Ayalon River

Tel Aviv South railway station was the name of two former railway stations in Tel Aviv, Israel, which were situated in two different locations. The original station opened in 1920, then in 1970 it was relocated 2.5 km south-east, and it finally closed to passengers in 1993.

Neve Tzahal is a neighborhood of Tel Aviv, Israel. It is located in the southern part of the city. The neighborhood was built 1950-1951 between Kfar Shalem and Shechunat Hatikva and originally housed military families.

Salamah (Arabic: سلمة) was a Palestinian Arab village, located five kilometers east of Jaffa, that was depopulated in the lead-up to the 1948 Arab-Israeli War. The town was named for Salama Abu Hashim, a companion of the Islamic prophet Muhammad. His tomb, two village schools, and ten houses from among the over 800 houses that had made up the village, are all that remain of the structures of the former village today. The historic road from Jaffa to the village is now a street on the border of Tel Aviv and Jaffa, still commonly called "Salameh road".

Neve Barbur is a neighborhood of Tel Aviv, Israel, named after Walworth Barbour, and located in the southeastern part of the city.Neve Barbur was built in the 1970s, along with similar neighborhoods, after parts of Kfar Shalem (formerly Salama) were evicted of their Jewish population. In contrast to now neighboring Kfar Shalem, Neve Barbur is a high rise neighborhood.

Kfar Shalem (Hebrew: כפר שלם, lit: Shalem Village) is a neighbourhood in southeastern Tel Aviv, Israel. Salameh Street / Shalma Street in Tel Aviv is named after the Arab village of Salamah located on the site prior to 1948.

Hatikva Quarter (Hebrew: שכונת התקווה, Shkhunat Hatikva) is a working class neighbourhood in southeastern Tel Aviv, Israel.

Yazur (Arabic: يازور, Hebrew: יאזור) was a Palestinian Arab town located 6 kilometers (3.7 mi) east of Jaffa. Mentioned in 7th century BCE Assyrian texts, the village was a site of contestation between Muslims and Crusaders in the 12th-13th centuries. During the Fatimid period in Palestine, a number of important people were born in Yazur. In modern times the town was the birthplace of Ahmed Jibril, the founder and current head of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine – General Command (PFLP-GC). The Israeli town of Azor now stands on the former town lands of Yazur, which was depopulated and mostly destroyed during the 1947–48 Civil War in Mandatory Palestine.

Bnei Yehuda Ground (Hebrew: מגרש בני יהודה) was a football stadium in south-east Tel Aviv, near Hatikva Quarter, Tel Aviv, Israel. The ground was in use between 1944 and 1951 and was abandoned when it was built over.

Mikveh Israel (Hebrew: מִקְוֵה יִשְׂרָאֵל, lit. 'Hope of Israel') is a youth village and boarding school in the Tel Aviv District of central Israel, established in 1870. It was the first Jewish agricultural school in what is now Israel and indeed the first modern Jewish settlement in Palestine outside of Jerusalem, heralding a new era in the history of the region.

Tel Aviv HaHagana railway station is a major railway station on the Ayalon Railway in southern Tel Aviv, Israel, serving most lines of Israel Railways. It is located in the median of the Ayalon Highway, north of Highway 1 and 400 meters east of the Tel Aviv Central Bus Station. In 2019, over six million passengers used the station, making it the third-busiest in the country after the nearby Savidor Central and HaShalom stations. The station building fronts a road bridge above the highway, connecting Lewinsky Street with HaHagana Road. The station's proximity to the central bus station makes it an important interchange.

Holon Junction railway station is a railway station on the Rosh HaAyin–Beersheba line. The station is located at the Holon Interchange (the intersection of the South Ayalon Highway and Highway 44) which separates Tel Aviv-Jaffa from its southern suburb Holon. With 629,715 passengers recorded in 2019, it was the least-used station in the Tel Aviv District.
