Offenbach am Main Hauptbahnhof is a railway station serving the German city of Offenbach am Main. It is located on the Frankfurt–Bebra railway/South Main line between Frankfurt and Hanau on the south bank of the Main. It is also the starting point of the Rodgau Railway, via Obertshausen, Rodgau and Ober-Roden to Dieburg (originally to Reinheim).

The City Tower Offenbach is a high-rise office building in the Mathildenviertel district of Offenbach am Main, Germany. Built between 2001 and 2003, the tower stands at 120 m (390 ft) tall with 32 floors and is the current 48th tallest building in Germany and the tallest in Offenbach.

The German Leather Museum (Deutsches Ledermuseum), located in Offenbach, Hesse, Germany, is one of the largest leather museums in the world. It has a wide variety of leather items, including some exhibits, which are believed to be more than 3,000 years old. It was founded by Hugo Eberhardt in 1917. The museum has three wings, namely, the German Shoe Museum, the Museum for Applied Art and the Ethnology Museum. The museum has a number of leather items on display including shoes, saddles, bookcases, photo albums, leather furniture, and toys.

The Albert Schweitzer School (German: Albert-Schweitzer-Schule) is a gymnasium in Offenbach am Main in the state of Hesse. It was founded in 1853 and was originally named the Höhere Mädchenschule. It received its current name in honour of Albert Schweitzer in 1956; in the same year the school moved to its current buildings, which were built between 1909 and 1911 for the former Grand Ducal High School. The school has admitted boys since 1957.

The Klingspor-Museum is a museum in Offenbach, Germany, specializing in the art of modern book production, typography and type. It includes a collection of fine art books from Karl Klingspor, one of the owners of Klingspor Type Foundry in Offenbach am Main, which inspired the museum's creation.

The Hochschule für Gestaltung (HfG) Offenbach am Main (English: Offenbach am Main College of Design) is a German art and design university located in Offenbach am Main, in the German state of Hesse. It was given university status in 1970, and founded in 1832.

The Deutscher Wetterdienst (German pronunciation: [ˌdɔʏ̯ʧɐ ˈvɛtɐdiːnst]) or DWD for short, is the German Meteorological Service, based in Offenbach am Main, Germany, which monitors weather and meteorological conditions over Germany and provides weather services for the general public and for nautical, aviational, hydrometeorological or agricultural purposes. It is attached to the Federal Ministry for Digital and Transport. The DWDs principal tasks include warning against weather-related dangers and monitoring and rating climate changes affecting Germany. The organisation runs atmospheric models on their supercomputer for precise weather forecasting. The DWD also manages the national climate archive and one of the largest specialised libraries on weather and climate worldwide.

Lauterborn is a quarter (Stadtteil) of Offenbach am Main, Germany, with approximately 9,500 inhabitants (2020). It is located in the south-east part of the town and borders Frankfurt and the municipal forest.

Rosenhöhe (or Rosenhoehe) is one of the 21 boroughs of Offenbach am Main, Germany. It is the city's southernmost borough and the second smallest by population with only 1,396 inhabitants. Until 2019 it was one of the nine officially recognized boroughs. When in July 2019 the city council approved a bill to fully divide the city's area into boroughs, Rosenhöhe became the second largest by area after Bieber. The total area is 7,08 km2 (2,73 sq mi). Rosenhöhe borders the boroughs of Carl-Ulrich-Siedlung and Lauterborn in the north, Buchrain in the west and Tempelsee in the east. The southern border of Rosenhöhe is shared with the Offenbach city limits, bordering the towns of Neu-Isenburg, Dreieich and Heusenstamm. Most of its area is occupied by forests and is a landscape preservation area. Built-up area is only found in the northern tip of the borough.
