Carabobo (Buenos Aires Underground)

Puán is a station on Line A of the Buenos Aires Underground. The station was opened on 23 December 2008 as part of the extension of the line from Primera Junta to Carabobo.The station is the closest station to the School of Philosophy at the University of Buenos Aires.

San José de Flores is a station on Line A of the Buenos Aires Underground. The station connects with Flores station on the Sarmiento Line commuter rail service. The station was opened on 27 September 2013 as part of the extension of the line from Carabobo to San Pedrito.

The 2011 Flores rail crash occurred at 06.23 ART on 13 September 2011 when a bus on a level crossing at Flores railway station, in the Flores barrio of Buenos Aires, Argentina, was hit by a train on the Sarmiento Line, heading for Moreno. The accident caused that same train to smash into another one as it derailed.

Parque Chacabuco is a neighbourhood in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Its name is due to Chacabuco Park, which is in its centre, taking the name from the Battle of Chacabuco.

Medalla Milagrosa is a station on Line E of the Buenos Aires Underground. It is located at the intersection of Eva Perón and Pumacahua avenues. The station was opened on 31 October 1985 as the western terminus of the one-line extension from Emilio Mitre. On 27 November 1985, the line was expended to Varela. Medalla Milagrosa is near the small Koreatown of Buenos Aires.

Caballito (pronounced [kaβaˈʝito]; Spanish for "little horse") is a barrio (neighborhood) of the Argentine capital, Buenos Aires. It is the only barrio in the administrative division Comuna 6. It is located in the geographical centre of the city, limited by the following streets and avenues: Rio de Janeiro, Av. Rivadavia, Av. La Plata, Av. Directorio, Curapaligüe, Av. Donato Álvarez, Av. Juan B. Justo, Av. San Martín, and Av. Ángel Gallardo. The name is said to come from the horse-shaped (Spanish caballo) weather vane from a local pulpería (gauchos' bar); Caballito meaning "Little horse".

The stadium, opened in 1905 and located close to Caballito station of Sarmiento Line, has a current capacity of 24,442.Inaugurated on 2 January 1905, Ferro Carril Oeste is the oldest football stadium of Argentina (referring to clubs affiliated to AFA) and the second in South America after Estadio Gran Parque Central (home venue of Uruguayan Club Nacional de Football, built in 1900). Because of being located near the geographic centre of Buenos Aires, several former clubs used it as their home venues. Some of them were Alumni, Barracas AC, San Lorenzo, Argentinos Juniors, among others. The stadium also hosted test matches played by the Argentina national rugby union team (Los Pumas) during the 1970s and 1980s, where Argentina played Ireland, New Zealand, France and Australia among others. In Ferro Carril Oeste, Argentina achieved notable wins over Australia (1979) and France (1985), and a celebrated 21–21 tie vs the All Blacks in 1985.

Flores is a middle-class barrio or district in the center part of Buenos Aires city, Argentina. Flores was considered a rural area of the Province of Buenos Aires until 1888 when it was integrated into the city. Flores is the birthplace of Pope Francis.

Varela is a station on Line E of the Buenos Aires Underground. The station was opened on 27 November 1985 as the western terminus of the one-line extension from Medalla Milagrosa. On 8 May 1986, the line was extended to Plaza de los Virreyes.

Instituto Coreano Argentino (ICA, "Argentina Korean School," Korean: 아르헨티나한국학교) is a Korean international school in Buenos Aires, Argentina. It serves the preschool and elementary school levels. In 2010 it had 29 teachers, 184 day kindergarten students, and 155 day elementary students. Its weekend school that year had 207 students. There are two principals, one each appointed by the Ministry of Education of Argentina and the Ministry of Education of South Korea.Jaekeun Lee, author of the master's degree thesis "En búsqueda de una identidad coreana-argentina: Exploración y aproximación panorámica de los elementos identitarios del coreano-argentino a través del análisis de La peonia y su sombra," described ICA as an example of maintaining "Koreanism", that is, their Korean culture, language, and heritage in Argentina.
