Agwanpur

Tilpat is a census town in Faridabad district in the Indian state of Haryana that comes under the Capital Region. It is famous for the revolt against Mughals. It also has the Tilpat 1 & 2 ranges of Indian Air Force on the banks of Yamuna. Tilpat is the largest village of Brahmins in Ballabgarh tehsil. Brahmins are the majority and the largest zamindars (most lands belong to them), and other castes like Jats and Gurjars are sprinkled minority.

The Palla barrage is a barrage located in Palla on the Yamuna-Faridabad canal in Faridabad district of Haryana state in India. This irrigation canal runs to the west of Yaumna through Fridabad, Palwal, Mathura and Agra districts where it terminates in the farms. Palla, Faridabad is not to be confused with Palla, Delhi, a Yamuna pollution monitoring station 23 km upstream of Wazirabad barrage.

Meethapur or Mithapur is a census town in the South East district of Delhi. India's longest expressway ie Delhi-Mumbai Expressway (NH-148NA) passes from this area. There is a famous crossway in Mithapur which is commonly known as Mithapur Chowk which serves Kalindi Kunj Road, Tanki Road-Jaitpur which connects Badarpur. There is Asia's biggest ecological park near Mithapur which is known as NTPC Eco Park.

National Power Training Institute (NPTI), is a government training institution under Ministry of Power, Government of India with its Corporate Office at Faridabad. NPTI had been providing its dedicated service for more than five decades.

Sarai is an elevated station on the Violet Line of the Delhi Metro. It is located between Badarpur and NHPC Chowk station on the line 6 in Faridabad district of Haryana.

Badarpur Border is an elevated station on the Violet Line of the Delhi Metro. The station is located close to the interstate border between the city of Faridabad in Haryana and Badarpur in Delhi and sees a large daily ridership owing to this fact. It was the terminal station of the Violet Line till September 5, 2015. It was earlier known as Badarpur, and was renamed in December 2014.

Badarpur is a historic town in South East Delhi district in Delhi. Badarpur is famous for its Badarpur Border bus terminal. It is also serviced by Badarpur Border station of Delhi Metro on Violet Line. The bus terminal and metro station have been renamed by Delhi Government as 'Badarpur border'. There is another bus terminal from Faridabad Side namely Badarpur border Bus terminal from Haryana roadways and UP parivahan buses and Echo vans goes for Southern Haryana and Western Uttar Pradesh. It is situated on Mathura Road joining Delhi with Mathura and Agra, on NH 2 (Delhi-Kolkata) National Highway, a part of the historic Grand Trunk Road that once joined Bengal to Kabul. It is the starting point for the on the "Mehrauli- Badarpur Road" that passed through Tughlaqabad, Khanpur, Tigri and Saket towards Mehrauli. The Delhi Faridabad Skyway elevated highway also opened at the starting of Mehrauli- Badarpur Road. Badarpur is also home to the Badarpur Thermal Power Station (BTPS) of National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC), opened in 1973 and an important power source to South Delhi, South East Delhi and East Delhi districts.

Badarpur Thermal Power Station was a Power Station located at Badarpur area in NCT Delhi. The power plant was one of the coal based power plants of NTPC. The National Power Training Institute (NPTI) for North India Region under Ministry of Power, Government of India was established at Badarpur in 1974, within the Badarpur Thermal power plant (BTPS) complex. The power plant permanently shut down on 15 October 2018.

NHPC Chowk is an elevated station on the Violet Line of the Delhi Metro. It is located between Sarai and Mewla Maharajpur station on the line from 6. The station draws its name from NHPC Limited-A PSU whose head office is located at a stone's throw from the station.

Mewla–Maharajpur is a former constituency of the Haryana Legislative Assembly, in Faridabad, Haryana.
