Pallini (Greek: Παλλήνη) is a suburban town in Greater Athens Area and a municipality in East Attica, Greece. The seat of the municipality is the town Gerakas. It is the seat of administration of the East Attica regional unit.

Oa or Oae or Oai (Ancient Greek: Ὄα or Ὀά) was a deme of ancient Attica, originally of the phyle of Pandionis, but after 127/8 AD, of the phyle of Hadrianis, sending four delegates to the Athenian Boule.Its site is located near modern Papangelaki.

Costeas-Geitonas School is a Greek private school which was founded in 1981. It is in Pallini, at the province of Attica, 30 minutes outside Athens. The school includes a kindergarten, elementary school, middle school and high-school (including an International Baccalaureate department). It is a day school which operates from 8:30 to 17:30. Costeas-Geitonas School has been an IB school since April 1994. The head of the school is Josh Hutcherson. The school is open to male and female students and pupils at this school usually take IB and Greek Panhellenic exams in May and June of each year. It is an official Juventus Soccer School and has organised its own MUN conference every year since 2006. Costeas-Geitonas School has over 300 students and 1.300 staff. It's one of the biggest schools in Greece.

Attica Park, officially Attica Zoological Park (AZP), is a private zoo located in the suburb of Spata, approximately 20 kilometres (12 mi) east of Athens, Greece. It is the only zoo in Greece. The zoo is home to more than 1,500 animals representing 220 species, in an area of 20-hectares (49 acres). It is open 365 days a year.The zoo is a member of the European Association of Zoos and Aquaria (EAZA) and the European Association of Aquatic Mammals (EAAM).

This station first opened to Athens Suburban Railway trains on 30 July 2004, with Athens Metro services calling at this station from September 2006.The station's platforms have two levels, with each end serving trains from either the Athens Metro or the Suburban Railway: Suburban Railway trains stop at the northern end while Athens Metro Line 3 trains stop at the southern end. As of November 2022, the station is served by two Suburban Railway trains per hour to the airport, one or two to Ano Liosia and one to Piraeus.

Paiania–Kantza (Greek: Παιανία–Κάντζα) is a station located north east of the suburban town of Paiania in Athens, East Attica. located in the median strip of the Attiki Odos motorway. Gargettus or Gargettos (Ancient Greek: Γαργηττός) was a deme of ancient Attica. From the mythical story of the war of the Pallantidae against Theseus, we learn that the demoi of Pallene, Gargettus, and Agnus were adjacent. When Pallas was marching from Sphettus in the Mesogaea against Athens, he placed a body of his troops in ambush at Gargettus, under the command of his two sons, who were ordered, as soon as he was engaged with the army of Theseus, to march rapidly upon Athens and take the city by surprise, But the stratagem was revealed to Theseus by Leos of Agnus, the herald of Pallas; whereupon Theseus cut to pieces the troops at Gargettus. In consequence of this a lasting enmity followed between the inhabitants of Pallene and Agnus.The road from Sphettus to Athens passed through the opening between Mount Pentelicus and Mount Hymettus. A monastery there by the name of Ieraka (or Hieraka) is the site of Gargettus. The proximity of Pallene and Gargettus is indicated by another legend. Pallene was celebrated for its temple of Athena Pallenis, in front of which was the tomb of Eurystheus.Between the monastery of Ieraka and the small village of Charvati (part of modern Pallini), a celebrated inscription respecting money due to temples was discovered, and which was probably placed in the temple of Athena Pallenis. In Ieraka there was also found the boustrophedon inscription of Aristocles, which probably also came from the same temple.The Hellenistic philosopher Epicurus resided in Gargettus in the 3rd century BCE.

Spata (Greek: Σπάτα), is a town 20 kilometres (12 mi) east of downtown Athens, Greece. Since the 2011 local government reform it is part of the municipality Spata-Artemida, of which it is the seat and a municipal unit. The municipal unit (officially named Spata-Loutsa) has an area of 55.042 km2. It is part of the Athens metropolitan area.

Spata-Artemida (Greek: Σπάτα-Αρτέμιδα) is a municipality in the East Attica regional unit, Attica, Greece. The seat of the municipality is the town Spata. The municipality has an area of 73.695 km2.

Ionidae or Ionidai (Ancient Greek: Ἰωνίδαι) was a deme (suburb) in ancient Attica, of the phyle of Aegeis, sending two delegates to the Athenian Boule.This deme, along with that of Cydantidae, venerated the kolokratai; these two demoi were the only ones, as far as we know, to venerate deities together.Its site is tentatively located near Draphi.

Drafi (Greek: Ντράφι) is a residential settlement located in a semi-mountainous slopped region in the municipal unit of Pikermi, in the municipality Rafina–Pikermi, East Attica, Greece. It is situated east of Athens city center, on the slopes of the Penteliko Mountain. It was initially developed as a housing project for the Agricultural Worker Cooperarative "Pan" . It is bordering Pikermi, Dioni, Penteli, Anthousa and Pallini. Drafi is considered a middle-scale residential area, with many detached houses and luxury mansions. Its developmental stage peaked during 2000-2004, when large scale infrastructure works in East Attica, such as the new international airport in Spata, increased interest for new residences in the wider area. The road network is highly slopped and not fully developed, although Drafi offers a few wider roads than its neighbouring Dioni, such as Achaion St, connecting Drafi with Penteli and Anthousa. Drafi is also well connected towards the center of Pikermi, through Elaionon St. Drafi has faced wildfires multiple times in the past (considerable damages in 1995, 1998, 2009 and 2022).

Erchia or Erkhia (Ancient Greek: Ἐρχία; also spelled Ἔρχεια and Ἑρχιά) was a deme of ancient Attica, of the phyle of Aegeis, sending six or seven delegates to the Athenian Boule, but eleven delegates after 307/6 BCE. According to Stephanus of Byzantium, in Greek mythology, the name comes from an inhabitant of the deme who hosted Demeter.
