Marine City (마린시티, marinsiti) is a residential area in Haeundae District, Busan, South Korea. Most of the buildings are very luxurious skyscrapers. Marine City is built on reclaimed land between the popular areas of Haeundae Beach and Centum City. The tallest residential complexes in Marine City include Haeundae Doosan We've the Zenith, Haeundae I'Park Marina, Daewoo Aratrium Haeundae and Park Hyatt Busan.

Haeundae I'Park (Korean: 해운대 아이파크) is a complex of four skyscrapers in Haeundae District, Busan, South Korea consisting of three office towers and one residential tower. Tower 1 and 2 were both in the 20 tallest buildings completed in 2011. As of 2022, Tower 2 and Tower 1 are the eighth and 12th-tallest buildings in South Korea respectively.

Dongbaek station (Korean: 동백역) is a station on the Busan Metro Line 2 in U-dong, Haeundae District, Busan, South Korea. The station is located near the Dongbaekseom Island.

With the exception of 1904 and possibly the canceled 1916 Summer Olympics, sailing has always been included on the Olympic schedule. The Sailing program of 1988 consisted of a total of eight sailing classes (disciplines). For each class seven races were scheduled from 20 September 1988 to 27 September 1988 of the coast of Busan and was the first time that a separate event was allocated exclusively for women (sailed in the 470 class). The sailing was done on the triangular type Olympic courses.

Dongbaekseom is an island of Busan, South Korea. It is located on the west end of the Haeundae Beach right where Western Chosun Beach Hotel is located. It was designated as the 46th monument of Busan on March 9, 1999.

Haeundae LCT The Sharp (Korean: 해운대 엘시티 더샵) is a major urban development project in Jung-dong, Haeundae District, Busan, South Korea. Located in front of Haeundae Beach, it consists of a 411.6 m (1,350 ft), 101-floor supertall landmark tower and two 85-floor residential skyscrapers. It has an urban entertainment complex at the base housing a shopping mall, a hot spring spa and a water park. The landmark tower houses luxury and residential hotels with a convention center and an observatory. As of July 8, 2018, the 101-storey tower had more than 90 floors completed and the twin 85-storey residential towers already had more than 80 stories built. These towers are Busan's 2nd-4th supertall skyscrapers after Haeundae Doosan We've the Zenith, 301 m (988 ft) tall. LCT tower is the second-tallest tower in South Korea after the 555 m (1,821 ft) Lotte World Tower in Seoul and is one of the world's top 10 most expensive skyscrapers.Construction was planned for 2007 and groundbreaking was held on October 28, 2013 and completion was scheduled for 2019. It was voted to have the second nicest toilet in South Korea.Haeundae LCT The Sharp was completed and opened on November 30, 2019. In 2022, Haeundae LCT The Sharp hosted an exhibition for Proof, the anthology album of the South Korean group BTS, documenting the act's nine-year career. The exhibition was planned by the band's entertainment agency, HYBE which invited fans to immerse themselves in a visual trail of BTS' history.

Busan Exhibition and Convention Center (Korean: 부산전시컨벤션센터), commonly known as BEXCO (벡스코), is a convention and exhibition center located in Centum City, Haeundae-gu, Busan, South Korea. It features over 46,500 m2 of exhibition space and 53 meeting rooms. In June 2012, BEXCO completed its expansion to add a 4,002-seat auditorium and a new exhibition center.BEXCO has hosted a variety of events, notability as a concert venue for Koreans as well as international artists, such as Grammy Award winners Michael Bolton and Dr. Dre.
