Park Central (Hong Kong)

Po Kok Secondary School is a full-time subsidized secondary school located at Tiu Keng Ling, Tseung Kwan O, Hong Kong, adjacent to Choi Ming Court. The school has 4 classes in each level from Form 1 to Form 6. The class schedule follows a five-day cycle. The current school building was opened in 2001, and students were moved into the new school building in phases up to 2003.

Tseung Kwan O (Chinese: 將軍澳; Cantonese Yale: Jēunggwān'ou; pronounced: [tsœːŋ˥kʷɐn˥.ou˧]) is a station on the MTR Tseung Kwan O line located at the town centre of the Tseung Kwan O New Town in the New Territories of Hong Kong. The previous station is Tiu Keng Leng and the line splits after this station to LOHAS Park and Hang Hau. The entrances to the station are on Tong Chun Street, Popcorn Mall and Tong Yin Street. A public transport interchange is located outside the station. The architecture firm Aedas designed the station.

Hong Kong Design Institute (HKDI) is a design school in Tiu Keng Leng, Tseung Kwan O, Hong Kong. It was founded by the Vocational Training Council in 2007 and moved into a purpose-built campus in 2010. The school offers higher diplomas, academic degrees, and continuing education programmes in various design disciplines.

The Grandiose (Chinese: 君傲灣) is a private housing estate in Tseung Kwan O Town Centre, Tseung Kwan O, New Territories, Hong Kong, near MTR Tseung Kwan O station. It comprises 3 high-rise buildings built in 2006. It is jointly developed by New World Development and MTR Corporation, and constructed by Hip Hing Construction, 28 minutes to Sheung Wan and Central Business District.

Sheung Tak Estate (Chinese: 尚德邨) is a public housing estate in Tseung Kwan O, New Territories, Hong Kong, near Hong Kong Velodrome and Haven of Hope Hospital. It is the sixth public housing estate in Tseung Kwan O and comprises 9 blocks of Harmony I and Small Household Block styles built in 1998 and 2002 respectively. Kwong Ming Court (廣明苑), Po Ming Court (寶明苑) and Tong Ming Court (唐明苑) are Home Ownership Scheme housing courts in Tseung Kwan O near Sheung Tak Estate, built between 1998 and 1999.

Bauhinia Garden (Chinese: 寶盈花園) is a Home Ownership Scheme and Private Sector Participation Scheme court in Tseung Kwan O, New Territories, Hong Kong near Tseung Kwan O Plaza, The Grandiose and MTR Tseung Kwan O station. It was jointly developed by the Hong Kong Housing Authority and Shui On Group, and has a total of eight blocks built on reclaimed land and was completed in 2001.

Tiu Keng Leng (Chinese: 調景嶺), formerly Rennie's Mill, is an area of Hong Kong in the Sai Kung District adjacent to Tseung Kwan O (Junk Bay). The area used to be a refugee village housing former Kuomintang officials and followers who escaped to Hong Kong from Mainland China after the establishment of the People's Republic of China (PRC); however, the original Tiu Keng Leng village was cleared before Hong Kong's sovereignty transfer to the PRC in 1997, and nowadays Tiu Keng Leng is thoroughly redeveloped as part of the Tseung Kwan O New Town.

Beverly Garden (Chinese: 富康花園) is a Home Ownership Scheme and Private Sector Participation Scheme court in Tseung Kwan O, New Territories, Hong Kong near Tseung Kwan O Plaza, Tseung Kwan O Sports Ground, The Grandiose and MTR Tseung Kwan O station. It was jointly developed by the Hong Kong Housing Authority and Chevalier Group, and has a total of ten blocks built on reclaimed land and was completed in 1998.

Tiu Keng Leng station is an MTR station located in Tiu Keng Leng. The station features cross-platform interchange between the Tseung Kwan O line and the Kwun Tong line, and serves as the eastern terminus of the Kwun Tong line. It is between Tseung Kwan O and Yau Tong stations on the Tseung Kwan O line, and proceeds to Yau Tong station on the Kwun Tong line. It is the only station on the Kwun Tong line located in the New Territories. The livery of the station is yellow-green. The station is situated next to the developments of Kin Ming Estate and Choi Ming Court. Its main entrance is located on Chui Ling Road. There is a public transport area outside the station for interchange to ground-level transport.

Hong Kong Chinese Christian Churches Union Logos Academy (HKCCCULA) is the first school of the Hong Kong Chinese Christian Churches Union. It is located in Tiu Keng Leng, Sai Kung District, New Territories, Hong Kong. It has two school buildings and is a direct subsidy one-stop school. HKCCCULA is also a Direct Subsidy-funded International Baccalaureate school.

In the early hours of 4 November 2019, Chow Tsz-lok, a 22-year-old student of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology fell from the third floor inside a car park in Tseung Kwan O, Hong Kong, in the context of anti-government protests in the territory. Chow, who was clad in black clothing that had become an unofficial uniform for protesters, had been wandering alone inside the building in the moments preceding the fall. The car park was close to an area of confrontation between protesters and police. Chow sustained multiple injuries, including a severe brain injury as a result of his fall. He died due to a cardiac arrest [1] four days later. The death stirred great emotions as many blamed the police and the government, while the police strenuously denied responsibility for his death. The government failed to conduct an independent investigation, and this triggered an escalation of violence of the ongoing protests.The Coroner's inquest found no evidence to suggest that Chow had taken part in the protest at the time. As the jury was unable to make a determination about the cause of death, the coroner pronounced an open verdict.

Evangel College is a co-educational school in Hong Kong, located at 7 Chi Shin Street, Tseung Kwan O, New Territories. Founded in 2006, the school's mission is to "Proclaim the Truth, Nurture our Youth". The school commenced operation in the Direct Subsidy Scheme since its foundation. It uses English as the medium of instruction.
