Oscar by the Sea is a riverside private housing residences located at 8 Pung Loi Road, Pak Shing Kok, Clear Water Bay, New Territories, Hong Kong. The residence is jointly developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties and Hong Kong Oxygen. It was designed by MCAA Limited. The property is divided into 7 buildings with 40 to 59 floors and a total of 1959 units. The estate was opened for sale in 2001 on 27 July 2001 (Phase 1), 1 June 2002 (Phase 2). The management company is Hong Yip Service Co. Ltd. under Sun Hung Kai Properties. Oscar by the Sea is the only private housing estate in Tseung Kwan O that is not built on reclaimed land.

Pak Shing Kok Station (Trad. Chinese: 百勝角站) was a proposed MTR station on the Tseung Kwan O Line between Tseung Kwan O station and LOHAS Park station in Pak Shing Kok, Tseung Kwan O, Sai Kung District, New Territories, Hong Kong. It was to serve low to medium-density residential buildings in Pak Shing Kok. However, construction was never begun due to inadequate population at the location.The Hong Kong Fire and Ambulance Services Academy includes a mockup of an MTR station called Pak Shing Kok, used to train fire fighters in tackling incidents on the MTR system.

It was jointly developed by the Hong Kong Housing Authority and Shui On Group, and has a total of eight blocks built on reclaimed land and was completed in 2001.

Tseung Kwan O Sports Ground (Chinese: 將軍澳運動場), located in Tseung Kwan O, Hong Kong, is a multi-purpose sports ground and home of Hong Kong Premier League club Eastern. It was the main venue for track and field events for the 2009 Hong Kong Games, 2009 East Asian Games and 2011 Hong Kong Games. Occupying an area of about 5.9 hectares, it comprises a main sports ground, a warm-up secondary sports ground, and other facilities for holding large-scale international competitions. Its track and field facilities conform to International Association of Athletics Federations standards. It is located adjacent to the Hong Kong Velodrome.

The Chinese name 清水灣半島 should not be confused with Oscar by the Sea, a private housing estate in Tseung Kwan O.Clear Water Bay Peninsula (Chinese: 清水灣半島), is a peninsula in Sai Kung District, Hong Kong. The peninsula separates Junk Bay from Port Shelter.

Tseung Kwan O (Chinese: 將軍澳; Cantonese Yale: Jēunggwān'ou; pronounced: [tsœːŋ˥kʷɐn˥.ou˧]) is a station on the MTR Tseung Kwan O line located at the town centre of the Tseung Kwan O New Town in the New Territories of Hong Kong. The previous station is Tiu Keng Leng and the line splits after this station to LOHAS Park and Hang Hau. The entrances to the station are on Tong Chun Street, Popcorn Mall and Tong Yin Street. A public transport interchange is located outside the station. The architecture firm Aedas designed the station.
