Neve Tzahal

Neve Barbur is a neighborhood of Tel Aviv, Israel, named after Walworth Barbour, and located in the southeastern part of the city.Neve Barbur was built in the 1970s, along with similar neighborhoods, after parts of Kfar Shalem (formerly Salama) were evicted of their Jewish population. In contrast to now neighboring Kfar Shalem, Neve Barbur is a high rise neighborhood.

Salamah (Arabic: سلمة) was a Palestinian Arab village, located five kilometers east of Jaffa, that was depopulated in the lead-up to the 1948 Arab-Israeli War. The town was named for Salama Abu Hashim, a companion of the Islamic prophet Muhammad. His tomb, two village schools, and ten houses from among the over 800 houses that had made up the village, are all that remain of the structures of the former village today. The historic road from Jaffa to the village is now a street on the border of Tel Aviv and Jaffa, still commonly called "Salameh road".

Yad Eliyahu (Hebrew: יד אליהו) is a neighborhood in east Tel Aviv, Israel. Yad Eliyahu was established in 1929. It developed in accordance with plans drawn up by Jacob Ben Sira, the Tel Aviv municipal engineer. The neighborhood, named for Haganah leader Eliyahu Golomb, became the site of housing projects for ex-servicemen after World War II.Menora Mivtachim Arena, home to the Maccabi Tel Aviv basketball team is located in Yad Eliyahu.

Kfar Shalem (Hebrew: כפר שלם, lit: Shalem Village) is a neighbourhood in southeastern Tel Aviv, Israel. Salameh Street / Shalma Street in Tel Aviv is named after the Arab village of Salamah located on the site prior to 1948.

The Hatikva Neighborhood Stadium (Hebrew: אצטדיון שכונת התקווה, Itztadion Shkhunat HaTikva) is a multi-purpose stadium in the Hatikva Quarter of Tel Aviv in Israel.

Menora Mivtachim Arena (Hebrew: היכל מנורה מבטחים; also known as the Yad Eliyahu Arena, היכל יד אליהו; and formerly known as the Nokia Arena, היכל נוקיה) is a large multi-purpose sports indoor arena that is located in southeast Tel Aviv, Israel. The arena is primarily used to host tennis matches, basketball games, and concerts. It is one of the major sporting facilities in the Greater Tel Aviv Area. The arena is owned by the municipality of Tel Aviv, and is managed by Sports Palaces Ltd., a company also fully owned by the municipality (which also manages Bloomfield Stadium and Drive in Arena). On 1 January 2015, the arena changed its name to Menora Mivtachim Arena.

The Ayalon River (Hebrew: נחל איילון, Nahal Ayalon; Nahr el-Barideh or Wadi Musrara in Arabic) is a perennial stream in Israel, originating in the Judean Hills and discharging into the Yarkon River in the area of Tel Aviv.The total length of the Ayalon River is about 50 kilometres and it drains an area of 815 square kilometres. It begins in the Judean Hills northwest of Jerusalem near the Israeli settlements of Giv'at Ze'ev and Giv'on HaHadasha, flows down through the Ayalon Valley of the Shephelah region, reaches the Coastal Plain and passes near Ben Gurion Airport, is diverted from its original bed through an artificial concrete channel along the north-south Ayalon Freeway bordering central Tel Aviv on the east, and discharges into the Yarkon River in the Bavli quarter of Tel Aviv. East of Tel Aviv the Ayalon passes through the grounds of the new Ariel Sharon Park, a grand project centered on the former Hiriya waste dump and since 2004 one of the biggest environmental rehabilitation projects in the world, designed by the German landscape architect Peter Latz and planned to be finalised by 2020.

Bnei Yehuda Ground (Hebrew: מגרש בני יהודה) was a football stadium in south-east Tel Aviv, near Hatikva Quarter, Tel Aviv, Israel. The ground was in use between 1944 and 1951 and was abandoned when it was built over.

Tel Aviv South railway station was the name of two former railway stations in Tel Aviv, Israel, which were situated in two different locations. The original station opened in 1920, then in 1970 it was relocated 2.5 km south-east, and it finally closed to passengers in 1993.

Tel Aviv HaHagana railway station is a major railway station on the Ayalon Railway in southern Tel Aviv, Israel, serving most lines of Israel Railways. It is located in the median of the Ayalon Highway, north of Highway 1 and 400 meters east of the Tel Aviv Central Bus Station. In 2019, over six million passengers used the station, making it the third-busiest in the country after the nearby Savidor Central and HaShalom stations. The station building fronts a road bridge above the highway, connecting Lewinsky Street with HaHagana Road. The station's proximity to the central bus station makes it an important interchange.

Hatikva Quarter (Hebrew: שכונת התקווה, Shkhunat Hatikva) is a working class neighbourhood in southeastern Tel Aviv, Israel.

The Academy of Performing Arts is a theatre centre and a school of theatre and performance, operating since 2010 in Tel Aviv, in collaboration with the Open University of Israel.
