Sagar Sangam railway station is a railway station in Raigad district, Maharashtra. Its code is SGSGM. It serves Sagar Sangam area of Navi Mumbai. The station includes two platforms.

Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Engineering (BVCoE) is a private engineering college in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, India, established in the year 1990. It offers diploma courses of three years duration based on the semester pattern in various fields to students who have passed SSC or HSC.

Navi Mumbai (Marathi pronunciation: [nəʋiː mumbəiː]) is a planned city situated on the west coast of the Indian subcontinent, located in the Konkan division of Maharashtra state, on the mainland of India. The city's or area history dates back to the late 1500s when Siddis of Janjira built the Belapur Killa located atop a hillock, near the mouth of the Panvel Creek. In 1682, the fort was captured by the Portuguese, who had managed to annex the regions controlled by the Siddis, near Belapur. In 1733, the Marathas, led by Chimaji Appa, wrested control of the fort from the Portuguese. He had made a vow that if it were to be successfully recaptured from the Portuguese, he would place a garland of beli leaves in a nearby Amruthaishwar temple, and after the victory the fort was christened as Belapur Fort. The Marathas ruled the area until 23 June 1817, when it was captured by Captain Charles Gray of the British East India Company. The British partially destroyed the fort under their policy of razing any Maratha stronghold in the area. The area was proposed in 1971 as a new urban township of Mumbai by the Government of Maharashtra. A new public sector undertaking, CIDCO, was established for this purpose. Navi Mumbai is situated across two districts, Thane and Raigad. The city has been ranked 3rd among 73 cities surveyed for cleanliness and hygiene by the Union Ministry of Urban Development (MoUD) and Quality Council of India (QCI) as a part of Swachh Bharat Abhiyan. Majority of Infrastructure and buildings are made & owned by Government of India. Navi Mumbai is home to various educational institutions offering courses in several streams including engineering, medical sciences, interior design, and hotel management. Various multinational corporations have their head offices/branches across the city, making it an active business hub. Navi Mumbai also has various recreational facilities such as a Golf Course, Central Park and Pandavkada Water Falls in Kharghar. Navi Mumbai also has many quality restaurants and luxury hotels for accommodation. There are many shopping malls. Navi Mumbai is also a host to many best health care centres and hospitals like MITR Hospital in Sector 05, Kharghar, Fortis Hiranandani Hospital near Juhu Village, Juhu Nagar (Vashi), Apollo Hospital in Belapur and SRL diagnostic centres in Kharghar, Panvel, Kamothe, Kalamboli, Kopar Khairane, Juhu Gaon to name a few.

Seawoods–Darave or simply Seawoods is a newly developed railway station on the Harbour line of the Mumbai Suburban Railway and is a sub-node in Nerul node. The railway station derives its name from the famous Seawoods NRI complex developed by CIDCO especially for high income and economically well to do groups. The area has developed rapidly in recent years compared to any other nodes in Navi Mumbai due to its strategic location, having Vashi, Mumbai & Thane towards its north and Ulwe, Uran, JNPT & upcoming international airport towards is south and CBD Belapur, Kharghar & Panvel towards its east. The station is located adjacent to Sector 40 & 42, few kilometers away from Seawoods NRI complex. It's being developed as Seawoods Grand Central by Larsen & Toubro. The Seawoods Grand Central complex is set to have large office spaces, malls and an entertainment area which is likely to transform the image of the city. The entry/exit subway of the west side of the station is directly connected to Seawoods Grand Central.

Kharghar is the fourth railway station from Panvel on the Harbour Line of the Mumbai Suburban Railway network. Local trains of the Harbour Line in the Central Railway ply between Panvel and Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus stations and the Western line is connected through the Vadala station. It takes about 65 minutes to reach Kharghar by suburban train from Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus. A new broad-gauge line will connect Kharghar to Karjat via Panvel. The line connecting to Karjat will be completed in 2019.

Nerul (Pronunciation: [neɾuːɭ]) is an upmarket residential and commercial node in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Nerul is located in the Harbour Line, Trans-Harbour Lines and Nerul-Uran Line of Mumbai local train network where Kharghar and Vashi are the nearby stations. Nerul node is also famous for its parallel-running Palm-Beach Marg. Nerul is quite famous for its gardens like the Rock Garden and state of the art building structures.

The Jama Masjid Nerul or Nerul Aalami Markaz is a mosque located in Nerul, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. It is the oldest, largest mosque in Nerul & one of the main mosques of Navi Mumbai. It serves as the headquarter for the shura faction of the Tablighi Jamaat and is led by scholars like Ahmad Laat and Ebrahim Dewla.The leadership of the Tablighi Jamat was split in 2015 when Muhammad Saad Kandhlawi claimed to be the sole leader of Tablighi Jamat. It ended up in two groups, one being headed by Kandhlawi at Nizamuddin Markaz Mosque and other being headed by the shura, with its place at Nerul, Maharashtra.
