Aubin Grove is a suburb of Perth, Western Australia in the City of Cockburn. The suburb was approved in 2003. Aubin Grove was formerly part of the rural locality of Banjup. It is named after Henry John Aubin, who leased agricultural land in the area in 1897.It has grown rapidly, from a population of 351 at the 2006 census to 6,324 at the 2016 census.

Aubin Grove railway station (officially Aubin Grove Station) is a commuter railway station serving Atwell, Aubin Grove, Hammond Park and Success, which are suburbs of Perth, Western Australia. It is on the Mandurah line, which is part of the Transperth network, and is located immediately north of Russell Road in the median of the Kwinana Freeway. It has two platform faces on a singular island platform, which is linked to either side of the freeway by a pedestrian overpass. Services run every 10 minutes during peak and every 15 minutes between peak. The journey to Perth railway station is 23.8 kilometres (14.8 mi) and takes 21 minutes. The station has a bus interchange with four bus stands and seven regular bus routes. Construction of the station was promised by both major political parties ahead of the 2013 Western Australian state election. A tender was released for the station's construction in July 2014, with a projected cost of $80 million for the whole project, including the purchase of two Transperth B-series trains. The design contract was awarded in February 2015 to a joint venture between Coniglio Ainsworth Architects and M. P. S. Architects. The scope of the project was broadened in April 2015 to include the widening of the Russell Road bridge over the freeway, which increased the project budget to $105 million. Construction on the station began in March 2016, and it was opened on 23 April 2017, with the final cost being $125 million.

The name Success comes from Captain James Stirling's ship HMS Success.Urban development of Success didn't begin until the early 1990s when the Kwinana Freeway was extended to Forrest Road (now Armadale Road and Beeliar Drive). Beeliar Regional Park is a conservation park approximately 19 kilometres (12 mi) south of the central business district in Perth, Western Australia, located within the Citys of Cockburn, Kwinana and Melville. The regional park is named after the indigenous Beeliar people of the area. In Western Australia, regional parks consist of areas of land that have been identified as having outstanding conservation, landscape and recreation values. The park contains remnants of the Beeliar Wetlands, part of the once widespread Swan Coastal Plain. Beeliar is one of eleven regional parks in the Perth region of Western Australia. The purpose of these regional parks is to serve as urban havens to preserve and restore cultural heritage and valuable ecosystems as well as to encourage sustainable nature-based recreation activities.

The Forrestdale and Thomsons Lakes Ramsar Site comprises two separate nature reserves, totalling 754 ha (1,860 acres) in area, protecting two shallow fresh to brackish, seasonal lakes in a suburban and agricultural landscape in south-western Western Australia. It lies in the Swan Coastal Plain bioregion and is used mainly for birdwatching and walking. The site is recognised as being of international importance under the Ramsar Convention on Wetlands, under which it was designated Ramsar Site 481 on 7 June 1990.

Wattleup is a southern suburb of Perth, Western Australia, located within the City of Cockburn. In the mid 1990's to the early 2000's, planning was undertaken to redevelop the suburb as part of the Hope Valley-Wattleup Redevelopment Project, also known as "Latitude 32". This was to involve the acquisition and demolition of the townsite, and its rezoning and redevelopment for industrial use. The townsite of Wattleup was located at the western end of the suburb, at the intersection of Wattleup Road and Rockingham Road. Wattleup had many market gardens in the past. They provided agricultural produce for the town of Fremantle.The suburb's name originates from Wattleup Road which dates back to 1931. The name of Wattleup was approved for the suburb in May 1962.

Thomsons Lake Nature Reserve is a lake nature reserve around Thomsons Lake (Noongar: Jilbup) in the City of Cockburn, Western Australia, approximately 25 kilometres (16 mi) south of the central business district of Perth, the state capital, and on the southern fringes of the Perth metropolitan area. It is in the suburb of Beeliar, 7 kilometres (4.3 mi) south-west of Jandakot Airport. It is a still largely natural wetland, with adjoining native vegetation, surrounded by land developed for housing and agriculture, that regularly supports large numbers of shorebirds and other waterbirds.

Atwell is a suburb within the metropolitan area of Perth, Western Australia, situated 21 kilometres (13 mi) south of Perth City, and located in the City of Cockburn local government area.

Success Park 'n' Ride was a Transperth bus station located next to the current Cockburn Central Train/Bus Interchange. It was established on 21 March 1999 and decommissioned on 22 December 2007. After that it was superseded by its nearby station in Cockburn Central.
