Arizona State University, Polytechnic High School is a public charter University-preparatory school, located in Mesa, Arizona, United States. The Polytechnic High School and STEM Academy (the latter of which serves as an elementary and middle school) is located on the Arizona State University Polytechnic campus next to the Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport.The Arizona State University, Polytechnic High School is part of a series of preparatory schools for Arizona State University, including ASU Preparatory Academy, Phoenix, ASU Preparatory Academy, Casa Grande and ASU Prep Digital.This ASU Polytechnic High School currently enrolls from Grade 7 to Grade 12. The Polytechnic High School offers various subjects and college opportunities to ensure that each and every student receives the support and help they need. The high school offers the internationally acclaimed Cambridge Curriculum, that prepares students to enroll in university classes by their junior year in high school. As of 2020, the current director of secondary learning, a figure similar to a principal, is Stephen Rothkopf, with Amanda Wojtalik serving as the dean of students.As of the start of the 2019–2020 school year, ASU Preparatory Academy Polytechnic High School enrolled 8th grade students as part of their high school attendance, however as of the 2020–2021 school year, 7th graders have also been added to the school attendance.

Eastmark High School is a junior high and high school in Mesa, Arizona, the second public high school operated by the Queen Creek Unified School District. It is located in the Eastmark master-planned community on the site of the former Mesa General Motors proving grounds. Its cross streets are Ray Road between Ellsworth Road and Signal Butte Road.

Higley High School is a high school in Gilbert, Arizona, United States. It is one of two high schools run by the Higley Unified School District. On December 9, 2022, Higley's Varsity Football team led by Head Coach Eddy Zubey defeated Cactus 41-21 to capture the 5a State Championship. Their First in School History.On May 11, 2018, Higley's Varsity Boys Volleyball team led by Head Coach Andrew Yamashiro defeated American Leadership Academy – Queen Creek 3–2 to capture the 5A State Title.

The Higley Unified School District #60, abbreviated HUSD #60 is a school district in Gilbert, Arizona. The school district serves portions of Gilbert and Queen Creek. It is one of Arizona's fastest growing school districts, with modest continued growth despite the downturn in the economy at the end of the 2000s (decade). The District owns two preschools, nine elementary schools, two middle schools, two high schools, and one virtual academy. In August 2013, the district opened two new middle schools and all other elementary schools that hosted grades K-8 went down to K-6.

Canyon State Academy is a private residential school serving male youth between the ages of 11–17 with a history of delinquent behaviors, dependent/neglectful backgrounds, mild mental and emotional health issues, and special education needs. Situated in Queen Creek, Arizona, its 180-acre campus includes a variety of programs, from temporary shelter to long-term residence. It is managed by Rite of Passage, which provides a variety of programs and services to at-risk youth throughout the nation. The school is a member of the Canyon Athletic Association.

Canyon Valley School, alternatively known as Canyon Valley High School and often abbreviated as CV, CVS or CVHS is an alternative education institution in Mesa, Arizona serving primarily high school aged students, with some eighth grade classes also being offered. The school is operated by Gilbert Public Schools and presently hosts no official athletic or extracurricular activities.

Higley was an unincorporated community in Maricopa County, Arizona, United States. Higley's ZIP code was 85236 until 2007, when the U.S. Postal Service decided to abolish it for physical addresses, the 85236 ZIP code, however, remains in use for P.O. Box addresses at the Higley post office, located on Ray Road. As of 2010, almost all of Higley has been annexed into Gilbert or the neighboring cities of Mesa and Queen Creek. All that officially remains of Higley as an independent community is the school district, Higley Unified School District, however, some remaining commercial buildings in and around the original townsite are still standing and operate as small businesses.

Arizona's 5th congressional district is a congressional district located in the U.S. state of Arizona, currently represented by Republican Andy Biggs. The district contains Gilbert, Queen Creek, southern and eastern Chandler, and eastern Mesa. It is within eastern Maricopa County and northern Pinal County, and includes most of the East Valley. Its representative, Andy Biggs, was elected in November 2016.

Gilbert Unified School District #41 (GUSD), also known as Gilbert Public Schools (GPS), is a school district based in Gilbert, Arizona, United States in the Phoenix metropolitan area. The 60.26-square-mile (156.1 km2) district is the 7th largest in Arizona, and serves over 34,000 students at 39 schools across Gilbert, Chandler, and Mesa, Arizona. In 2018, the district was awarded "4th Best School District in America" by the National Council for Home Safety and Security and "Best Public School/District" in the Best of Gilbert 2018 issue of the East Valley Tribune. As of spring 2019, thirteen GPS schools have earned the "A+ School of Excellence™ Award" from the Arizona Educational Foundation.
