Saki Naka is an elevated metro station on the East-West Corridor of the Blue Line 1 of Mumbai Metro serving the Saki Naka neighbourhood of Andheri in Mumbai, India. It was opened to the public on 8 June 2014.

Aarey JVLR is an At-Grade terminal metro station on the north–south corridor of the Aqua Line 3 of Mumbai Metro in Mumbai, India. This metro station was inaugurated on October 5, 2024, by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, followed by the commencement of the metro service from October 7, 2024.

Powai (Pronunciation: [pəʋəiː]) is a residential neighbourhood located in central Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. It is situated on the banks of Powai Lake, and is bound by the hills of Vikhroli Parksite to the south-east, Chandivali to the south-west, the L.B.S. Marg (old Mumbai-Agra road) to the north-east and the Sanjay Gandhi National Park to the north beyond the lake. The Jogeshwari-Vikhroli Link Road, one of the city's busiest thoroughfares linking the western and eastern suburbs, passes through Powai,. The place also hosts thousands of devotees every year during the Ganesh Chaturthi festival for the visarjan processions.The Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, established in 1958 and currently the second oldest campus of the Indian Institutes of Technology as well as the National Institute of Industrial Engineering, established in 1963 are both located here, as is a campus of the Bombay Scottish School. Powai is also home to residential complexes of the Income Tax department, Customs and NTPC, as well as those of ex-servicemen. Powai houses schools and colleges, some of which are S M Shetty school and college, Gopal Sharma school and Chandrabhan Sharma College. Chandivali has Sinhgad college of management. New school includes Pawar Public school towards Chandivali. Some of the Temples of Powai are Chinmaya Mission's Jagadeshwara Shiva Temple, Sri Ayyappa Vishnu Temple at Hiranandani, Devi Vageshwari Mata Temple at Chandivali. Powai also hosts community birthday havan. Powai is also Mumbai's start-up hub, with young entrepreneurs starting off from incubation cells set up by institutes like IIT Bombay from the tech industry and other sectors setting their bases there, causing the area to be referred to as India's Powai Valley. Some of the start-ups in Powai Valley include JustRide, Housing, TinyOwl, Toppr, HolaChef, Bewakoof, Logic Roots, Care24, Flyrobe, Nearfox, Belita, CredR, Mirchi and Mime and Crispy Games. As a result of the mixture of various communities living together, the suburb has one of the city's most cosmopolitan and modernized cultures. The place has a vibrant night-life, and shoots for several Bollywood as well as Hollywood movies, such as Kalyug, Ghajini, Slumdog Millionaire, Mardaani and Haseena Maan Jaayegi have taken place there. The Hiranandani Gardens are also known for their neoclassical architectural style and the area has some of the tallest residential buildings in Suburban Mumbai. The suburb is also known for being one of the preferred residential areas for expats in Mumbai. Great access to sharing cycle ride company Yulu - the blue color cycles found convenient.

Marol Naka is an interchange metro station serving the Marol neighbourhood of Andheri in Mumbai, India. Elevated station serves for the East-West Corridor of the Blue Line 1 of Mumbai Metro. It was opened to the public on 8 June 2014. The Underground station serves for the North-South Corridor of the Aqua Line 3 of Mumbai Metro. It was opened to public on 7 October 2024. Upon the metro line being commissioned for passengers, the BEST launched a special bus service Metro Pheri 1 which brings commuters from a distance to the closest of the 3 metro stations it serves. It runs from SEEPZ and via the B crossroad arrives at Chakala (J.B.Nagar) metro station then runs parallel to the metro line alongside Andheri Kurla Road touching Airport Road metro station and Marol Naka metro station then via Marol Maroshi Road back to SEEPZ.

Maker's Asylum is a makerspace / hackerspace in Mumbai and New Delhi, inspired by Artisan's Asylum, Chaos Computer Club and other maker organizations. Santacruz Electronics Export Processing Zone (SEEPZ) is a Special Economic Zone in Mumbai, India. Situated in the Andheri East area, it is subjected to liberal economic laws as compared to the rest of India to promote rapid economic growth using tax and business incentives and attract foreign investment and technology. Seepz was created in 1973 and was seen as export processing zone. Since then many other SEZ's have been created in rest of India. SEEPZ mainly houses electronic hardware manufacturing companies, software companies, and jewelry exporters of India. More than 40 percent of India's total jewelry exports ($2,222.31 million) out of $5,210.69 million during year 2006-2007 came from units within SEEPZ.

Hiranandani Gardens (known popularly as Hiranandani) is an upmarket township consisting of condominiums, penthouses, bungalows and commercial complexes in Powai in the city of Mumbai. Hiranandani was constructed by the Hiranandani Group and can be accessed by JVLR from the North and LBS Marg from the South.Hiranandani consists of residential buildings, office buildings, hospital, schools, gardens, community centre, sports club, banks, shopping malls, film studio, bus garage, hotels, restaurants, pubs and swimming pools.
