Tanglin Community Club is a community centre on the corner of Whitley Road and Malcolm Road in Novena, Singapore.

Stevens MRT station is an underground Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) station on the Downtown line (DTL), situated along the boundary of Novena and Tanglin planning areas, Singapore at the junction of Stevens Road and Bukit Timah Road. Located along the Bukit Timah corridor, it serves the nearby Singapore Chinese Girls' School and St. Joseph's Institution schools, as well as the Raffles Town Club and the surrounding private estates. The station opened on 27 December 2015 when the DTL stage 2 opened. A new underpass connecting to two new exits at Dunearn Road and Whitley Road opened on 23 November 2019. The upcoming Thomson–East Coast line (TEL) will interchange with the DTL at this station in the second half of 2022.

The Clementi Police Division (or 'D' Division) is one of the seven land divisions of the Singapore Police Force. Clementi Division covers about 70 square kilometres in the South-Western part of Singapore, which includes Jurong Island, Sentosa Island and the popular Holland Village. Anglo-Chinese School (Barker Road) is a government-aided boys' secondary school located at Barker Road in Newton, Singapore. It is a member of the Anglo-Chinese family of schools in Singapore. It offers the Singapore-Cambridge GCE Ordinary Level course for its students from Sec 1 to Sec 4/5. Students may then move on to Anglo-Chinese Junior College or Anglo-Chinese School (Independent). It has provided opportunities for its feeder students to continue with an ACS Education at a secondary level. ACS was also the first school in Singapore to have a flower named after it, the Ascocenda Anglo-Chinese School orchid, a hybrid created by the school to mark its 116th Founder's Day on 1 March 2002. ACS has many partner schools such as Anglo-Chinese School (Junior) and Anglo Chinese Junior College. The school is close to Newton MRT station. It was a full school which subsumed Anglo-Chinese School (Primary) as its primary school section until 1998, when the school split into two. The school has been based at the newly rebuilt Barker Road campus since 2003. Its principal is Loo Ming Yaw while long-serving principal Ng Eng Chin is now retired and Peter Tan Chong Tze is now heading Queensway Secondary School.

Mount Pleasant MRT station is a future underground Mass Rapid Transit station on the Thomson-East Coast Line in Novena, Singapore. Located within the former grounds of Old Police Academy, the station will serve the future housing developments in the area. First announced in August 2012 as part of the Thomson line (TSL), the station was constructed as part of TEL Phase 3 (TEL3) with the merger of the TSL and the Eastern Region line (ERL). Initially slated to open along with the TEL3 stations, it was announced in November 2021 that the station would only open with the completion of the housing developments in the area.

Jacob Ballas Children's Garden is a children's garden in the Singapore Botanic Gardens. Named after Joseph Ballas, the garden was the first children's garden in Asia.

Bukit Brown MRT station is a future underground Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) station on the Circle line (CCL), located in Novena planning area, Singapore. Announced along with the 17 stations of CCL Stages 4 and 5 in November 2005, it was designated as a station to be opened in the future. This station is currently non-operational due to the lack of development and demand in the area, although there are structural provisions set for the station future construction. Jalan Mashhor serves the station facilities on the ground level.

Dutch Pavilion is a building within the grounds of the Shangri-La Singapore hotel on Orange Grove Road in Tanglin, Singapore. Previously the premises of the Hollandse School, it currently serves as a wedding venue.

The company is officially an auxiliary police force permitted to be armed under regulations from the Police Force Act 2004.Established on 31 March 2004, AETOS began operations following the merger of the Auxiliary Police Forces of PSA Corporation Ltd, Singapore Technologies Kinetics Ltd (ST Kinetics), and subsequently Changi International Airport Services Pte Ltd (CIAS). This brought together the country's security units in maritime, key installations protection and aviation under one roof. It also conducts operations with assistance from Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs).
