Canyon State Academy

Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, located at 20615 East Ocotillo Road near the intersection of South Ellsworth Loop Road in Queen Creek, Arizona, was the first Roman Catholic Church in the town. It was completed in the late 1980s. The parish's original church sits at 20536 Octotillo, across from the current grounds. The parish was first organized in the late 1940s to serve Mexican-Americans who began moving to the area in the late 1920s and early 1930s. At first, they met in old barracks buildings courtesy of the school district, which had bought them from Williams Air Force Base for classrooms, a cafeteria, and an auditorium. The visiting priest would hold mass and hear confessions in the auditorium, and nuns used the classrooms in the summer for catechism classes. Wanting their own building, the congregation started a building fund in 1960, raising money by selling homemade goods. The people of the congregation built the new church, and another wooden barracks was obtained from the base and moved next to it. In 1975, the church building was deemed to be unsafe, and the insurance company refused to renew its policy. Another fund-raising effort led to property being purchased across the street in 1988 for a new church.

Queen Creek is a town in Maricopa and Pinal counties, Arizona, United States. The population was 59,519 as of the 2020 census, up from 26,361 at the 2010 census. It is a suburb of Phoenix, located in the far southeast area of the Phoenix Metropolitan Area. Earlier this year, a large battery factory was scheduled for 2025.

Williams Air Force Base is a former United States Air Force (USAF) base, located in Maricopa County, Arizona, east of Chandler, and about 30 miles (48 km) southeast of Phoenix. It is a designated Superfund site due to a number of soil and groundwater contaminants. It was active as a training base for both the United States Army Air Forces, as well as the USAF from 1941 until its closure in 1993. Williams was the leading pilot training facility of the USAF, supplying 25% of all pilots. Since its closure, the base has largely been annexed by the city of Mesa, Arizona. It was converted into the civilian Williams Gateway Airport, later renamed Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport. In recent years, the land has emerged as an educational and industrial campus anchored by Arizona State University Polytechnic Campus and Chandler-Gilbert Community College.

Arizona State University, Polytechnic High School is a public charter University-preparatory school, located in Mesa, Arizona, United States. The Polytechnic High School and STEM Academy (the latter of which serves as an elementary and middle school) is located on the Arizona State University Polytechnic campus next to the Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport.The Arizona State University, Polytechnic High School is part of a series of preparatory schools for Arizona State University, including ASU Preparatory Academy, Phoenix, ASU Preparatory Academy, Casa Grande and ASU Prep Digital.This ASU Polytechnic High School currently enrolls from Grade 7 to Grade 12. The Polytechnic High School offers various subjects and college opportunities to ensure that each and every student receives the support and help they need. As of 2020, the current director of secondary learning, a figure similar to a principal, is Stephen Rothkopf, with Amanda Wojtalik serving as the dean of students.As of the start of the 2019–2020 school year, ASU Preparatory Academy Polytechnic High School enrolled 8th grade students as part of their high school attendance, however as of the 2020–2021 school year, 7th graders have also been added to the school attendance.

Arizona State University Polytechnic Campus is a public university in Mesa, Arizona. It is one of five campuses of Arizona State University. Founded as ASU East, the campus opened in fall 1996 on the former Williams Air Force Base in southeast Mesa.

Casteel High School is a junior high and high school in Queen Creek, Arizona, the fifth public high school operated by the Chandler Unified School District. It opened in July 2015 and is named for Camille Casteel, superintendent of the district. The CUSD governing board changed its policy about naming schools after current staff specifically wished to name the school after Casteel.The school's first principal, Sandy Lundberg, died on June 26, 2018, after a long battle with stage four cancer. The school library was named in her honor a short time before her death.

Higley High School is a high school in Gilbert, Arizona, United States. It is one of two high schools run by the Higley Unified School District. On December 9, 2022, Higley's Varsity Football team led by Head Coach Eddy Zubey defeated Cactus 41-21 to capture the 5a State Championship. Their First in School History.On May 11, 2018, Higley's Varsity Boys Volleyball team led by Head Coach Andrew Yamashiro defeated American Leadership Academy – Queen Creek 3–2 to capture the 5A State Title.

The Higley Unified School District #60, abbreviated HUSD #60 is a school district in Gilbert, Arizona. The school district serves portions of Gilbert and Queen Creek. It is one of Arizona's fastest growing school districts, with modest continued growth despite the downturn in the economy at the end of the 2000s (decade). The District owns two preschools, nine elementary schools, two middle schools, two high schools, and one virtual academy. In August 2013, the district opened two new middle schools and all other elementary schools that hosted grades K-8 went down to K-6.

Chandler Heights was a census-designated place and is an unincorporated community in Maricopa and Pinal counties, Arizona, United States. It is 11 miles southeast of Chandler. Formerly, Chandler Heights had a ZIP code of 85227, but it has since been abolished, and the United States Postal Service now uses "Queen Creek" for all Chandler Heights addresses. Much of Chandler Heights is located within the planning boundaries of the town of Queen Creek for future annexation, with a small portion (west of Recker Rd) extending into the planning boundaries of the town of Gilbert.
