Woodmancote is a village in the Chichester district of West Sussex, England. It lies just off the B2147 road 2 miles (3.2 km) northeast of Emsworth. It should not be confused with the other West Sussex village of Woodmancote near Henfield. At the 2011 Census the population of this village was included in the civil parish of Westbourne.

It was commissioned by the 2nd Earl of Halifax, either as a summerhouse for the nearby Stansted Estate or so he could watch his merchant ships dock at the nearby port, Emsworth, on The Solent. One news report states that the lower level was also to be used for holding banquets.

Racton is a hamlet in the Chichester district of West Sussex, England. It lies on the B2147 road 2.1 miles (3.4 km) northeast of Emsworth and within the civil parish of Stoughton. The hamlet lies along the River Ems. 0.4 miles north of the hamlet is the Racton Monument, constructed between 1766 and 1775 by the 2nd Earl of Halifax. Another prominent structure just outside the hamlet is Lordington Manor, former home of the Pole family. St Peter's Church, located in the centre of the hamlet, is a Grade I listed building, dating from the 12th-13th century.

Westbourne is a village, civil parish and electoral ward in the Chichester District of West Sussex, England. It is located 0.5 miles (0.80 km) north east of Emsworth. The parish includes the hamlets of Woodmancote and Aldsworth, and once included the settlements of Southbourne and Prinsted to the south.

Stansted Park (including Stansted House) is an Edwardian country house in the parish of Stoughton, West Sussex, England. It is near the city of Chichester, and also the village of Rowlands Castle to the west over the border in Hampshire. The house is set in the 1,800-acre (7.3 km2) park, with woodland and open land grazed by deer. Stansted House has Carolean revival decor and is listed Grade II*. The surrounding area, Stansted Park, is also listed Grade II*.

Nutbourne is a village in the Chichester District of West Sussex, England located 2 miles (3.2 km) east of Emsworth on the A259 road. It is in the civil parishes of Southbourne and Chidham and Hambrook. This small village on the south side of the former A27 road, now the A259, has a loop of road running through it with a ford on the south side of the village centre. It lies at the northern tip of Thorney Channel, an inlet of Chichester Harbour.

Brook Meadow (Emsworth) is a 3.9-hectare (9.6-acre) Local Nature Reserve in Emsworth in Hampshire. It is owned by Havant Borough Council and managed by Brook Meadow Conservation Group.Most of this site is grassland, which is surrounded by woodland and flanked by two streams. The diverse wildlife includes water voles.

Hollybank House near Emsworth in Hampshire, England, is a building of historical significance and is Grade II listed on the English Heritage Register. It was built in about 1825 and was home to many notable residents over the next two centuries. Today it is a Country House B&B and caters for special events including weddings.
