Walter Hines Page Senior High School is a public high school in Greensboro, North Carolina commonly referred to as Page High School or simply Page.

Revolution Cotton Mills, also known as Revolution Division and Cone Mills, is a historic cotton mill complex located at Greensboro, Guilford County, North Carolina. The complex was built between 1900 and the mid-20th century and is an example of "slow burning construction." It includes 12 contributing buildings and 2 contributing structures. They include the main mill building, warehouses, weave room and machine shop, bleachery and dye room, storage/shipping/office building, and yellow brick chimney stack. The mill ceased operation in February 1982.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.A Winston-Salem company bought the complex for the purpose of converting it into condominiums and a shopping center. Frank Auman and Jim Peeples converted half the space into offices but after they defaulted on a loan, the property went into foreclosure. In September 2012, Self-Help Ventures bid $8 million, and renovation work began in Spring 2013. The section already upgraded had 45 tenants, and the remaining space could have 90 more. In December 2015, the city council approved an incentive grant of $1 million which required Self Help to invest $85 million by 2018. Plans included offices, artist space and 142 apartments.

The Proximity Print Works, also known as Cone Finishing Plant, is a historic textile mill complex located at Greensboro, Guilford County, North Carolina. The complex includes nine contributing buildings, two contributing structures, and one contributing object. It is a large, brick, roughly rectangular collection of industrial buildings constructed in multiple stages beginning in 1913. It is notable as the first textile printery in the South. The mill remained in operation until 1977.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2014.

The Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital, also known as Moses Cone Hospital, is a 517-bed tertiary care facility located in Greensboro, North Carolina. The hospital opened in 1953 on North Elm Street as a 310-bed community hospital. Moses Cone Hospital is the central facility of Cone Health, a network of medical care facilities serving Guilford County and surrounding areas. As of 2023, Preston Hammock serves as regional president for the Greensboro market which includes Moses Cone Hospital.Moses Cone Hospital is the largest hospital in its four county region (Alamance, Guilford, Randolph, and Rockingham counties). The hospital is a designated Level II Trauma Center.

The former East White Oak School also known as East White Oak Community Center, is a historic school building for African-American students located at Greensboro, Guilford County, North Carolina. It was built in 1916, and is a one-story, seven-bay, Colonial Revival style frame building. It features a portico supported by four solid wood columns. One-story additions were built in the 1920s or 1930s to form a square-shaped building. The school closed in 1946, and subsequently housed a YMCA and community center.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1992.

Irving Park Historic District is a national historic district located at Greensboro, Guilford County, North Carolina. The district encompasses 164 contributing buildings, 5 contributing sites, 2 contributing structures, and 2 contributing objects in an affluent planned suburb of Greensboro. It developed around the Greensboro Country Club. The houses were largely built between 1911 and the 1930s and include notable examples of Colonial Revival, Tudor Revival, and Classical Revival-style architecture. Notable buildings include the first Robert Jesse Mebane House, the Cummins A. Mebane House, the Lynn Williamson House, the first J. Spencer Love House, the Aubrey L. Brooks House, Carl I. Carlson House, the Van Wyck Williams House, the Lavlson L. Simmons House, the Albert J. Klutz House, the Irving Park Manor Apartments, McAdoo-Sanders-Tatum House, the Alfred M. Scales House, and the Herman Cone House.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1995.

John Marion Galloway House is a historic home located at Greensboro, Guilford County, North Carolina. It was designed by noted architect Harry Barton and built in 1919. It is a three-story, rectangular dwelling with Tudor Revival and Bungalow / American Craftsman style design elements. It has a veneer of random-coursed granite with half-timbered gable ends, gable-roofed dormers, and a red tile roof. Also on the property is a contributing two-story double garage which once included servants' quarters.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983. It is located in the Fisher Park Historic District. The house was built for John Marion Galloway (1880-1922) who was reportedly the largest grower of bright leaf tobacco in the world.

Aycock Historic District, is a national historic district located at Greensboro, Guilford County, North Carolina. The district encompasses 226 contributing buildings in a middle- and upper-class residential section of Greensboro. The houses were largely built between the 1890s and 1930s and include notable examples of Queen Anne, Colonial Revival, American Foursquare, and Bungalow / American Craftsman-style architecture. The Sigmund Sternberger House (1926) is listed separately. Other notable buildings include the John C. Clapp House (c. 1900-1905), Robert L. Potts House (c. 1900-1905), William B. Vaught House (c. 1906), Edgar B. Jennette House (c. 1925-1930), and the Charles B. Aycock School (1922) designed by Starrett & van Vleck.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1993.

The James H. and Anne B. Willis House is a historic house at 707 Blair Street in Greensboro, North Carolina. It is a single story Modernist structure, laid out in a T shape with a gabled roof. The north facade, facing Blair Street, has a large plate glass window, while the main entrance is on the shorter west side, sheltered by a shed-roof porch. The exterior has a variety of finishes, including vertical cypress board and brick veneer, and plate glass windows and smaller sash windows are used in variety around the exterior. The house was built in 1965, and is an important Modernist work of the local architectural firm of Loewenstein-Atkinson.The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2015.

The district encompasses 541 contributing buildings, 2 contributing sites, and 44 contributing structures in a predominantly residential section of Greensboro. The houses were largely built between the 1900s and 1930s and include notable examples of Queen Anne, Colonial Revival, Gothic Revival, American Foursquare, and Bungalow / American Craftsman-style architecture. Located in the district are the separately listed Dixon-Leftwich-Murphy House, John Marion Galloway House, Julian Price House, and Latham-Baker House. Other notable buildings include the First Presbyterian Church (1928), Holy Trinity Episcopal Church (1922), Gant-McAlister House (c. 1910–15), and A.J. Schlosser House (c. 1922).It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1992, with a boundary increase in 1996.

Sigmund Sternberger House is a historic home located at Greensboro, Guilford County, North Carolina. It was designed by architect Harry Barton and built in 1926. It is a two-story villa in the Renaissance Revival style. It is constructed of deep red bricks, green ceramic tiles, and sculpted gray limestone. The house features arcades and Venetian-arched porches. Also on the property are two contributing outbuildings and a contributing brick retaining wall. It has served at the home of the Sternberger Artists' Center since 1964.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1993. It is located in the Summit Avenue Historic District.
