Deep Run Park is a public park located in western Henrico County, Virginia at the northwest corner of Gaskins Road and Ridgefield Parkway. Henrico County acquired an initial 52.045 acres of land for the park in 1978 and an additional 108.767 acres in 1979, although the park was not opened for public use until 1987. An additional 3.98 acres of land was acquired in 2004, increasing the total size of the park to 164.792 acres. Church Run is a residential neighborhood in Henrico County, Virginia that was built at the beginning of the 1990s. Church Run can be accessed by two entry points: one entry point is off of Church Road, and one is off of Three Chopt Road, between Cox Rd. and John Rolfe Pkwy.

St. Mary's Catholic School is a JK-8 educational institution located in Richmond, Virginia, serving 425 students. The Early Childhood Development Center is dedicated to full day instruction of JK, Kindergarten and First Grade. Foreign Language is taught in all grades (JK-Grade 8). Other resource classes include Music, Fine Arts, Health/PE, Technology and Library Sciences. The school is home to the only Catholic IB Middle Years Programme in Central Virginia. St. Mary's Parish built a new church which opened in 2007. The church seats 1000 people comfortably. The school has undergone two major facility renovations in 2018 and 2022. A needlepoint bipolar ionization system was installed in all air handling units in both the church and school buildings in 2020.

Innsbrook is a census-designated place in Henrico County, Virginia, United States. The population as of the 2010 Census was 7,753. Innsbrook is a mixed-use corporate center in Central Virginia that was founded in 1979 by local developer Sidney Gunst on property owned by David Arenstein and Henry Stern. Located approximately 13 miles northwest of Richmond’s central business district at the confluence of I-64 and I-295, the development is the region’s second largest employment center. Currently it encompasses over seven million square feet of office space, representing over 400 companies and 22,000 employees. The development includes approximately 1000 residential units and 100,000 sq ft of retail and 12 hotels.

The Druin–Horner House near Richmond in Henrico County, Virginia, USA, was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2009.It is "a rare survivor from 18th century Henrico". The Forest Building or Forest Showroom is a former retail building in Henrico, Virginia that is an example of late 20th century postmodern architecture. Built in 1978–80 as an outlet for catalog merchant company Best Products, it was one of several prominent postmodern stores designed for Best by James Wines and his firm SITE. Each of the SITE-designed showrooms featured a visual twist on late 20th-century big box store design―often playing on themes of ruin or disaster―and the Forest Building expressed these themes with a false façade in front of its actual entrance that enclosed a screen of preexisting trees, giving the store the appearance of a ruin that had returned to nature. While the SITE-designed Best showrooms received a critical reception when they were built, later commentators have praised them as architectural and artistic achievements. The Forest Building in particular was praised for its engagement with its natural setting. After Best Products liquidated in the 1990s, most of its stores were demolished or substantially altered. As of 2024, the Forest Building is the last surviving Best Products store to retain its original exterior design. Since 2000, it has been owned by West End Presbyterian Church.

St. Mary's Hospital is a private, non-for-profit hospital in the west end of Richmond, Virginia. It is a 391-bed hospital and serves the Central Virginia community and beyond. St. Mary's is affiliated with the Bon Secours Richmond Health System and the Sisters of Bon Secours.

Tuckahoe is a census-designated place (CDP) in Henrico County, Virginia, United States. It is an upper middle class suburb to the west of Richmond. The population of Tuckahoe was 44,990 at the 2010 census. It is named after the area's history as the site of Thomas Randolph's Tuckahoe Plantation which still stands along the James River.

Short Pump Town Center is an open-air shopping mall located in the Short Pump census-designated place (CDP) of unincorporated Henrico County, Virginia on West Broad Street (U.S. Route 250), approximately 1 mile (1.6 km) west of I-64, exit 178A/B. This area of Henrico County is called The West End and is northwest of Richmond. Short Pump Town Center is home to many restaurants and stores including Macy's and Dillard's.

WCVE-FM ("VPM News", 88.9 MHz) is a public radio station licensed to Richmond, Virginia, serving the Richmond/Petersburg area. WCVE-FM is owned and operated by Commonwealth Public Broadcasting Corporation. CPBC also owns Channel 23 WCVE-TV, the PBS member station in Richmond, as well as other TV and FM stations in Virginia. WCVE-FM broadcasts two channels in the HD Radio format.Two additional stations, WWLB (93.1 FM) and WBBT-FM (107.3 FM), broadcast classical and specialty music programming to Richmond under the brand "VPM Music". WWLB serves the southern portion of the market, while WBBT serves the northern portion. On August 5, 2019, WCVE-FM was rebranded as "VPM News."

Woodside, near Tuckahoe, Virginia in Henrico County, Virginia, was built in 1858. It is a Greek Revival style villa, in the countryside but not a farmhouse. It was a family home of the Wickham family of Richmond. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1973. The house, along with open area around it, has been permanently protected by an easement.It is located southwest of Tuckahoe off VA 157, at what is now 510 S. Gaskins Rd.
