Tiu Keng Leng station

Metro Town Phase One, often abbreviated to Metro Town (Chinese: 都會駅), is a private residential high-rise development located in the Tseung Kwan O district of the New Territories in Hong Kong, on top of the MTR station in Tiu Keng Leng. It was a joint development by Cheung Kong Holdings, Nan Fung Group and MTR Corporation, which began in 2006.The complex consists of four towers, each of which ranks among the tallest buildings in the city. The tallest buildings in the complex are Metro Town Tower 1 and Metro Town Tower 2 (also called Le Point), which both rise 205 metres (673 ft) and have 62 floors. The towers are tied with Four Seasons Place as the 45th-tallest buildings in Hong Kong. Towers 3 and 5 rise 188 metres (617 ft) and have 63 floors, standing as the 76th-tallest buildings in the city and tied in rank with One and Two Exchange Square. The entire complex was completed in 2006. Metro Town is planned to contain ten skyscrapers, but as of 2008 only the four towers of Phase One have been constructed. This first phase of the project contains 1,676 residential units.

Tiu Keng Leng (Chinese: 調景嶺), formerly Rennie's Mill, is an area of Hong Kong in the Sai Kung District adjacent to Tseung Kwan O (Junk Bay). The area used to be a refugee village housing former Kuomintang officials and followers who escaped to Hong Kong from Mainland China after the establishment of the People's Republic of China (PRC); however, the original Tiu Keng Leng village was cleared before Hong Kong's sovereignty transfer to the PRC in 1997, and nowadays Tiu Keng Leng is thoroughly redeveloped as part of the Tseung Kwan O New Town.

Hong Kong Design Institute (HKDI) is a design school in Tiu Keng Leng, Tseung Kwan O, Hong Kong. It was founded by the Vocational Training Council in 2007 and moved into a purpose-built campus in 2010. The school offers higher diplomas, academic degrees, and continuing education programmes in various design disciplines.

Caritas Bianchi College of Careers (CBCC) was established in 1971 and has been providing post-secondary education since then. At present, it mainly offers sub-degree programmes in three general disciplines: business and hospitality management, design and health sciences. It is located at Tiu Keng Leng, Tseung Kwan O, near Tiu Keng Leng station.

Caritas Institute of Higher Education (formerly known as Caritas Francis Hsu College) is a post-secondary college in Hong Kong established by Caritas Hong Kong, with campuses located at Tseung Kwan O, New Territories. The institute is able to award bachelor's degree or below. It was initially named after Francis Hsu, the Bishop of Hong Kong between 1969 and 1973. Until May 2011, the college was granted the degree-conferring status and it was renamed as Caritas Institute of Higher Education as an institution for its academic awards up to bachelor's degree level. The institute is currently offering bachelor's degree (honours) in business administration, social science, language and liberal studies, translation technology, education, entrepreneurial management, health sciences, nursing, science and social work; higher diploma programmes in business, computing, social sciences, language, design, health sciences, education and music disciplines and diploma in general studies. In the future, the institute would offer more bachelor's degree programmes in various disciplines. "Towards a Catholic University" is the recent motto of the institute.

GT (Ellen Yeung) College is a full-time direct subsidy school for boys and girls in Hong Kong. It was founded by the Gifted Education Association in 1996. It provides twelve years of primary and secondary education.

Shin Ming Estate (Chinese: 善明邨) is a public housing estate in Tiu Keng Leng, Tseung Kwan O, New Territories, Hong Kong, near Metro Town and MTR Tiu Keng Leng station. It consists of two housing blocks housing 2,000 flats completed in 2011.

Tseung Kwan O New Town is one of the nine new towns in Hong Kong, built mainly on reclaimed land in the northern half of Junk Bay (known as Tseung Kwan O in Chinese/Cantonese language) in southeastern New Territories, after which it is named. The town/land area is usually known simply as Tseung Kwan O. Development of the new town was approved in 1982, with the initial population intake occurring in 1988. As of 2016, the town is home to around 396,000 residents. The total development area of Tseung Kwan O, including its industrial estate, is about 17.18 square kilometres (6.63 sq mi), with a planned population of 445,000. Major residential neighbourhoods within the new town include Tsui Lam, Po Lam, Hang Hau, Tseung Kwan O Town Centre, Tiu Keng Leng (also known by its English name Rennie's Mill) and Siu Chik Sha, etc. Administratively, the new town belongs to Sai Kung District in southeastern New Territories, although it is often incorrectly regarded as part of Kowloon / New Kowloon due to its close proximity to the city — the new town is bordered by Kwun Tong District, a high rise built-up area, to Tseung Kwan O's west.

Kin Ming Estate (Chinese: 健明邨) is a public housing estate in Tiu Keng Leng, Tseung Kwan O, New Territories, Hong Kong, near MTR Tiu Keng Leng station. It is the eighth public housing estate in Tseung Kwan O and consists of ten housing blocks completed in 2003.

Hong Kong Chinese Christian Churches Union Logos Academy (HKCCCULA) is the first school of the Hong Kong Chinese Christian Churches Union. It is located in Tiu Keng Leng, Sai Kung District, New Territories, Hong Kong. It has two school buildings and is a direct subsidy one-stop school. HKCCCULA is also a Direct Subsidy-funded International Baccalaureate school.

Man Kwan QualiEd College (Chinese: 萬鈞匯知中學, abbreviated to MKQC) is a secondary school in Tiu Keng Leng, Hong Kong. It was established in 2003 by QualiEd Educational Organisation and has been managed by Man Kwan Educational Organisation since 1 December 2009. The school is part of the Direct Subsidy Scheme (DSS) and offers non-academic subjects like drama to students. QualiEd is short for 'Quality Education'.

Po Kok Secondary School is a full-time subsidized secondary school located at Tiu Keng Ling, Tseung Kwan O, Hong Kong, adjacent to Choi Ming Court. The school has 4 classes in each level from Form 1 to Form 6. The class schedule follows a five-day cycle. The current school building was opened in 2001, and students were moved into the new school building in phases up to 2003.
