Courthouse is a light rail station in San Diego, California, United States. It is the western terminus of the San Diego Trolley's Orange Line and is located between the Hall of Justice and San Diego Central Courthouse in Downtown San Diego, on C Street between State and Union streets. The station opened on April 29, 2018, after nearly a year of construction.

The YMCA Building in San Diego, California was built in 1924, and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2007, before the YMCA moved out in 2014. During that time, the group served over 125 million military personnel in the facility. The building now houses the luxury Guild Hotel, a member of the Marriott Tribute Portfolio.

Keep United States Courthouse at 333 West Broadway in San Diego, California, is a sixteen-story federal courthouse facility on 2.6 acres (11,000 m2) that includes courtrooms, judges chambers, offices and courtroom galleries of the United States District Court for the Southern District of California, along with offices of the Internal Revenue Service and the General Services Administration.

One America Plaza is the tallest building in San Diego, California and a prominent fixture in the waterfront district of the downtown San Diego skyline. The 34-story, 500 ft (150 m), 623,000 sq ft (57,900 m2), obelisk-shaped tower was designed by Helmut Jahn of Murphy/Jahn Architects and KMA Architecture. The top of the building bears a striking resemblance to the end of a Phillips head screwdriver and has a similar appearance to Two Liberty Place in Philadelphia also designed by Jahn, which is a year older. The building is the maximum height permitted by the US Federal Aviation Administration for a structure in downtown San Diego due to its close proximity to San Diego International Airport.One America Plaza was purchased by the real estate development firm, Irvine Company, in February 2006 for US$300 million.The America Plaza San Diego Trolley station is located on the ground floor of the building between the main building and the Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego.The building's elevators are supplied by Mitsubishi Electric and travel at a little over 7 m/s (1400 fpm), making them the fastest in San Diego.

California International Business University (CIBU) was a private university in San Diego, California. The university was located in the Little Italy section of downtown San Diego. The university offered a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA), a Master of Business Administration (MBA), a Master of Science in International Management (MSIM), and upper division classes leading to a Bachelor of Science in Management (BS).The university's courses were formulated based on the practical American business approach and the European methodology of collaborative learning, with curriculum focused on promoting critical thinking skills by blending hands-on experiences with in-class instruction. The university's graduate curriculum emphasized organizational behavior, inter-cultural negotiations and leadership skills, and training in managerial finance. The university attracted students from more than 80 countries and organized many study field trips to both local and state businesses, including visits to the Silicon Valley, to complement in-class instruction.In May 2020, the university permanently closed amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

It is the 18th tallest building in San Diego and is a prominent fixture in San Diego's skyline. It is topped by a flagpole flying the largest United States flag in the San Diego skyline.It has a height of 379 ft (116 m) and is located in the Core district of Downtown San Diego. It occupies the full block between West A Street, West B Street, Columbia Street and State Street. It has 27 stories above ground and three below ground. The steel-and-glass building utilizes the modern architectural style and has a six-story atrium. It was built in 1982 by developer Doug Manchester. It was renovated in 1993 and 1997. In 2004 it was designated an Energy Star building.

655 West Broadway (formerly First Allied Plaza, Advanced Equities Plaza and Broadway 655) is the 13th-tallest building in San Diego, California and is a prominent fixture in San Diego's skyline. Tied with the Pinnacle Marina Tower, it has a height of 412 feet (126 m). It is located at 655 West Broadway in the Marina district of Downtown San Diego. 655 West Broadway is a 23-story building that uses the postmodern architectural style and was designed by Carrier Johnson Architects. It is primarily an office building but also contains residential and retail uses.

The Edward J. Schwartz United States Courthouse is a courthouse building located in San Diego, California. It is a courthouse for the United States District Court for the Southern District of California. The 103rd Congress designated the building under H.R. 3770 in 1994, which became Public Law 103-228. The Courthouse is one of the busiest federal court houses in the nation. The courthouse is 895,000 square feet.The building is named for District Court Judge Edward Joseph Schwartz. On May 4, 2008, Rachel Lynn Carlock and her boyfriend Donny Love Sr. placed a backpack containing three pipe bombs at the front door. The bombs went off without injuring anyone and only shattering the doors to the courthouse.A proposed annex grew to become an additional federal court building, the James M. Carter and Judith N. Santa Fe Depot in San Diego, California, is a union station built by the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway to replace the small Victorian-style structure erected in 1887 for the California Southern Railroad Company. The Spanish Colonial Revival style station is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is a San Diego Historic Landmark. Its architecture, particularly the signature twin domes, is often echoed in the design of modern buildings in Downtown San Diego. The historic depot is located in the Core district of Downtown San Diego and is still an active transportation center, providing services to Amtrak intercity trains, Coaster commuter rail trains, the San Diego Trolley, and the San Diego Metropolitan Transit System bus system. The Santa Fe Depot (as it was originally designated) officially opened on March 8, 1915, to accommodate visitors to the Panama-California Exposition. The depot was completed during a particularly optimistic period in the city's development and represents the battle waged by the City of San Diego to become the West Coast terminus of the Santa Fe's transcontinental railroad, a fight that was ultimately lost to the City of Los Angeles. In its heyday, the facility not only handled Santa Fe traffic but also that of the San Diego and Arizona Railway (SD&A) and San Diego Electric Railway (SDERy). The designation was officially changed to "San Diego Union Station" in response to the SD&A's completion of its own transcontinental line in December 1919. Santa Fe resumed solo operation of the station in January 1951 when the San Diego and Arizona Eastern Railway (successor to the SD&A) discontinued passenger service, the SDERy having ceased operation some two years prior. Of the 77 California stations served by Amtrak in Fiscal Year 2017, the Santa Fe Depot was the third busiest in California (behind only Los Angeles Union Station and Sacramento Valley Station) and the 10th busiest in the Amtrak system, boarding or detraining an average of approximately 2,130 passengers daily.

The Sofia Hotel, formerly the Pickwick Terminal Hotel, is a historic hotel in San Diego, in the U.S. state of California. Construction began in 1926. It opened in May 1927. The hotel was also inducted into Historic Hotels of America, the official program of the National Trust for Historic Preservation, in 2008.
