BTTC Centre is a Class A 12-story green building located at Ortigas Avenue corner Roosevelt Avenue, Greenhills, San Juan, Metro Manila, Philippines. It is the first green building in Greenhills, San Juan to receive a Gold pre-certification for Core & Shell under LEED. Developed by Hantex Corporation, it is an office, commercial and retail type of property with a floor plate of 1,384 square meters per floor. BTTC Centre is also among the 58 projects currently registered for LEED certification, together with the Zuellig Building in Makati and Megaworld 8 Campus Building and Wells Fargo Headquarters, which are both in Bonifacio Global City. It is also an IT-Center PEZA Certified Building.

Club Filipino (pronounced klub) was the first exclusive social club in the Philippines, founded on November 6, 1898 by Filipino high society, including Spanish mestizos and members of the native aristocracy. It is located between North Greenhills subdivision and the Greenhills Shopping Center in San Juan. The club's present amenities include a swimming pool, tennis, badminton and squash courts, bowling alleys, outdoor restaurant, salon, and "Kalayaan Hall," an indoor events/reception room.

Greenhills, formerly and still commonly known as the Greenhills Shopping Center, is a 16-hectare mixed-use shopping, residential and leisure development located in Greenhills, San Juan, Metro Manila, Philippines. It is owned and managed by Ortigas & Company with a mall complex containing more than 2,000 stores.

On March 2, 2020, 40-year-old Archie Paray, who worked as a security guard at the Greenhills shopping mall complex in Greenhills, San Juan, Metro Manila, Philippines took 55 people hostage at the administration office on the second floor of the Virra Mall. Paray was an employee of Safeguard Armor Security Corporation (SASCOR), and believed he was a subject of unjust termination. During the standoff, Paray demanded authorities to air his grievance against his former employers. Only one person was injured during the incident, and Paray was arrested after he freed the hostages.

Santuario de San José (Sanctuary of Saint Joseph) is a parish church found inside the Green Hills East Village in Mandaluyong, Philippines. It is designated as the Shrine of Saint Joseph the Patriarch. It is run by the Oblates of St. Joseph (OSJ). It is the home parish of different chapels: the Holy Family Chapel (inside the Greenhills Shopping Center) and the two chapels of Crame, Immaculate Conception and Sacred Heart. It is named after its principal patron, St. Joseph, husband of Mary. Secondary patron saints include St. Joseph Marello, founder of the Oblates of St. Joseph, and the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Its principal feast day is on March 19, the Solemnity of St. Joseph, Husband of the Blessed Virgin Mary. Secondary feasts include the Solemnity of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the feast day of St. Joseph Marello.

Xavier School (simplified Chinese: 光启学校; traditional Chinese: 光啓學校; pinyin: Guāngqĭ Xúexìao; Pe̍h-ōe-jī: Kong-khé Ha̍k-hāu; also referred to by its acronym XS) is a private, Catholic, college preparatory school run by the Philippine Province of the Society of Jesus. Its main campus is located at 64 Xavier Street, Greenhills, San Juan, Metro Manila, Philippines. It has a satellite campus located in Diversity Ave. Nuvali, Canlubang, Calamba, Laguna. It is a K-12 school and its curriculum includes a mandatory Chinese language program. It also offers the IB Diploma Program in grades 11 and 12 to selected students. Xavier continues to educate Chinese Filipinos since part of its mission is evangelizing the local Chinese and promoting their integration into Philippine society. Unlike other Chinese schools in the Philippines, Xavier was established as an all-boys school and its San Juan campus continuous to accept male students only. However its Nuvali campus is coeducational. Xavier School is a Catholic school with an English curriculum that integrated Chinese studies. Through its Grant-in-Aid program, the school offers financially challenged but otherwise qualified students the opportunity of a Xavier education.

The Atlanta Centre is an office skyscraper in San Juan, Metro Manila, Philippines. Ocean Sky Chan Monastery (Chinese: 海天禪寺) is the Manila, Philippine branch of Taiwan's Chung Tai Chan Monastery (中台禪寺). Completed in 2001, the monastery offers free Zen meditation classes and other services, under the direction of Chung Tai and Grand Master Wei Chueh. The monastery follows traditional Chinese Ch'an, emphasizing on teachings based on sudden enlightenment and gradual cultivation. The monastery's current Abbess is Ven. Jian Shu (見樞法師).

Fountain International School (FIS) is a Cambridge School in Greenhills, San Juan, Metro Manila. It has two campuses that serves the multicultural and multinational community in Metro Manila, Philippines. FIS is an accredited Cambridge School that offers IGCSE subjects to prepare its students for international recognition. It is also certified by College Board to offer Advanced Placement (AP) and SAT programs and assessment. The school curriculum complies with the basic and secondary education minimum learning competencies required by the Department of Education with higher level objectives in Science, Math and English. The Polytechnic University of the Philippines – San Juan Campus (abbreviated as PUPSJ or PUPSJC and also known as PUP San Juan) is one of the campuses of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines located in Addition Hills, San Juan, Metro Manila, Philippines. It was created through a Memorandum of Agreement between PUP and the San Juan city government in 2008, converting the Addition Hills Elementary School as one of the campus of PUP, making it the only community college in the locality. It is composed of the College of Accountancy and Finance, the College of Public Administration, the College of Computer and Information Sciences, the College of Education, and the College of Tourism and Hotel and Restaurant Management.

Camp General Rafael T. Crame (Tagalog: [ˈkramɛ]) is the national headquarters of the Philippine National Police (PNP) located along Epifanio de los Santos Avenue (EDSA) in Quezon City. Formerly the national headquarters of the Philippine Constabulary, Camp Crame is across EDSA from Camp Aguinaldo, the national headquarters of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP). It was named after the first Filipino Chief of the Philippine Constabulary, Brigadier General Rafael Cramé.

La Salle Green Hills ("LSGH") is a private Catholic school run by the Philippine District of the Institute of the Brothers of the Christian Schools in Ortigas Avenue, Mandaluyong, Metro Manila, Philippines. It was established in 1959 by the De La Salle Brothers led by Brother H. Gabriel Connon, FSC primarily to provide more slots to students wishing to avail of the then very popular De La Salle primary education offered in Taft Avenue, Manila. La Salle Green Hills offers primary and secondary education. It is a member of the De La Salle Philippines, the association of all Lasallian institutions in the Philippines, namely De La Salle University in Manila (1911), De La Salle Araneta University in Malabon (1946), University of St. La Salle in Bacolod (1952), and the La Salle Academy in Iligan (1958).La Salle Green Hills was given a clean seven-year accreditation by the PAASCU in 1991 and 1998, thus making it the first high school institution in the Philippines with this distinction.
