreatown of Buenos Aires. The station was opened on 23 December 2008 as the western terminus of the extension of the line from Primera Junta. On 27 September 2013 the line was extended to San Pedrito.

Parque Avellaneda is a neighbourhood located in the Southwest of Buenos Aires. It is named after Nicolás Avellaneda, former President of Argentina and originated in a 1755 deed given to the Brotherhood of Holy Charity of Jesus Christ. The Olivera family became the area's largest landowners in 1828 and their sale of the majority of their estate to the city of Buenos Aires resulted in the creation of Avellaneda Park (the barrio's namesake) in 1914.
