Museum of the Revolution (Spanish: Museo de la Revolución) is a museum commemorating the antecedents and events of the Salvadoran Civil War, which took place from approximately 1980 until 1992. The museum is located in Perquín, in the Morazán Department of El Salvador. This area was dominated during the war by the Farabundo Martí National Liberation Front (FMLN). The museum includes an exhibit honoring the FMLN's radio network, Radio Venceremos, as well as the weaponry used during the war years and a downed helicopter that had carried military leader Lt. Colonel Domingo Monterrosa Barrios, a leader of the Atlácatl Battalion. An additional outdoor exhibit shows the crater created by a 500-pound (230 kg) U.S.-made bomb, together with a disarmed example of such a bomb. Former members of the guerrilla staff the exhibits and answer guests' questions.

Escuela Americana El Salvador (EA; "American School El Salvador") is an American international school in San Salvador, serving grades PreK-12. it consists of three divisions: Pre-Kindergarten through 5th grade in the lower school, 6th through 8th grade in the middle school, and 9th through 12th grade in the upper school. Established in 1946, it is governed by the Asociación Escuela Americana. The 16 manzana (about 35-hectare (86-acre)) campus is located in Colonia San Benito, La Mascota.

La Capilla 515 is an apartment complex in San Benito, San Salvador. It is one of the tallest apartment structures in the country. The building was constructed by Inversiones Bolivar, a Salvadorian construction and architecture company.

The Hospital El Salvador is a major hospital in San Salvador, El Salvador, and is planned to be the largest hospital in Latin America. The first phase was constructed between March and June 2020 as a conversion of the International Fair and Convention Center (Centro Internacional de Ferias y Convenciones, CIFCO) and forms part of El Salvador's response to the COVID-19 pandemic, exclusively receiving COVID-19 patients. Originally intended to be temporary, it was announced in June 2020 that the hospital conversion would be made permanent. In its first phase, the hospital has 400 available beds, a number which was expected to increase to 2,000 total beds upon completion of phase 3 of construction. However, phase 3 was not opened as a hospital and instead served as a vaccination facility.

Casa Presidencial, or "Presidential House" in the Spanish language, is the President of El Salvador's official residence and his offices.

The Monument to the Reconciliation (Spanish: Monumento a la Reconciliación) was a monument which existed in El Salvador from 2017 until its demolition in 2024. The monument, which was designed by sculptor Napoleón Alberto Escoto, commemorated the 25th anniversary of the signing of the Chapultepec Peace Accords which ended the Salvadoran Civil War. It was inaugurated by President Salvador Sánchez Cerén in January 2017 and was demolished by the Ministry of Public Works in January 2024.

The San Salvador El Salvador Temple is the 135th temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS Church). It is the fourth temple to be built in Central America and the first in El Salvador.

Residential Condominium Building Terra Alta is a residential complex located in San Salvador, El Salvador. It is an Archer Group project designed by Salvadoran architect Roberto Antonio Rivera. The complex consists of 20 floors and 83 apartments, and has a height of 90 m (300 ft). It is part of the construction of several apartment buildings in the area of Colonia Escalon, in response to high housing demand. The design is complemented by semi-circular structures at the ends, covered with green reinforced glass. It is the fourth tallest building in El Salvador, just below the Torre El Pedregal (110.3 m), the World Trade Center San Salvador 99 m (325 ft) and the Tower Alisios 115 92 m (302 ft).

La Gran Vía, is a shopping mall tipe Life style center located in Antiguo Cuscatlán, El Salvador. The place is owned by Dueñas, and is developed by Urbánica Company.It was opened in 2005, and one of its main features is its pedestrian area and a shopping extensive area with national and international stores. Some of its main stores are these: Almacenes Siman Zara Pull and Bear Starbucks Cinemark Bennigan's Benihana Chili's Papa John's Pizza Steve Madden Quiznos Hush PuppiesSince 2006 was incorporated a new section that includes a business center and a hotel, under the franchise Marriott, and other attractions such as the Mini Golf.

Torre Cuscatlán (Cuscatlán Tower in English; formerly known as Torre Democracia or Tower of Democracy) is an office building and is one of the tallest buildings in El Salvador located in the capital city San Salvador. Finished in 1989, it is 79 meters high and has 19 floors. Ricardo Jiménez Castillo, who is considered one of the most representative architects of El Salvador, was in charge of the building's design. It is influenced by modern style, using a complete glass cladding for the exterior. The main characteristic of its design is the 3 setbacks covered with plants that run along with the height of the building. The materials used to construct the tower were aluminum, reinforced concrete, and glass. The building was the tallest in El Salvador from 1989 to 2009 when the Torre Cuscatlán lost the title to the Tower Pedregal, which then lost the title to Torre Millenium in 2021. As of 2022, It is currently the 3rd tallest building in El Salvador.

The Centro Comercial Galerias is a shopping center in San Salvador, El Salvador. Among the mall's attractions is a mansion known as La Casona dating from the late 1950s and kept in perfect condition , which was home to a family of Palestinian origin. It is the only mall to have such an attraction. The complex is owned by Grupo Siman.
